Walked in the unit to a Coke can of used tampons on the bathroom counter, bare wires hanging from the ceiling and dirty towels laying everywhere. Called and they said it would b fixed. Went back after 4 hrs (and the text that said it was fixed) and it was all the same. Run. Don't walk. Run, from the opportunity to rent this unit.

I especially liked being on the end of the building—private and quiet and more daylight. The condo is fresh and fairly new and beautifully furnished.

We were in McCall for a family reunion and all stayed within the complex. The condo was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Easy bike ride to downtown and access to the local bike paths, and a quick drive to Ponderosa State Park. Some of us golfed and some did the zip line. We would choose this unit again!

The location of this condo is nice, on the golf course and an end unit which was nice and quiet. Access to The Club was an added bonus. However, this rental felt very much like it had been rented continuously, and many items were broken, missing, or inconvenient. Several lights didn't work, the oven wouldn't close, the dishwasher barely closed. The Master bathroom was being renovated (without notifying us), so there was construction material and a hole in the kitchen ceiling for plumbing access. The ground-floor bathroom had a shower, but the door was falling out and leaked if anyone used the shower, which left us with one usable shower for the rental. TV remotes were missing, clocks were broken, and there was no instruction booklet or manual on the rental. Overall, this rental could do with a serious review; I would not rent this again and am very frustrated with how our concerns were handled.

This house has so much potential to be a 5 star unit if the owners would invest in a few fixes/updates. From reading prior reviews, the shower in the master bathroom has not been working for over a year. Carpets and rugs need deep cleaning. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked but needs new plates.

Caution... the master bathroom has a shower that does not work. We were not aware of this even though when we contacted the property manager we were told there were 2.5 baths and that should have been enough knowledge. There is one upstairs shower for all the bedrooms and one shower downstairs for the kitchen I guess?! There is a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen which is right under the area of the shower upstairs that has saran wrap over it. The master bedroom also has a huge window that over looks the main room/kitchen that is wide open. There is no glass. So do not expect to have any privacy. (Don't let little kids near it)We were told the shower hasn't worked for a year and the owner doesn't plan on fixing it. If we had been told prior this would not have been a surprise and would not have rented this place. Cleaning was also not good. There is no air conditioner so for the high 80* weather it was extremely hot to try to sleep at night. All the fans to plug in did not work. I would not rent here again and would not use these property managers. Very rude when we talked to them on the phone.

Cabinet door falling off, fans broken or missing blades, just needs some maintenance done before rent to people. When we arrived flooring was dirty, tomato stuck to kitchen counter, silverware drawer full of crumbs and in bathroom drawer had hair on top of towels. Bedrooms upstairs and no air conditioning and box fans did not work very well to cool with windows open at night, so look at forecasted temperatures and do NOT stay if it will be hot during the day as the upstairs does not cool down even with windows open. It ruined the trip when you find a nice place like this dirty.

Very clean! But we were told the master shower was back up and running by one vacasa agent when we called ahead to inquire. But upon arrival that was not the case. However for our party size it did not matter. Had a great stay! Would book again once all work and maintenance to the house is done.

The home was very spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. The wood-burning fireplace was a great feature of this home. It was very quiet and about a mile walk into town. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented it for a weekend and were so pleased. So spacious and was well stocked! It has everything you need and more! Everything was well cleaned but i noticed the shades and lamps needed a lil more attention! Other than that it was great! Close to downtown (1/2 min drive) We will be staying there again in the near future
