This property was really lovely. The master bedroom has a beautiful gulf view and the other bedrooms face the road but the bay can be seen from those rooms as well. The house was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we cooked most nights. The beach closet was well stocked with toys and floats. No complaints, great stay and hope to return soon!

This was a beautifully furnished and decorated property. Too bad the elevator wasn’t working. It wasn’t listed as having an elevator, that was just going to be an extra treat I had read about in the reviews. It also would have been nice to know in advance how tiny the fourth bedroom is. There were a lot of beach amenities we had access too along with a couple of bikes. We literally could have come with our bathing suits and beach towels! The management was super and had someone there we we got there to let us in and give us the scoop. I would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful place & location. The beach is just a 2 minute walk on a private boardwalk. No need to cross a street. It’s directly on the beach. My family went Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We felt like we had it all to ourselves. The unit has beautiful views and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was exceptionally clean. As other reviewers have mentioned one of the bedrooms is small. If you plan to use the trundle under this bed, it’s difficult to open the closet door and nearly impossible to close the bedroom door if the trundle is extended. It will be fine for children but I don’t think adults would be happy with that room at all. If you don’t need the trundle, it’s not a problem. The other bedrooms are very large and beautiful. The floor plan is great and allows privacy for the large bedrooms which makes it possible for some people to sleep late and not be disturbed in the morning. Our family would definitely choose this condo again.

Electrical outlet outside needs professional repair. Appliances need help. Stove rusty and looks shabby. The refrigerator is very used and abused inside. Drawers in refrigerator cracked and hard to open and shut them. Dishwasher pull out shelf needs replaced. Fountain on sink wobbly and unprofessional. Beautiful curtains in master however rusted and bent rods in master and family. Curtains in family needs to be replaced, stained. Rusty shelves behind toilets. Furniture needs replacement. Wobbly chairs around tables. Glass table needs to be replaced it’s actually dangerous. The layout was nice and proximity to the beach is great. Hope some things can be done before we come back next year! Looking forward to it.

We had plenty of space for our group of 9. The beds were so comfortable!! Kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook. My favorite is the downstairs closet with the kayaks, bikes, beach toys, chair and sand toys. You don't need to bring a thing!!

This was such a wonderful house to stay in. We all felt relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous back decks watching the ocean, and loved the beach access from the back porch! It was a wonderful week in a beautifully decorated space.
