We liked the location and the house was plenty big for our group of 18. It's a nice house with just a few small issues. Missing light bulbs, several smoke detectors not hooked up and a kitchen with a mishmash of dishes and cookware and not enough silverware. Coffee pot didn't work and neither did the vacuum (tried to clean up after ourselves. The biggest issue of all was the lack of blinds in almost all the bedrooms. These were all small items but when you pay as much as this house was for the week you expect these to not be an issue. I wouldn't let these items keep me away but I would ask and see if they were fixed.

This property is better than described. There was 10 adults, 7 children and it was perfect. We had plenty of space with extra space.
The owners were very respondent.

This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it! 14 of us stayed comfortably for an extended weekend of ATVing. Clean, well stocked and comfortable! Awesome house!!

The location was beautiful . The house was great, plenty of room for all 11 guest and not feel cramped with multiple sitting areas. The garage was spacious enough for 7 motorcycles. Our host was very responsive to any needs that may have arisen, but the house had everything we needed plus some!

We rented this beautiful home to Sturgis 2023. It was everything we needed. Plenty of space of all 18 of us. And the view from the back of the house was magical. Owners were awesome and great communicators. Could not have asked for more.

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. The house accommodated 9 couples comfortably. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we would definitely stay at this property again if our travels took us back to this area. We rode our SxS from this location and had good access to trails and gas stations.

We stayed a week in August with a multi-family party of about 12-13. The cabin has lots of room; we really appreciated the large number of king beds and en-suite rooms.
The area is popular with motorcyclists and ATVs, and there is a large working mine nearby, so there were some times with loud noises outside. The house does a pretty good job of reducing those noises.
There were a number of minor maintenance items, easily remedied. Given the nearby ski resort, I think we visited in the "off season" and it may have been a bit since a major cleaning and repair pass.

Our family of 15 had such a good time on our vacation. The house is in a good location for all of the attractions in the area. we had a problem with the microwave and the owner brought one the next morning. I highly recommend staying there.

Fantastic Family Vaca
My sister and I had a great time with our parents, our husbands and our children! The home was a perfect location to engage in the activities we planned. The home was laid out very well, so we could all be together, but also have space so we were not on top of each other the whole weekend!

Better than pictures showed
We had a great time at the house. The beds were the best we have ever had at a vacation home. I even asked the make and model of the mattresses. Our family had a great time. We had no problems communicating with the host and the circle driveway was great for all the vehicles. The black stone in the garage was perfect for the large meals. We explored around the area and made wonderful memories. Oh, I went online and bought the same comforter for our bed at home! Thanks for the memories!

Motorcycle trip
big and roomy enough for 11 adults, bedroom to bathroom ratios good. Need more trash can"s. We checked in on a Thursday and our can was already full, from previous renters I'm assuming. which was not a big deal except trash didn't run un till the next wednesday. and with 11 people we had lots of trash. Unit could use new toaster,blender,and can opener. but we got by. would definitely stay again, none of these things were deal breakers. everyone had a great time! sparks shot out of toaster when we tried to use it !

Black Hills vacation
This cabin is amazing. Our family of 16 had a fantastic time and enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets etc. Quick responses from the owner and the only thing that would have made it better was if we all could have stayed longer (darn jobs) Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent your beautiful cabin.

Beautiful home
This house was perfect for our group of friends. It was beyond spacious and beautiful. There was ample parking for our 3 trucks and 3 trailers and the garage was perfect for our 6 motorcycles.
Property owner, Cole, was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, too! Highly recommend!

Great Family Vaca!
We stayed here over the 4th with our entire family, ages from 10 months to 64years. We brought our 4-wheelers and side by sides and there was plenty of space to park and easy access to trails. Everyone had a great time! Thank you!

Loved our stay
This property was perfect for our large family gathering. We had a wide variety of ages from older adults all the way to newborns and it fit everybody’s needs! We loved that each couple could have their own private bedroom! The house was clean and the information listed was accurate! The house is stunning and tons of room. The host was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions and accommodations. We will be booking this place again in the future!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an escape from the daily grind. This was the perfect place for our large family to enjoy time together, without compromising our separate personal spaces. Located Close to all the action when we were looking to explore the many attractions in the area and quite enough for us to relax and unwind after our daily adventures. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a property to accommodate the whole family or large group of friends.

Great family gathering
The home was beautiful. Every room was for just one couple. No rooms with multiple double or bunk beds. This was Great for my siblings with their spouses to gather with everyone getting their own room. Gathering spaces were open and welcoming. Plenty of parking. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful family time
This property is gorgeous! The three/four living spaces are more than adequate for a large family reunion. It was a real plus to have a separate TV room so our main gathering space wasn't dominated by TV. The 9 bedrooms worked out so well for our five married kids and their little ones. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions. Hope to return!

Our stay in this house was wonderful. Lots of room and plenty of beds for our group. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was super and so easy to communicate with. The views are incredible. Highlight was Elk walking through the back yard. We are Booking again for next year.

Spacious House with all the Amenities!
This home was perfect for a large group -especially couples- with so many king size private rooms. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and had plenty of extra amenities. We had 15 people and never felt crowded. The owner was very responsive and available via the app, text or phone. He was gracious enough to share his UTV trail knowledge with us as the maps are sometimes difficult to read. We had a little trouble getting the automatic lock to activate when leaving but could have been user error. Overall highly recommend!
