Lots of sleeping space available. Lots of parking. Large family room is nice. Only 2 bathrooms is difficult for large groups. Washing and drying the bedroom linens is a major turnoff on departure morning! Bad odor and rotted food found in dishwasher upon arrival. Overall is a fair value for a large group. Advertisement of price doesn’t state that there is an additional per person per night fee for every person after 12. Other places we have rented did not charge for a “base rate” and then per person after that.

Our Nonprofit Group has rented this location twice this year and both times we have enjoyed it! The house is great and has everything you’d need, the surrounding woods are beautiful and filled with wildlife that we saw regularly. Definitely recommend and we intend on coming back!

There was 10 of us all adults. Although the house can sleep 16 some of the beds were more for kids not adult men 200+ lbs. The house does have more than enough seating for sitting around and playing games both in and outside. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Overall a decent place to stay in the middle of the woods. Not as clean as described, and we found a snake in the shower. There was many beds with sheets that had stains on them, but overall nice quiet cabin in the woods.

We stayed here for our annual 4 generation vacation and were very pleased with the property. We had 11 people ranging in age from 9-81. We loved the open concept and the large seating area in both the living room and the kitchen. We were able to seat all of us at the table at dinner time. The three bedrooms on the main floor worked great for our older generations and the upstairs was perfect for the younger generations.There was more than enough sleeping space. The yard had a lot of room for yard games, plenty of parking for our boat, UTV trailer and 5 vehicles. The deck was for great for some fresh air with plenty of seating. I liked that the firepit was close enough to the cabin that we could run in and out to get drinks and smores easily. The cabin was secluded yet close enough to a town to get anything you need. The only negatives were the bathrooms. There's only one common one on the main floor, which was a little inconvenient for those staying up stairs. The other bathroom is attached to the main suite and it was a little uncomfortable to walk thru someones room to use it. It worked fine in our family setting but maybe not with a group of friends.

The cabin was spacious, and beautiful.

Floors and counters were still wet when we arrived at check in time. Our paperwork said that we needed to bring our own coffee grounds or pods for the Keurig that was on site. Our son and his wife brought pods and we were unable to find the Keurig. I texted the owner and she said that it broke. When I told her that our son was disappointed, she said with an exclamation point, there were four other coffeemakers at the cabin. That doesn't help much when you only brought pods. We were also very short on refrigerator space. The cabin is supposed to sleep up to 25, but has the refrigerator space for a family of 6. Everyone used the coolers they transported food in and had to keep replenishing the ice to keep food safe for the week. There is plenty of space for an extra refrigerator in the basement. We appreciated the close proximity to the county park beach and also the availability of the County Market in Adams. The firepit area was nice and enjoyed by our family. The song of the whippoorwill in the evening was an added bonus.

Everything was good with our stay. The only issue was only 2 bathrooms for 15 people, which meant people needed to go through the master bedroom a lot to use that bathroom.

House was great, property was great, accommodations were great. The only hiccup is we were provided with inconsistent information regarding the cleaning procedures. The email that was sent prior to arrival gave instructions on additional cleaning responsibilities to complete to have your cleaning fee refunded. There were other instructions at the house that gave instructions on how to complete these additional cleaning tasks. But then provided with checklists for a turndown service to complete. So on our departure date we spent multiple hours cleaning the house top to bottom to avoid cleaning fee. But after departure the property host said the prior year they got rid of those optional cleaning duties and they would not be refunding me for any cleaning fees because the turnover service does all that additional cleaning. Inconsistent information provided, we would have like to enjoy our last morning drinking coffee and visiting with family, rather than busting our butts cleaning the whole house (and then not get our cleaning fee refunded). I’m sure the turnover service will either have an easy day or the next person staying will have an exceptionally clean house!

I booked this place for the guys bachelor party and they all loved it. The property was huge, house was roomy and they just loved the look.

Bed set up good if you have a larger group. Veiwing of outside good. You can see the daybreak rising. Our family enjoyed it.

It was a nice quiet getaway. Plenty of sleeping space. Make sure your last day and a half is utilized for cleaning. And prepare to take your trash with you to find somewhere to dump it.

Great get together with parents, 5 of our children, one daughter-in-law, 8 grandkids and one special friend to granddaughter. We were told it was wheelchair accessible. That grandson was unable to make it, but don't think it was really accessible for him anyway.

We had 21 total people. Very comfortable. Wish there were more than 2 bathrooms. Hard to get the laundry done by checkout with that many people. The property is beautiful and private. Fire pit was awesome to have on a very cold night. Wish we could use the inside fireplace as well. Overall fun weekend.

This is the perfect place to go if you want room and privacy. Plenty enough room for family gathering and you don't have to worry about kids running into the street. The fire pit and back deck were perfect for evening gathering. Thank you Leeann!😊

we held a small get together with 12 people and it was the perfect stay! there was plenty of room and the location was great too. we didn’t get much of a chance to venture outdoors due to weather and so we definitely spent a lot more time indoors than planned and we still had a great weekend. i look forward to booking from leean in the future.

There were some issues that could have made our stay better. Coffee pot, has an 8 cup coffee maker. (I did suggest them to get a bigger coffee pot.) Shuts off after 4 cups brewed. (Not everyone has $$ to buy pods for, or wants to use a Kuerig )Also a sheet on 1 of the king size beds had a tear across the sheet. No mattress protectors available on some beds. Instructions were to leave mattress pads and blankets on bed, and to only wash sheets. ( next time i will bring my own bedding, thanks)1 of the toilet brush holders had toilet paper,with mold growing ,in the brush holder. TV in bedrooms did not work. WiFi also spotty ( something not in control of owner/ caretakers)

The location and house were perfect for our family vacation. Everything was as described. It's a quiet location. The only downfall was road construction.

This was a nice secluded home with no views of neighbors-lots of trees for your viewing! The home presents as a family home that has been in the family for years, with that being said, pots/pans to cook with are not the greatest just due to their use over many years. Lots of stuff in the kitchen which made it a challenge to find things- however everything overall was nicely labeled throughout the house! If you want to just get away from the city...this is the place to be! Bring bug spray and have your eyes on the look out for lots of deer!

Exactly as described - quiet, peaceful setting in the woods that easily accommodates large groups. We had a family gathering there and enjoyed our time together.
