The Hol Chan Reef resort condo in San Pedro exceeded our expectations. It was even more spectacular than the photographs. Our party of six had plenty of room with the three bedrooms and spacious living/dining room as well as the large outside covered patio. Looking out at the infinity pool and beach was a treat especially with a full moon rising and beautiful sunsets. Overall a perfect getaway from the cold U.S. Pacific NW. We have to note that our stay was made even more perfect with the attentive and helpful staff.

Absolutely terrific

This place was perfect. We were a group of five adults - two couples, one single and the location worked perfectly. Sandra & Richard were incredibly helpful and the groundskeeping staff did an amazing job. We visited the bar next door Stax daily - except for Tuesday - they are closed & the folks in charge - Robin & Mary were so fun! Great place to stay, away from the busy area, no direct beach access but great pools & dock.

We were a family of seven celebrating a high school graduation of our two nieces. This place was a wonderful fit for us and had everything we needed! Our host helped arrange snorkeling and fishing excursions as well as securing what many told us was “the best golf cart on the island!” The location is quiet and a bit further from any downtown nightlife which was perfect for us and still close enough that several of our family ran or walked to coffee each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful during our stay and we will absolutely be looking at staying here again in future trips to Belize!

Condo was great! Any issues we had were quickly addressed by Sandra and Carlos. Pools are wonderful. South side of Ambergris Caye is a hidden gem. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was really clean and the staff was awesome, especially Susanna in the office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the location in the complex. Right next to the pool with a covered patio. Kitchen was equipped well and drinking water was provided. Great sunrises and sunsets. Would defiantly stay here again.

Everything we needed. Peaceful location, short golf cart ride to market and fruit stand. Excellent food nearby at the Orchid. Condo is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view and nice furnishings and beds. Jessica was an amazing hostess and made sure we had all the information and help we wanted. Highly recommended!

Cameron and Richard do a great job of making sure you have everything you need. The pools are great and the new dock is awesome. We spent one night out there chilling and listening to music. I will definitely stay here again and again.

We had the best trip! Richard, Carlos, Cameron and everyone else at the Hol Chan made us feel like family. The condo was so clean, large, TV"s, wifi, opened up tot he pool and right ton the ocean. Could not of asked for a better spot. Short 20 min Golf Cart ride into town to get supplies at the market or lunch at so many great spots. Pirate Pizza, Caliente, Tex-Mex, Ramones, Crazy Canucks, Bakery, local vendors had the best chicken breakfast tacos, pineapple, potatoes, onions and so much more. Richard and his team give you so much advice on great trips. Snorkelings, swimming with Sharks, Maya Temples, Cave tubing and so much more. Anything you want to do you can, or just relax at the pool or play corn hole on the beach. Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back soon. I hear "Amazing!", "Super!", etc are used too much in the US, but you just HAVE to use those words over and over again to begin to scratch in a description of the Hol Chan Reef Resort! Cameron with Blue Caribbean Belize Management was fast responding to my constant online inquiries before I actually left the states. When the Ambregris Caye blogs say bring little clothing, it's true! We basically lived in our swimsuits and coverups. A couple of times the electricity went off for a brief period, but that's when you may be FORCED to take a nap, read a book under the palm leaf umbrella, drift around aimlessly in the pool, head to town or another beach on the golf cart, etc. My new island best friend, Richard, who is a 1 man AMAZING resort host, was a perfect gentleman with a wealth of information regarding everything from golf cart rental to places to eat, beaches to explore, setting up excursions, and so on! EVERYDAY I visited Richard with constant questions and was never disappointed. Regarding our water excursions, we were even picked up on the dock almost directly in front of our condo! That alone is priceless in time saving and spectacular boat service! The condo unit was fantastic and exceeded my hesitant expectations regarding amenities I was used to in the states. Having a washer & dryer was like winning the lottery!! Louis and Carlos were constant hard workers at the resort with ready smiles on their faces & would immediately step in to offer assistance if it looked like I needed it. I love, love, LOVE everything about this resort and strongly encourage other vacationers to pack light and head straight for the Hol Chan Reef Resort!

We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received from Blue Caribbean Belize Management both before we arrived and while we were on property. Stephanie and Cameron, the property managers went out of their way to provide excellent communication, welcome us, answer questions and help us with transportation, golf cart rental and grocery delivery. They also graciously assisted me when I made a big mistake in the reservation process. While on the property, Richard the concierge was amazing--so friendly and helpful with organizing tours for us and answering questions, or just waving to us at the pool and asking how things were going. The grounds and housekeeping staff were both friendly and hardworking--everything was well maintained and spotless. The property itself is as pictured (with the exception of the dock, which appears to have taken a direct hit from a tree in a storm), and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Our condo was just what we were expecting, and although we wished we had more dinnerware, glasses and silverware (there were exactly six of everything, and there were six of us, so we had to do dishes quite frequently), it was adequate for our needs. It was a lovely place to stay!

This was our third stay at 35 Patton in Asheville.The loft is immaculate and is in the perfect location for our annual trek to the Southern Conference Basketball Tournament. The loft is always super clean and very well equipped. Eli goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to make their stay great. A new TV system installed this year caused some problems, but Eli went the extra mile to make it a non-issue. Thank you Eli for your time, persistence and attention to detail. The Loft will always be our first choice when coming to Asheville.

We where three couples that went here. We all know the advertising pictures do not normally reflect the truth. This was exactly as advertised! I do wish we would have rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. If your are looking for night life or beach swimming this is not for you. If you want a kick back and relax this is it. Worked with management on golf cart and transportation which was great. Very helpful. Arranged our snorkeling trip, beach massage with Richard. Great job. Our last night we had their recommended chief come and cook us a Lobster dinner. Perfect ending to a great vacation ! Just a FYI it is3 1/2 Miles from town on a dirt road. Just added to the adventure !
