Perfect home and location for visit to Colonial Beach. Very clean. Manager was completely accommodating.

Exactly as advertised . Peacefull but walking distance to beach and surrounding entertainment, we drove im lazy . Plenty to do and we are very familiar with the area . We will be back soon

Cute, clean little cottage, in wonderful neighborhood, with screened in porch in front and in back. Nice for walks, close to water. It would have been nice to receive location of lock box and alarm code ahead of our arrival. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Gosh! It wasn't long enough but I had a restful short stay. I loved siting on the front porch to watch the red Cardinal birds and in the evening, I would sit on the back porch and drink hot tea and gather my thoughts, this place was just what I needed to reset.

Perfect for a couple of nights, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Quiet street, only thing missing was a view. But had everything we needed and very clean.

Absolutely worth every penny to stay at BiBi had such an amazing weekend will be staying here again very soon

The house was very clean. We enjoyed rhw house except for cleaning product in the livingroom. Was someone trying to hide the fact that someone smaked in the house or had a bathroom accident on the couch. Because there was a horrible smell of rug cleaner in the middle of the living room. It made the environment uncomfortable for asthmatic family members. Very disappointing that we could not use the livingroom at all for family birthday dinner or movie. If I was in a hotel I would have insisted on a new hotel room.that is not something you can do renting a house. We left early because a family member continued to have asthma attacks due to the cleaning product. It is a shame because the location was good, we loved going to the Beach, drinking coffee on the porch and cooking in the clean kitchen.

Great spot to undefined from the fray. Went for Jeep Invasion/Music Festival short stay weekend. This cottage was in the middle of events and easy to get to with lots of traffic. It was quiet and perfect for rest and sleeping in. Cozy feel and perfect for what we needed. Very clean. Comfy bed. Would come back easily.

I have stayed at this property twice. We were there for a car show. There is ample room as there is a back porch and front porch. This is a quiet quaint beach town. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this house for a long weekend for my daughters 2nd birthday. The house was better in person than it was in the pictures. The owner was very easily to communicate with. I inquired how far it was from the beach with a 6y/o and a 2 y/o. She said it was only a few minutes by car or golf cart. It blew my mind when she said Colonial Beach was now a golf cart community and shared a couple of places to inquire about rentals. The cart was delivered to the house before we even got there. Everything was within a few minutes when you're going by golf cart. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was just the right size for us, clean, nicely decorated, and provided all the amenities anyone could need.

This place was cute, and exactly what we needed for two kids and two adults.

Me my wife and 15 month old loves it. We even locked ourselves out the first night there and someone was there in 15 mins to save us! I would recommend doing that but overall great stay

The exterior view of this quaint Northern Neck cottage does not give the entire property justice. Inside the cottage is very comfortable, well appointed, decorated nicely and was a fantastic weekend experience for 4 seasoned adults who were doing a triathlon in town over the weekend. We were wanted for nothing. If you want to try a weekend or a week in the Northern Neck this is a 'best bet' to consider.

Comfortable and nicely decorated bungalow . very well maintained . Safe and quiet neighborhood , convenient location and short walk to town. Very relaxing ! Especially liked the glassed in , air conditioned front porch .

The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable month long stay! It's in a quiet spot with a sweet yard. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay not far from the beach...yet private! A very cool golf cart town too!

This house is super cute and close to the coffee shop, diner, grocery store, etc. It's also a quick 2 minute drive to the water. We had a lovely stay!

BiBi's Bungalow is super cute! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porches, playing games and relaxing. Inside was decorated with bright and cheery colors and just provided a sense of calm and tranquility. If you are heading to Colonial Beach, BiBi's is a great place to stay!

Our stay was good. Everything we needed was either provided or easily accessible. Planning on renting another house next Summer.
