My wife and I stayed at Villa Eden for 3 nights in October of 2022. It was our sixth visit to Cozumel, and Villa Eden was the nicest place we have stayed by far. The ocean-front location is amazing. When we weren't on the dive boat, we were likely sitting on the ocean-front deck enjoying the incredible view. Or going for a swim in the ocean. Or sitting in the hot tub. Communication from the property managers was excellent; Ronen, Fulvio, and Genny. The house and grounds were clean and well maintained. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The AC worked great. In addition, everything was super quiet, which was really important to us (we had a poor experience at a recent *different* Cozumel lodging due to noise from partying). So - the only thing that would make us hesitate about staying at Villa Eden again is the proximity of two other properties that are suitable for large groups. The properties are essentially just a few feet away from Villa Eden. To be clear, for our stay, things were very quiet - and perhaps we are over-sensitive due to our other recent experience - but having a property just a few feet away that appears to cater to weddings, parties, etc made us fearful that a group was going to roll in any minute and destroy the Villa Eden peaceful sanctuary.

I believe this property to be nicely appointed and a wonderful house to stay in for several days at a time. Gorgeous location and the pool, tub, bathrooms and kitchen great! Genny and Rosario were fantastic for cooking and cleaning. These services are wonderful. I fell in love with Cozumel because of Villa Eden. Even with several of us in the house, there was plenty of privacy when I wanted to be alone. Will be back to any one of Ronan's properties!

Wonderful spot for snorkeling right off your pier, beds are comfortable, Villa was clean and extremely safe, Staff were extremely friendly, Genny was a great Chef and cant wait to return.

What a wonderful house! All of the rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is well run and beautifully kept. There is air con throughout, even though we really didn't need to use it much at all. The gardens, the pool and the private dock are serene and lovely. Genny, the housekeeper is a star!!

This was our second visit and it was just as wonderful as the first visit.

Everything was fantastic. My elderly parents would say that it is not handicap friendly. However We would all still come back.

I booked Villa Eden to celebrate my 40th birthday with 9 of my girlfriends. I did lots of searching for the perfect place and Villa Eden was the PERFECT place. Everything was INCREDIBLE and we all had the most amazing and relaxing stay! The house is clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked. We booked Genny to cook for us in addition to the daily housekeeping she does. She was so sweet and cooked us the most delicious 3 course meals. The ingredients were fresh, healthy and delicious and we all felt SO pampered. Definitely book Genny! She also bought us groceries, extra birthday cakes and even found antibiotics for one of my friends who got an eye infection. She was so helpful. The pool, grounds and dock are all lovely, well appointed and cared for. Everything was designed for rest and relaxation. We loved early mornings on the water drinking our coffee and lounging in the sun! We also booked the boat through Deluxe Private Boats (with Ronen's promo code!) and that day on the water was easily the highlight of our stay! A couple of notes: the paddle boards were broken and unusable and one kayak had a hole in it. A bit disappointing as several of us were looking forward to those. And the hot tub took a couple of nights and temperature adjustments to get it nice and hot. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10!!! And several of my friends are already chatting about booking the villa next year.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at Villa Eden, and even more beautiful than the photos online. There were 9 of us and we fit perfectly in the rooms and around the table. Genny was an absolute master in the kitchen and prepared all of our breakfasts and dinners. We felt incredibly spoiled by her consistent and authentic food. She even catered to our gluten free, vegetarian and seafood sensitivities. The hot tub was fun in the rain, and there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views in or out of the rain or sun. Victor was so friendly and kept the grounds beautiful. Taxi stand is just down the road. We were able to dive for five straight days. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to go back!

Villa Eden is exactly as presented. Beautiful and spacious with everything our 10 adult vacationers needed. The open living room/kitchen provided space for everyone to enjoy Villa Eden together. Genny was a wonderful organizer/,local friend., helping to organize our multiple excursions. She was easy going, friendly, and bilingual. We ordered groceries in advance and Genny had everything waiting for us on arrival. Private scuba, snorkeling, and fishing boats picked us up at the Villa dock… or a larger access within easy walking distance. We spent our afternoons in the “backyard,” although “Eden” is a more appropriate description. Access to a calm sand bottom appeared relatively unique, and the paddle board and kayak were perfect in the protected cove. Taxi service was easily arranged (vans easily carried all ten guests) and pick us up at the front door, often waiting for us at the private beaches, downtown, etc. The fares were relatively high compared to the overall inexpensive vacation in a safe, friendly, and beautiful destination. Next time, we will rent a car. We also arranged for Genny to cook 3 breakfasts and dinners. This is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss. Villa Eden was maintained in perfect condition daily by friendly, available staff. Everything was in working order. The private location is part of the Villa Eden experience. Your large group can not do better.

While there were many highlights of Villa Eden, we all loved the many sitting areas around the property where you could socialize, watch the ocean and sunsets, dine and drink, have some quiet time to read or nap or to work on our tans. Communication with Fulvio was fantastic and he provided all the answers we needed before we arrived. We opted to have most of our meals prepared and Genny and her team did not disappoint, we loved everything they made for us. The house is well laid out and each of the five master bedrooms face the back and water. The house is also in a quiet area of the island but we felt very safe out on the roads and would take long walks daily, sometimes to the beach bars down the road. We really loved the fact that we could snorkel and swim right off the dock, the water is warm and clear. We highly recommend Villa Eden for groups of friends or a couple of families.

We had a group of friends and family with children and adults and I have to say this property has it all. The sublime view of the ocean from the house, the large swimming pool, multiple areas in the yard to hang out and the most amazing feature - the walk into the ocean. You can snorkel right from the house and sit on the deck watching the sun rise and set. This house is true perfection and the whole team was so kind and accomodating. I can't recommend this house enough.

My girls group loved our stay at Villa Eden! It’s just a truly beautiful and private property. We loved having a pool to ourselves, space to have time to ourselves and for celebrations! The roof top has sweeping views of the Caribbean and we all enjoyed floating time in the beautiful waters and adored they had a kayak and a couple paddle boards! Most precious, Ginny & Fatima! Wonderful chefs that openly welcome questions & share recipes! Can’t wait to make the Poblano soup! They also kept the house neat and clean. Fulvio was terrific at responding to any questions before & during the trip. Sandra’s kitchen provided suggested menus prior to our trip to plan from. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this wonderful property!

This was our third time staying at this property so that tells you how much we love it! We travel with my (3) 20 something kids and my 79 year old mother. The garden is lush the pool always clean and as soon as we unpacked we were snorkeling off the deck it was just what we needed. My husband and I are physicians and were worried about international travel but we felt extremely comfortable. The most difficult part of this trip was leaving. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go for our fourth visit😊

We had excellent communication from the owner and manager in advance of our arrival with option of in-home cooking and activities. After driving through the city we were increasingly happy as we got closer to the property. Through the gate we were amazed at the garden and entrance to the adjacent villas. Villa Eden was palatial and sparkling clean with 5 bedrooms with kings and private bathrooms. Kitchen was large and full of every needed item (except dishwasher). Backyard was phenomenal with covered pavilions and splendid pool and decking along the beach. We were able to meet our SCUBA boat everyday off the deck and enjoyed snorkeling right off the shore. We opted for the meal service and Genny was wonderful and respectful of our space while cooking wonderful meals and catering to our younger children. We loved this and wrote down recipes that we enjoyed the most. We were thrilled and grateful to have experienced this location. Eden is perfectly suited!

Phenomenal water.. phenomenal service (Genny). Group of 4 couples stayed at Villa Eden in May ‘21. Genny was amazing (house manager), I would highly recommend having her cook brunch and dinner for your group. The water was incredible, swimming daily. We also did massages, fishing and some local excursions in to town and for drinks/dinners. The Villa suffices, only one TV in master and living room, beds a bit firm and no downstairs community half bath but other than that a great place for active people looking to be in the pool, ocean and/or out and about in Cozumel or Playa.

9 friends rented this property for a week and we had no notes! Genny and Fulvio were amazing through the planning process and once we arrived at Villa Eden. Groceries were ready for us when we arrived, the meals were amazing, and they answered any questions we had about the property very quickly. The Villa itself is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, great bathrooms, tons of space for lounging, filtered water, a grill, and great views! The sunsets were amazing and water was so so so clear. There was also strong enough WiFi for many of us to take random calls/Zooms through the week. Couldnt recommend Villa Eden more!

It was excellent and would definitely consider coming back

The property was wonderful for our party of 8. We arrived under the black sky of the tropical storm Cristobal and a nation under quarantine with face masks required even outdoors. We were treated with Genny’s cooking the first couple meals which was a real treat and highly recommended! We loved the hot tub and the pool was perfect! It took a few days for the water to calm back down in front of the villa for any snorkeling after the storm and Ronen offered us the Villa free of charge a few more days. That was very kind of him. We will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Genny, who cooked two meals a day for us and cleaned the house each day was extremely welcoming. We say, she has hospitality in her heart. The living room furniture is very pretty to look at but very difficult to sit in and uncomfortable. Beds were very comfortable and outdoor furniture is nice and good quality. House has two wifi's but still very slow and difficult to look up needed information. A/C in each room, Master bedroom./ bath is perfect. Guest Bedroom bath needs more hooks on wall, a towel rack and a shower caddy. Guest in these rooms had to hang towels from open drawers and had to have bath products on the floor. We would stay again her. it was a wonderful week.

Great location for a scuba vacation!

The property and location was incredible. We have been to Cozumel several times and this was by float the best. Location was even better than the images. Staff and service was first class. Anytime I needed anything, Fulvio or Genny would accommodate. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a first class vacation.

As a group of 9 this place was perfect. Lots of room to spread out. Close to dock for dive pickup. Genny was awesome. Take advantage of the cooking available for you. Barely left the property as it was perfect. And thanks to all the other staff that helped our holiday make it perfect.

A Great place for family and friends together for a very relaxing vacation.

Stayed at Villa Eden for our annual work retreat. Can't say enough great things about the property but the added jewel was Genny. She answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations and her meals were delicious. Victor was also very kind. He even cracked open a fresh coconut for us to enjoy. The dock view is a must see. The water was clear, perfect for snorkeling (but be aware of the boat traffic, at times it can get a little rough around the rocks). We all snorkeled, used the kayaks to explore the Cozumel shore and enjoyed the pool. The rooms were very well insulated. We didn't hear a peep from any other rooms which is sometimes an issue in other rentals. The only gripe is the air conditioner blows right on you while you sleep which ultimately gave me a sore throat. BUT, this would not prevent us from staying here again. We all loved Villa Eden and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home in Cozumel.

Ronan and his staff were very helpful and communicative throughout, from inquiry through checkout. Genny was wonderful, answering any questions we had, and she did an excellent job cleaning, and cooking. Victor was helpful as well, hardening and tidying the pool, as well as helping my daughter find a salve for a rash she developed. The property is gorgeous as listed. There is a great deal of boat traffic during the day, so be careful and attentive if snorkeling or swimming. The only downside to our stay was the sunup to sundown construction going on in the two adjacent properties. Hopefully all will be finished soon. The front of the property was littered heavily from the construction workers not picking up after themselves (trash in the trees and yard). Other than that, everything was perfection. We did not complain to the owner or staff regarding the trash, we weren’t comfortable hanging out in that area with all the work going on anyway, I only noticed it coming and going. We would certainly stay again!

The house was spectacular and made our anniversary trip a dream come true! Staff was very sweet and professional. Anything we needed we just emailed and everyone was quick to accommodate.

Genny and Victor kept the place clean and our entire group fed. We had an amazing time.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the hospitality this past week! The home was amazing! It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Genny and Abril made our stay incredible. The food, their personalities and the way they went above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY meant the world to us. We could not have asked for 2 better people to take care of us this week. Again-Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Genny is definitely the perfect person for that job at your home! She truly cares for your home and it shows how much she loves her job.

Two families shared the home for a week and it was the perfect getaway. Morning coffee overlooking the gulf could not have been more beautiful. I would highly recommend hiring Genny for two meals a day. The food was delicious and it really allowed us to fully enjoy the home. I am already thinking about making a return trip with family in the future.

This is our third VRBO rental. Our previous two were in France and Italy respectively. We love renting from VRBO, because it provides us such a more close knit feeling with the locale and with each other since there are usually 8 of us that travel together. My sister and I are near OCD-level when it comes to cleanliness and this house passed our standards. Even though we travel with our children that are in their late teens and 20 yrs old, I do notice the calibre of all bedrooms. In other words if we were 5 couples renting this house and splitting the cost, I would totally recommend it because each bedroom had a view out to the grounds and ocean, as well as their own bathroom. There was a master that was the biggest, but they were all really on comparable footing. Three were on the second floor and two on the first. If you have a chance when you stay take advantage of Genny's catering services. We were there 5 nights and three nights we opted to have her cater in and they were amazing meals. She also fixed us breakfast for three mornings as well and they too were phenomenal. We also paid a fee for her to stock the fridge that was also a great idea. All money well spent. We were there for Thanksgiving and the climate was mild to warm, but the room units cooled us nicely. We had Jeeps from the second day of our trip on, but if you walk just a few yards down the road from the house there is taxi stand if you need transportation and Genny helped arrange for a pick up our last day to the airport. The best part is the water access and fabulous deck and patio loungers. I was so happy reading on that deck and watching the cruise ships, scuba boats and sea fishing vessels go by, as well as watch the spectacular sunsets. Hope to come back sometime soon.

We just returned from a fantastic vacation at Villa Eden! We spent a lot of time snorkeling right off the property and hanging out in and by the large pool. Genny and Sandra were really great and made us delicious meals all week long. They even came up with a special dinner for our anniversary! We loved every minute of this trip and will definitely book again!
