Happy Pogalの時期に３泊させていただいたので、こちらのランドリーサービスが使えなかったり、町もいろんなお店がしまっていたりしましたが、レセプションの方をはじめ、お掃除の方・スタッフのみなさんが親切で、問題なく過ごすことができました。特にレセプションの方は真面目な対応をいただき安心感もありました。 毎日冷え冷えのお水のボトルをくれます。南インドのお宿ではあまりケトルを見かけず持参したお茶が飲めずでしたが、こちらはケトルの貸出サービスがありました！何か必要なものがあればレセプションにお伝えしてみると良いと思います。 部屋に窓はありましたが、眺望を期待したり窓を開ける気持ちにならないロケーションです。機密性がありませんので、大きめな通り沿いなので、車やバイクの音・クラクション、物売りの声、牛が鳴いているのが聞こえる日もありました。インドらしくて良いのではないでしょうか。冷房も問題なく入り、シャワーもお湯が出ました。 部屋の電話が壊れていてルームサービスやフロントに電話できず、部屋から出てフロントに赴いたり、個人の電話を使用したりしたことに対して、「こちらの施設不備ですのでRefundです」とチェックアウト時に少し現金が戻ってきました。その際も丁寧な対応で、びっくりしました。この金額のホテルで、このカスタマーサービスはすごいと思います。

宿自体の評価というよりも、チェンナイ中央駅付近のロケーションについてです。 鉄道の駅から健脚の方なら問題ない距離ですが、道がキレイとは言いがたく、また匂いが強いところもありますので、特に荷物がある場合は無理せずリキシャを使うことをオススメします。 ホテルのロケーションとして書くのであれば、大通り沿いなので音が比較的聞こえることです。

The Front Staff & support staff behaviour was Excellent. I personally thank Ms. Jayashree in the front desk for her exceptional hospitality & courteousness.

The staff is very welcoming and responsive. It is within walking distance from the MAS railway station, making it convenient for catching early morning trains. With clean rooms and basic amenities, it offers value for money. I recommend it as a go-to hotel for a short stay when catching a train.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bhima's Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location near the central station was perfect for my travel needs. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

When I first arrived to Chennai, I booked Bhisman hotel .Receptionist Jayasree and night shift receptionist Toyodhu were excellent. They were very attentive , friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3nights first then came from Bangaluru travel back to Chennai and stayed in Bhisman for 5nights. The staff made ne feel like princess. They always asked how I feel do I like room and about my travel in Chennai. Jayasree was very humble amazing girl with welcoming attitude. She made me great tea to taste and was very communicative. Personal from Housekeeping always keep smiling and assisting me to open lift or to carry heavy things As for room it was very clean and without mosquitoes even it is situated in Railway Station. I was happy to stay in this hotel and recommend to others. Thank you so much for awesome friendly staff.

The room was clean and though basic, functional. The main plus was the staff and particularly the woman who works in reception. She did everything she could to help and to make sure we were comfortable. When it was time to leave the staff helped us to get a rickshaw to the train station (it isn't walking distance with baggage).

There is no breakfast (or any dining facility) but there are a couple of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is not the nicest but it is central.
