Dirty linen. Shower didn’t work at all

The behaviour of the staff is very good. Their food and the room space is nice.

The breakfast area is too small and staff is very less, bathroom quality was really poor

The rooms were good and value for money.

I could see rats running in the room.. scary#

Great hotel in affordable price range. Nice breakfast with awesome Kitchen stuffs. Really appreicate the help of kitchen stuff for suggesting the right medicine for my wife's stomach problem. Surely, will look forward to stay again in The Crystal whenever visiting Kolkata next time. Thank you for your service.!!

property was close to the airport and easily accessible to transport facilities. Clean rooms

The air conditioner vent was broken. The wardrobe could not be opened. Coffee table was broken. Staff were creepy and inquisitive about our marital status. the girls at the reception Kept eyeing each other and smiling. It was very uncomfortable as if you are allowing couples to stay over, be decent enough to respect them. staff from the property even went on to ask for tip while we were leaving. never going back to any treebo hotels again

The people working in the hotel are helpful and friendly, ready to help and improve your stay. Room is clean, good bathroom with hot shower all day, good wifi

Good place to stay overnight during business trip. Location was good . Room was nice and clean.

Quite a good hotel to stay . I stayed for a day and they provided nice clean room. Staff was nice as well. Allowed early check in as well
