We have stayed in many places through VRBO and this place by far is the best one. As long as they rent their place out, we will be renting from them. Perfect spot plenty of room and so clean and nice

The condo was very clean and in a great location right next to the beach. Communication with owner was easy and quick. There was plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were very comfy.

We truly had a fantastic time. This condo is in the perfect spot in that the garage opens to road that leads quickly to the beach and the back door/patio opens to the pool. All beach toys/paddle boards/beach chairs/coolers were provided for us in the garage. we especially liked the bicycles. My husband and I went out every morning and sometimes in the evening and explored the area on the bikes. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had a handful of teenage boys that the bunkbed was perfect for. The only issue we had was that there needs to be more towel hooks in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are small so it would have been nice to have more towel racks and towel hooks to hang both towels and small toiletry bags. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and this condo was great for what we needed. Thank you.

Very easy to reserve and great location. Everything was as it said in the ad. All of the appliances and amenities were great. Will look at staying here again in the future.

Everything about this location was great close to the beach and far enough away from the busy area. Easy entry accommodation. Loved having bikes after fixing a few issues. Would use this location again when we come back

This property was amazing. The condo was stocked with anything needed and was also very spacious. We loved that the owners had items in the garage that could be used by the renters.
The owners were also very accommodating when we wanted to add days to our stay. The location to pool and beach was perfect and we also loved that the beach was not over crowded.
Overall great stay. We cant wait to return!

This was the best beach house! We had our grown kids and their kids all together for 8 nights. The house was perfect! The pool was right out the back door and the beach a quick walk from the front door. The kitchen was well equipped and the center island was perfect for all of us to eat at or play games around. There were plenty of beach toys provided also chairs, a cooler paddle board and more. Two refrigerators made keeping enough drinks and food on hand easy. The host was great. I highly recommend and hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen island/table was great to have us all sit around it for meals. The bedrooms accommodated our group well. Big TV in the living room was great for evening movies. The beach chairs were great to use at the beach. Only negative was the kitchen sink was clogged/drained slowly and one of the stools was too wobbly to sit on safely. All small things that I'm sure the owner will address. They did not impact our stay in a big way at all. This unit is SUPER close to the beach, which was awesome. Such a quick walk out to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool! I would definitely book this unit again.

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. All the comforts of home. Conveniently located to the swimming pool and the beach. All within walking distance. Great communication with the host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week! The owner was polite and communicative. The townhouse was clean and we loved how it was walking distance to the beautiful beach! We would definitely recommend for a safe, clean, family place to stay.

Place was clean and updated. LOTS of room for fam to sleep and enjoy game nights! Beach was close! Parking on that edge doesn't fit 2 well unless you have a short car as it's right next to the front gate. Issues with warm water but owner was great about getting a plumber in asap (just wish plumber was available a day earlier LOL). This is a great place to stay with 2-3 families!!! A++++

We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. We could jump in the car and go a few miles down to all the action/attractions. Enjoyed mini golf and all the good food! The property was clean and had plenty of room for everyone.

We loved our stay at Regency Cabanas. Very roomy and clean. We loved how close the beach access was and such a quiet part of Pensecola. The garage was awesome to have and to store our beach stuff in all week. Definitely recommend for family. Had a fun gorgeous week and definitely would rent this place again.

The location was perfect and the property was very clean and slept 8 of us comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed for a night cooking in. The tent in the garage was a nice surprise for a day at the beach. Communication with David was always easy and always got a quick response. We absolutely will be visiting again.

This is our second time staying at this property cabana D1. My family and I love it here. Is very convenient for us. We have the pool and beach steps away from the property. Also, the property manager responded with in minutes to all my questions.

Great location and perfect size. Enough room for our family and 3 bathrooms.
Everything was great! Right next to the pool and the beach. The kids had room to spread out and having 2 refrigerators really helped eliminate our need for too many trips to the store.

Beachside Paradise
This place is awesome! It has more than we ever would have thought to bring with us and more! It’s only about 150 yards off the beach and minutes from everything! The property owner has taken great care of this unit and is super thorough with communication and information about the area. We will definitely book here again next time we go to Pensacola Beach!

This property was a short walk (less than a minute) to the beach. The owner has stocked most amenities you would want to enjoy at the beach. They have boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards, umbrellas, cart, etc. Plus the property has plenty of room and well equipped throughout.
