Beautiful property with fantastic staff in an amazing location.

The breakfast option was not ideal. Could perhaps be improved.

we were upgraded to a bigger room. staff was friendly.. like the open concept toilet. Beds were comfy. water pressure was good. efforts to help save then environment (Refillable water bottles instead of disposable ones)

there was hair on the bed. the sound proofing of the place (can hear people walking / talking from outside), it was a rainy day when we came.. so all the facilities were wet coz its not a sheltered area.

I liked the privacy and quietness of the location.

Some maintenance works had to be carried out in the room during my stay. It would have been great if this was informed to us in advance.

Nice, quiet location for accessing Metro to get around Singapore. Staff were fabulous, so kind, polite & helpful. Design was interesting; all stone corridors and tiny designed gardens around each corner. The small pool/relaxation area was very 'zen'. Had free water, tea & coffee area 24/7 access. Room was small, but very tidy, clean & v comfortable bed.

No restaurant or cafe on site, and only 1 option to take breakfast at a busy local cafe with 1 set menu, so got boring by day 2. They need to do a deal with more local restaurants/cafes to give people more breakfast options. At £150 per night I think it was expensive, but I get that this is Singapore, everything is expensive.

Great location, cozy atmosphere. I will definitely choose Lloyd’s inn again for my next visit.

The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet, great location close to orchard road and transport. Breakfast was ok, not what I’d expect, the soft eggs were runny undercooked eggs in my book, likely a cultural difference but second time round asked for hard boiled and that’s what I got😊 Staff were very obliging and pleasant to deal with.

The runny eggs! The pool was only knee deep but pleasant for cooling off after a hard day. Not really swimmable.

A simple breakfast was included at a local cafe.

A communual lounge or sitting area would have been good.

The location is good, and the room comes with free breakfast.

The sink is a bit small for normal use.

The staff were very friendly.

The room itself was a little small if you were on holidah for more than a couple of days as it’s hard to unpack. The bathroom door was glass too which wasn’t particularly private

First day I was really surprised by the open shower area in our room. There was a frog jumped on my arm when I opened the door. Mother nature tho.

The location close to a 24hr supermarket and lots of eateries along the street.

The aircon was a little noisy and the WiFi connection can be better.

The ambience

The door is spoilt and there are seepages signs from wall. Generally the place is old. The sound insulation isn't too good.. Keep waking up when someone walks by the corridor

The location is excellent.

The shower room door cannot be closed properly as the lock is not working, since the shower room is an outdoor type, mosquitoes were found in the room, although the reception had explained that the type of mosquito does not bite. I stayed in Lloyd's Inn some years back and felt the hotel is a little tired. However, I still love this hotel, just hope the management will do something to keep it up as I do hope to keep going back.

it was exceptionally clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. loved the room…number 11 and number 1….especially the shower. incredible! we sat on the terrace every night planning the next day’s activities. stunning and beautiful. thank you

nothing we didn’t like…even the short walk to the cafe for breakfast was lovely.
