Habitación espaciosa y limpia. Personal muy atento.

Faltaría poner más perchas y una balda para dejar las maletas. En la piscina había unos niños que gritaban demasiado, pienso que el personal les debería haber llamado la atención.

Amazing place! Staff are so friendly and welcoming Hotel has a great pool, spacious rooms with comfy beds and really good showers Breakfast is also great with a large range of local and western food

We stayed in the king room with pool view balcony, room/bathroom really spacious. There is Rain shower in bathroom. Staff very friendly, if you go out for tours they will prepare cooling wet towel (was very hot when we were there). Breakfast: can choose from the menu from western to Asian breakfast. Overall good stay we will definitely return.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat einen sehr bei den Touren unterstützt. Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und ist doch nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war gut und auch der Pool ist sehr sauber.

The best hotel we stayed during our stays in Asia, high standard, true 4*. The food was delicious, for breakfast we could choose one of many options together with drinks, and I am a picky eater, so believe me, it was great, you can always choose something. We ate once also a dinner in the hotel restaurant and also great food at good prices - cheaper than restaurants in the city center. Pool very nice, clean, warm temperature. We had a room without balcony and with windows without opening option, what was good for us, because we had no mosquito or any other animal in the room. I had bad experience in other hotels with ants, here no ants and no mosquito in the room, so highly appreciated. I saw there were also rooms with a balcony, so it is up to you what you prefer. Bed very confortable, also pillows.

Usually I have some points but now I honestly dont have. Maybe drinking water refill would be appreciated in the hotel but we received 2 small bottles every day.

Obwohl ein Palace Hotel eher klein, hübsch eingerichtet und persönlich. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberer Pool. Gutes Frühstück, aber immer mit Kartoffeln und Salat, obwohl wir es nicht wünschten.
