Had a rainy week for starters but then it was pretty nice. We stayed 5 weeks and give it a 5⭐️ along with the owners who even went out out of their way to meet us. Highly recommend this beach house great location!

We had an amazing time staying here in Galveston! This is our second time to stay at this house, and we love it everytime. The kitchen allows for big family meals and the kids love having their own room. The walk to the beach is super convenient and our dog is excited the whole walk. The beach feels private and there is a lot of space to spread out. We always have one meal or marshmallows on the fire pit too. We will definitely be back!!

Pointe West and Las Brisas were delightful. We’ll definitely stay there again!

The house was perfect, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was also super close to the walkway to the beach. We had to reach out to the owner for a minor issue and she got it taken care extremely fast. Her open line of communication was the reason everything went so smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I would definitely book this property again. 5 Stars all around.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. The home was beautiful and clean and just steps away from the beach. It was perfect for our extended family of 7.

We had a great stay during the week of the 4th. The house and location were perfect for us. Good views and close to the beach. It’s exactly what we wanted.

We had a really fun weekend here for my husbands birthday! We found everything we needed to make nice family meals, roasted marshmallows and made s’mores downstairs at the fire pit, loved the cozy living room, and large master suite. The kids enjoyed their own room and bathroom away from the adults and our dog enjoyed watching birds from the porch. The walk to the beach was so short and easy to make even carrying all our stuff. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed in November and loved how quiet the community was. We had the beach all to ourselves! The Pointe West beach club was a very short drive away and the adults took advantage of the hot tub while the kids went to the game room. The house was very clean and organized and well decorated. The furniture on the balconies and the bayside back patio area were all clean and in great condition—no mildew anywhere! We all enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends back home.

My family and our friends have stayed at Las Brisas before and we always love it. Great location. Good bedroom layout accommodations. The owner is very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

The host Carol was so nice and very informative. Her house was so clean, nice, lots of room and beautiful. My family really enjoyed theirselves. I will be looking to stay again in the future.

Celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with some good friends for the weekend and the house was perfect for us! The bunk room was a great fit for the girls and the other 2 rooms made great rooms for the parents. And 3 full bath rooms was perfect for a house full of girls! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and house we had a fantastic stay!

Property was great. A little further to resort than expected and views of ocean and bay were a little obscured. House was nice and clean. Short walk to beach access, nice quiet beach.

Amazing outdoor decking were extra points for the family. Especially with the view. Bunk beds were also a plus.

Location is great: very quick access to the beach, about a mile from a great beach club.

Great spot for families. House was perfect for our size group and had everything we needed. Rent a golf cart to get to beach club and haul everything back and forth.

We’ve stayed in this beach house 3 times! We love the location, all the available chairs, beach wagon, beach tent, beach toys, layout of the house and the overall cleanliness! We’ll be back again!

We had such a great time at Las Brisas!! The beach was quiet with only the neighborhood families each day. The rooms were all comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kiddos!! The ring toss downstairs was a huge hit!

We stayed here for a week last month and we really enjoyed everything about the home. The location is perfect as it is steps from the beach and the Club.

We had a great time as a family in this beautifully- decorated home near the beach walkover! It has everything you’d need for a fun family getaway - games, beach towels, stocked kitchen - and the garage has a wagon to help get what you need to the beach each day! The home has comfy beds, great furniture and plenty of room for a family of five to spread out and have space. We’d definitely book this place again!

My husband and I, our college-aged daughters, and a few of their friends stayed here 5/15-20/22. The house is as described and pictured. Good communication with host. Clean, comfortable, pretty well stocked (although we didn't cook much). The house is walking distance to the beach and a mile drive (or short walk) to the Pointe West Beach Club which renting this house gives you access to for $15/person for the duration of your stay. The Beach Club has a nice pool area, its own beach, an onsite restaurant/bar, shop, locker rooms. You also have access to a small lazy river/pool area and hot tub about another quarter of a mile away on the bay side. Be aware that Pointe West is on the west side of the island and it takes about half an hour to get to the central Galveston area (Pleasure Pier, the Strand, etc). There isn't much on the west side - you will be driving a bit to get to any restaurants. However, I ordered grocery delivery from Kroger via Instacart. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very comfortable home. Has good amenities, all of the basics have been thought about. The beach is a short walk, clean and good for swimming. We also had fun at the Lazy River and pool. We would come again.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We didn't know about the second pool location w/lazy river until the last evening, which was really fun for the kids. It's a bit out of the way of any shops or restaurants but definitely a great option in Galveston. Owner was very nice and responsive
