Once we notified staff about glass being gone he taped plastic on it. We came late passed dinner, but he made us dinner! Seemed like a safe place.

The window was broken allowing mosquitoes to come in. Shower floor was clogged after showering. Instant coffee instead of machine made coffee was sad. I can't stand instant coffee! People who were checking in climbed stairs loudly keeping me awake.

It is written on booking that they offer a free shuttle bus, which is not true. You have to pay for a taxi. The guy at the front desk was noisy late at night. We had a flight early in the morning and needed to sleep for a few hours, but this was not possible due to the noise. Also, when we came they told me that they didn't have a room for me and in the end they wanted to give me a higher price. I would never come here again.

I liked that it was near the airport and the hotel offered transportation to the airport. It was in a quiet area so we were able to rest. We did not have to worry about vandals as the hotel was in a gated community.

The room had no towels, I had to ask for them. I was charged to be transported to the airport, I have never paid for airport transportation. I did not expect the hotel to be in a gated community, it was hard to find.

Good location near to the airport. The staff was polite and friendly, the beds were comfortable and they served good breakfast.

The curtains were dirty, the room was not so clean and full of ants. The internet was slow and the reception was closed at 20:30 pm and it was difficult to get drinkable water at night.
