Very nice building and great location at a lakeside and right next to a shopping mall. The bed was really cosy and the staff was kind. I could check in late.
The place is a bit noisy as the walls are thin and cleaners started early in the morning

The view from the balcony is great and very lovely. The hotel is located nearby a lake where you can walk around, and have a beer nearby. Few restaurants are located on the shopping center side. The shopping center has a very good choice of food as well. The location of the airport and city center is almost the same. Not in a rush hour 10 minutes ride, while in the rush hours it takes up to 30 minutes. The room was big, bathroom as well has plenty of space.
WiFi was good.
The shower was a little broken, but for us it was not an issue.

It was nice and verry clean. Friendly staff and everything. The position was excelent, the view was amasing by the lake.

Very accomodating as our flight was late they provided late check in. The room was very clean with a nice view of the lake. It was our second time here and we will deffinetly be back!

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an awesome place to stay. It is situated very close to the mall, yet the place is quiet. There are a lot of parking places in the underground. The staff was very helpful. The city center is about 30 minutes away by foot, but that did not bother us. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come to Cluj.

Lovely staff in the morning. The lady gave me lots of advice about getting around (Friday is a free bus day in Cluj!). I could leave my bags in the office after check out. The mall is right across the street. It was a super clean room with a coffee maker set.

Great location by tha mall. Large room (the superior). Every thing look new. You get a code instead of key. Friendly staff. Great view from the balcony
Problems with hot water on 4th flour (takes a lot of time and even than it just warm. They offered me a differentv room but not the same quality for me if it wasnt for that they would get a 10 from me). They clean the roon just every 3rd day 😠

The location is great, very close to the lake and the mall
The walls are very thin, there was a couple fighting the whole night and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit complicated
