Very small rooms, literally no space to move around in the room, tiny bathroom, very disappointed with the breakfast

Very welcoming and friendly host. Can tell this place means a lot to her. It's in a perfect location. 10 minutes from either station, a stones throw from the pleasure Beach and at a great price. Its clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back anytime I'm in blackpool or for lytham festival because bus at the top of the road gets you there and back for 4 quid.

Was a lovely wellcome. Nothing to much trouble. Room spotless. . Breakfast great value and tasty. Will definitely be back and certainly recommend to others.

We stayed here for 3 nights - Wendy was lovely and made us feel very welcome as soon as we set foot inside - Breakfast was lovely even if we only tried it once as myself and my partner aren’t very good early birds sadly - The location is perfect literally right next to both Pleasure Beach, South Pier & Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons. - Very good value for money. We booked well in advance also.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel. Wendy is an amazing host. We arrived really late at night after a series of unfortunate events I had to find a hotel quickly. Although we booked very late & Wendy wasn't expecting us she welcomed us in with open arms & truly was amazing, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, beds very comfortable and rooms clean & welcoming. We can't wait to come back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay Wendy xx

Excellent visit, great location, superb breakfast and convenient location

The room was very clean. Decent shower and Wendy was extremely welcoming. I was also able to ammend my booking and add an extra night at the last minute. Wendy was very accommodating!
