Die übersichtliche Anlage mit genügend Platz für wenigen Gäste
Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig aber die Ausstattung ist alt und teils kaputt. Die Beleuchtung besonders im Badezimmer ist sehr schwach. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist ok aber Treppen und Korridor werden selte gereinigt. Öffentliche Toiletten sind gruselig Ausnahme Lobby Toilette

De service was uitstekend. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was heerlijk!! We waren op huwelijksreis en we hebben daar echt genoten.

Het was zeer rustig en de studio was ruim.
Er waren 3 restaurants waarvan wij alleen het buffet hebben gebruikt. Dit was goed maar niet excellent. Het restaurant bij het strand was teleurstellend.
De koffers werden, omdat we even de tijd namen voor een drankje, onbeheerd buiten voor de entree door de vertrokken kofffermensen achtergelaten.
Er is alleen wifi bij de receptie en bij het buffetrestaurant. Dus niet in de kamers en bij het strand.
De kamer was slecht schoongemaakt, we troffen een kakkerlak op onze tandenborstels, vette plekken bij de huisbar, vieze doekjes en eigendommen van de vorige bewoners.

The views and the Beach.
1.5hr after being in the room, the bed metal base broke while we were sleeping. It took 3-4 hrs for maintenance to show up to fix it. Mattress and pillow were not comfortable. mattress, pillows and towels are overused and cheap quality. I was so excited to use the jacuzzi, however it didn’t fill up with water because the water stopper didn’t work properly and the water was draining out. Also, I had to go twice to front desk to fix the bed and the air conditioner because it wasn’t cooler neither. I was giving a room with a lot of maintenance issues. The first hour in the room wasn’t pleasant at all. To top it all, the waitress from the buffet made us pass a bad moment when to eat dinner. She says we have to dress properly for dinner, men are not allowed to go for dinner to the Buffet with a sleeveless top. It’s a resort!!! With pool/ and - beach. She made up a dress code to have dinner at a Buffet that’s not in the Punta Cana Princess website. Which we complained to from desk because they did not told us about the “dress code for dinner” is not like we went to eat a Restaurant with an exclusive Menu. All that in the first day at the resort. First time staying in a resort in Punta Cana, they should clear policy on their page about dress codes for dinner or signs by the entrance of the restaurants. I love the view of the hotel and the beach but their hospitality, rules and maintenance of the rooms SUCKS!!

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno y la cena podrían tener más variedad de comida saludable que se compensó con la posibilidad de acceder al buffet del caribe deluxe Princess , muy superior al punta cana princess
El equipo de animación, mediocre con actitud forzada para hacer su tarea, muy poca imaginación, la música siempre la misma noche a noche.

Hermosa playa extensa y de aguas color turquesa.
El hotel cuenta con varios restaurantes y un buffet libre muy generoso y variado.
La limpieza de las habitaciones puede mejorar, particularmente las camas.

Funcionários educadíssimos e alegres, em especial o Francis, Elvis, Israel, e Nelson.
Somente a limpeza dos quartos que era um pouco fraca e sempre esquecia de deixar toalhas.

Excelente todo, la cosa más bella, además de la playa, la piscina, las instalaciones en general, fue la hospitalidad y profesionalidad de los empleados con los que tuve contacto durante mi estancia.
A mi marido y a mí nos encanta tomarnos nuestro tiempo para desayunar, nos sentamos toda la semana en el rango de Israel, ha sido tan gentil y amable, que quiero mencionarlo especialmente, además, quedaron en mi corazón, Wendy, que nos recibía cada día con alegría y una sonrisa espléndida, Irene, Leydi y Jean Carlos! Un gracias por haber hecho de nuestras vacaciones un hermoso momento.
Sería necesario mejorar las tomas de luz, no hay muchas para conectar móviles o tablet, pero es un dato menor.
Los precios de la tienda son exageradamente elevados y, no nos ha parecido correcto que en ningún producto estuviera indicado el precio, la empleada era como que cada día ponía el precio que quería.

The food was very good better than other all inclusive that I have stayed at. The staff was able to communicate in English and understand my horrible Spanish the beach was clean and the property was all round safe
The WiFi was horrible as someone that is a IT professional I understand that it is hard to get sign through thick wall however that can be solved by I stalling more access points on the property to provide better coverage. Cables can be ran with a shielded twisted pair cable under ground to the desired place where the access point will be.

The staff were helpful and attentive. The food was great. The day & night entertainment were fun and amusing. The rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend this resort.

The suite bathroom needs a door.
There was no Disco.
The site said non motorized water equipment was included but there were only kayaks. paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel equipment would be great.

adults only doesn’t mean calm here as there is animation and games at the pool and beach every day
we changed rooms after the first night because the roof of our room was lose and made lots of noise the whole night
the gym was a bit small for the size of resort and packed with people
for the 250€ per night we paid we rather got a 120€ per night experience

They wanted to charge you for an upgrade once you were there. If they had a better room that was available that should be included in the price you've already paid.

The Swiss restaurant was amazing. The steakhouse was excellent. Pool was stunning. Bar tender was great. Most of the staff were excellent. When I requested ground floor room they immediately switched us which was nice. Beach was great.
The toilet area is way to small. Buffet was not great except for breakfast. The restaurants rotated being open. The Italian restaurant was not very good. Too many people trying to sell excursions on site.

Milton and his team were sooo fun :)
the room was dirty (body hair, hair everywhere in the room and bathroom). they did not vacuum the floor.
we get in trouble with the waiter Lajara who has been very impolite with us.
late check out was $50 which is a shame when you have been staying in the hotel for almost 10 days.
they offered a room to get a shower before leaving, it was dirty, because they offered it to every customer but do not clean it.
it was my friend’s birthday and there was no special attention.
