Breakfast was amazingly good. All the surroundings were very pleasant. Good opportunities to park electric bikes and charge. Sweet and considerate hosts who will do everything well for us guests. We will come again.

We arrived late due to a concert to visit, but they were all prepared to make a quick dinner which was amazing, as well was the breakfast next morning. Excellent hospitality and lovable people!

communication between Booking.com and owners did not work well, which is not their fault but Bookings.com as emails get delivered with a huge delay

Very welcoming and great host. Very good breakfast and there was a possibility to buy some local products as well. The room was big enough for the three of us and the night was quiet. The TV had also a good selection of channels and there were free parking on site.

Rooms are not connected with the restaurant and have to go outside. Heating was a combination of radiator (shower) and A/C heater (room itself) and I was not sure how cold/warm will be during the night... (I was worried but there were no issue!)

The place is great, you really feel like at home, you have everything at hand, spotless clean, modern and very nice furniture, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very close to Maastricht, a lor of possibilities to visit the area. But what really exceeded any expectations is the hosts. They took care of everything for us, amazing breakfast, great value for the money. We traveled a lot around Europe and the world, but we never encountered so far such a careful host, for sure will be visiting again.

Nothing to mention

Accomodating staff(owners). Clean, location(quite, peaceful) and sort of in the middle between Tongeren(BE) and Maastricht(NL).

Toilet visit at night(steep staircase). Shower door does not close properly(?) ; a little leak. .

Breakfast was fantastic with great variety and local produce. The beds were super comfortable The property is extremely clean and the owners are really present and helpful. Every little detail has been thought of in the rooms, anything you can imagine you need is there and at a really high quality Very convenient for trips to Maastricht, Tongeren & Liege.

First and foremost the hospitality from the owner. The tranquility around the area.

Only the toilet was not good ventilated as when one does a big "dump", the smells stays in the whole day! Unpleasant for others.
