My wife and I returned to Santa Fe and were overjoyed to be able to come back to this house that felt like home. Relaxing with everything you need and only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. But you also have a great bakery, coffee shop just at the end of the block. Enjoyed quiet time in early evening sitting in the backyard. Thanks for a wonderful welcome back!!

We explored just about everything there was to see in Santa Fe and between SF and Taos.

I can't rate this property highly enough. Everything was perfect. We had a smooth check-in when we arrived and the owners responded promptly to my texts. It was so easy. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. The first thing that hits you upon entering is that it's exceptionally clean. The owners thought of everything to make us comfortable- night lights in the bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, spacious bathrooms, comfy beds...we even had heated blankets and a massage chair! The decor is charming, and the location can't be beat. We walked to the Georgia O'Keeffe museum, and the famous Santa Fe Plaza. When I visit Santa Fe again, I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! This was in large part due to our wonderful VRBO! Everything was clean and neat! We felt very comfortable and cozy -totally at home! It was well appointed with all the amenities possible! We’d definitely come back again! Gracias! to our host for a job well done!

I loved staying here. The location is convenient to shopping and downtown, the house is clean with lots of comfortable amenities. It's a charming mix of an older home with upgraded conveniences like new bathrooms and a wonderful massage chair!

The location was easy to find and only a 12 minute walk to Santa Fe Plaza and 20 minute walk to the Railyard Arts district. The house was just what we needed with clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations for things to do. We would stay here again in the future. Communication with owner was simple.

My sister and I had a lovely 5 day stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. We walked to great restaurants nearby and several times walked to the Plaza. The hosts have provided everything you can imagine for an extraordinary stay.

Pearl's casita is delightful. Ideal for two couples. Terrific location right off the main thoroughfare through Santa Fe. Well-appointed with very comfortable beds and bedding, lots of pillows and blankets, extra towels. Even had a recliner in the primary bedroom. Everything we needed we found on site including coffee pods, baggies and pantry items. Very clean. Off the street parking. Pearl checked-in a couple of times just to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely stay here again.

This was our first VRBO stay in Santa Fe. We have been visiting Santa Fe for years and had always stayed in hotels. This was so much better! Communication with the owners was easy and straightforward. The house was super clean, spacious. Comfortable, and a great location. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The plaza is a short walk. We went skiing and it snowed during our stay. Super convenient for skiing too. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This cozy, comfortable home was a perfect place to spend the week after Christmas. We had a great combination of relaxing and fun! The house had a great amount of space and was very warm, which we appreciated! The kitchen was well appointed. We walked to town almost every day, and it was easy and close. There is a wonderful breakfast spot a few steps away, a yummy Italian place down the street and a delicious new bakery next to it. We love Santa Fe and are happy to have a found such a lovely place to go back to! Thank you, Pearl for being such a gracious host!!

A beautiful, spacious adobe abode in easy walking distance to almost all our favorite places in Santa Fe. So many nice touches I can’t list them all but we especially appreciated the carport, massage chair, conveniently located power ports (USB A and C) and lighted outlets.

We so enjoyed our stay at this special, wonderful house. It is very cute, clean and comfortable, and the owners provide many extra amenities. The location is excellent, it is an easy walk to the Plaza and to the Railyard District. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Excellent property location for downtown access and walkability to activities. Also good for driving to other locations in NM. Home had all we needed and was very comfortable.

Home and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful front and back outdoor areas. Easy access getting in and out of home. Information about the area and maps are handy for reading and owner responds quickly. I would stay again and definitely recommend to friends.

I won’t lie, when we first arrived we were a bit nervous about the neighborhood, but give it a chance and you won’t be disappointed! An easy walk into town, even at night for dinner. The house has all that you need and the owner is quick to respond to any questions! Be sure to walk over to breakfast, literally next door…

Two old friends spent a long weekend in Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit, by the way. The house was an older home which has been renovated to include all the modern comforts while maintaining the nice older features, like hardwood floors and a fireplace. It is spacious, very clean, well stocked, and contains many thoughtful touches. We did a little cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. It’s such a pleasure to have real dishes, utensils, knives, pots & pans, coffee supplies, oil, salt & pepper. Just like being at home. Nice backyard for sitting out with coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon. Good location - an easy walk to the Plaza and surrounding area, which has numerous museums, art galleries, historical sites, shops, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

The home was well appointed, perfectly cleaned and a had all the amenities one could need. It was a 5 minute walk to the square and was surrounded by great breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. Would absolutley stay here again.

The location is wonderful, and the property was sparkling clean. We had extra space for our 3 people. We enjoyed the outdoor patio too.

just what we were looking for

It is an adorable, stand alone house with a nice yard and good off street parking for two cars. The inside is spacious and attractive. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is thoroughly equipped with good quality items. The owner responded promptly to the one question we had for her. The location was ideal for us. A half mile walk to the plaza and an easy 10 minute drive to the opera. I hate giving it such a good rating, as it will make it more difficult for us to get reservations next year.

We had a great time, check in was easy! It was a great location with easy access to downtown and restaurants right by the house were great! Property floors could use a good cleaning everything else was fantastic!

The four used the VRBO as a base while attending Santa Fe Opera. It is very convenient for driving to the opera. It is also located so that walking to the Plaza and environs is easy. It is located on a quiet dead end street. It’s one of the best VRBOs experiences that we’ve ever had. It was exceptionally clean. It was well stocked with paper products, coffee, cleaning supplies, linens, laundry detergent, a case of water, etc. We only needed to shop Trader Joe’s for food and beverages. The owner was most responsive, and was quick to answer any questions and provide information. A top VRBO experience for us. 👍 We will definitely book here again next time we’re in Santa Fe

The property is in an excellent location, my family and I walked to everything during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

There were 4 long time friends who only had two nights in Sante Fe. This house was perfect!! So cozy and warm! It had everything we needed plus more! And to top it off, we could walk to the Plaza! We will go back plus we are sharing about this house with many friends!!

This house was a terrific place to stay. Proximity to The Plaza and the many "sights" made it better than we hoped for. The house is so well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The private patio was perfect for morning coffee/breakfast and planning our day. Would like to stay again!

Wonderful location, very comfy beds, big kitchen and lovely garden for morning coffee. Close to everything and yet quiet.
