The use of keypad entry made it very simple to gain entry and to come and go during our stay. It also meant we could come and go independently and didn't have to always travel together. We liked the bath and shower. The kitchen was well equipped although we did not use it as we went out for all meals during our three day stay.

I did not like the 57 stairs from the street to the apartment ... and another 14 steps from there to where the bed and bathroom were. There is no mention of this on the listing so anyone with any mobility issues would be very disappointed to arrive and find this situation. The staircase is narrow and winding which makes it very challenging to bring luggage up from the street, and thinking about that climb at the end of a busy day of sightseeing was a bit demoralizing. Within the apartment the set of stairs to the outside deck needs to have a handrail to make it safe. Anyone using the steps is in danger of falling. It would also make sense to put a hand rail along the wall for the stairs to the upper floor where the bedroom is in order to make it safer. The placement of the bed is problematic as it is impossible to get into it from either side of the bed. You need to launch yourself to get into bed. Again, if you had any mobility issues this bed would be very difficult.

Could do with a deep clean and re-decorating. Fairly grubby. Stairs oi terrace unsafe and could do with handrail.

the position is amazing, in the center of Panier

the house is nice but dirty, the entrance corridor seems the entrance of an abandoned building. the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the shower has a drain problem, it floods all the bathroom. in general, if some details will be fixed, it could be a super apartment!

Likes: - location: the center of the city! literally 1 min away from the cafés and restaurants in a very picturesque neighborhood, Panier - extremely beautiful view. I would watch the sunset every evening - spacious and well lit bathroom (as a suggestion, I would add some fern, pothos or other similar plants in the empty space between the bathroom and the exterior wall, if there was flooring) - the staff was very polite, helpful and friendly - high speed internet - retractable breakfast table for your bed. I used it for my laptop, but very convenient - there's an indoor cradle that seemed nice

Dislikes: - the bed and pillows were very, very, very uncomfortable. I ended up needing a massage afterwards. If I were the owner I would totally change the mattress and pillows (they seemed old) - top room didn't seem to have functional AC, so it ended up being very hot in there

The key was hidden and nobody explain us about it, it caused some problems to us. But the property refund us with one night. We are happy at the end and the place is really nice.
