This property will exceed your expectations. We could not believe how clean this place is. Fluffy towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The laundry room was also very helpful. The comfortable back porch was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

From the moment we drove up the driveway, we knew we'd made the right choice for a rental. Decorated in calming colors and super cute, we felt right at home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, we had ample time to see unique attractions in the Denver area. Several restaurants are close by so we could order in at night.

The home was very clean and stocked beyond measure, we wanted for nothing. The host had cornhole boards in the garage that we used in the beautiful and spacious back yard. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio each morning. The location was great, we drove to Elitch Gardens a couple of times and took an Uber to a Rockies game. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The perfect home for our (three small) families, I would book this again for sure. Five stars to this host!

Very clean, very well stocked. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Pleanty of room for 6 adults with bonus media/game room. LOVED the gas stove and outdoor gas grill. Outdoor space is beautiful. Oh, the wild cottontail bunnies were a fun surprise!

My wife, myself, and our 3 adult daughters had an excellent experience with plenty of room for all. We chose the Gray house due to its proximity to the wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect my 22 yo, 18 yo and myself for an amazing weekend of concerts at Red Rocks. Great food all around, easy uber rides to RR, and fun stuff to do around the house. The house is set up perfect and we hung out there a good bit. We could have fit 4 more people in their very comfortably.

Really enjoyed the house, very clean and one of the best stocked VRBO homes we have ever stayed at with a great yard. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay here again when visiting our granddaughter.

This is a nice, comfortable home in a good location to get to Denver, Boulder and more. The outdoor space was an added bonus for our group to relax in the morning and end of the day. The home also has what you need to make some nice meals and memories.

The property had a great location 20 min to Denver and 20 min to Boulder with easy on/off to 36. House was very nice and comfortable with a nice backyard. Bonus was two very cute baby foxes that were living in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the best of the best rental home I have had the pleasure of staying in. Everything, I seriously mean everything was there in the home for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. The baby (9 months) was able to crawl around with ease and worry free of trouble spot. (I did relocate a few knick knacks;) Highly-highly recommend for your needs in the Westminster area, very accessible to everywhere we needed to go, no more than 25 minutes via UBER to some of the best that Colorado can offer!!

Nice, comfortable home with excellent outdoor space. Basement had plenty of gathering space. Coffee & toiletry supplies, cooler, corn hole boards and board games were greatly appreciated!

This place was great. It has the best of both worlds when it comes to the benefits of a house and the niceties of a hotel. They have things like coffee creamer and sweetener, as well as soap shampoo and conditioner. The satellite TV is nice so you don't have to rely on streaming like most places. There is a nice garage to park in and a perfect spot out back for making the most of the beautifully manufactured landscape. I highly recommend booking this house if you're going to need one in the area. Travel to downtown and the mountains isn't bad either so it's in a great location in my opinion. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment as well. Thanks again our stay was great!

We have had a range of experience with VRBO rentals. I spoke with Travis after our stay to let him know that we really enjoyed our stay there. The "modern updated kitchen" lacks a dishwasher which we did not notice when we booked. Otherwise the kitchen was exceptionally appointed. Bed linens were lovely, towels were abundant and good quality. House was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was nice including flowers, and the back patio was inviting and pleasant when the heat didn't chase us inside. I suggested considering the installation of a grab bar for exiting the tub - this "Nana" felt a little unstable stepping in and out of the tub shower. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was a very enjoyable stay. It was a fun family home- there was plenty of games to keep kids engaged and then free coffee for parents in the morning. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space for themselves. Awesome place to stay!

Perfect spot for our group of 6 friends in our 40s and 50s to gather for a milestone birthday. House is impeccably clean, fresh, and well-appointed. All beds were very comfortable. Everything functioned perfectly. The backyard patio is so nice, and ended up being the spot we used most. House policies were straightforward and reasonable. Communication with host was super easy. Convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the Denver area.

Loved our stay just outside Denver at Grey house getaway. Never been to the area and the well stocked home, and central location exceeded our expectations. Travis was friendly,responsive and informative about the area. Loved the covered outdoor space. Hope to return . thank you!

Great property. It had a crib which we wanted but wasn't very baby proof. We made do with putting breakables out of reach from kids. Great back yard. Great beds.

We really enjoyed this home. We’ve rented before many homes in Lake Tahoe, but nothing like this. Very well prepared with everything we needed. Very cozy, very clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. Make us feel not far from our Cali home. We really had an awesome time, we’ll definitely used this property in the future!

Beds were comfortable, cozy space upstairs and large area downstairs for a family Christmas dinner and gathering . Travis was super responsive to questions, we very much enjoyed our stay!

The house was everything it was advertised to be. We would definitely stay there again. The outdoor seating area was great. We appreciated that quite a few household staples were provided by the owner. Can I find anything negative to say about the place-No.
Just watch out when backing out or pulling into the driveway-go slowly, as the city has oddly high curbs.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable. About 15-20 min drive everywhere we wanted to go. The games and cooler were a great extra perk. We loved the back patio. Plenty of shade and tons of room. We'd love to stay again!

Went to Denver for a wedding and was able to comfortably see family and friends on the back patio to meet our 6 month old in a safe space. Grandparents had their own space upstairs while we had the basement. Comfortable couches and plenty of space. Easy check in/out and very clean property. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a safe, quiet house while in the greater Denver area!

The Gray House was absolutely perfect for our group consisting of two couples and two singles, four beds in total. The home has three areas to hang out, two inside and one on a lovely patio with sunshades for when the setting sun wants to join the fun. We were an affordable Uber ride from the outlet mall and downtown, and only 30 minutes from Boulder. I can't think of anything that would have made it a better stay.

The pictures don't do it justice. The home was so clean and fresh, one can tell a lot of care and thoughtfulness goes into their property. The bedrooms were nicely sized, beds super comfy and calm relaxing color palette.
The nice sized kitchen was outfitted with all the conveniences of home, we appreciated the paper plates & cups for quick clean-up.
The outdoor seating and dining was so appreciated, we enjoyed our morning coffees and breakfast on the patio each day.
Would highly recommend, we would be delighted to stay here for a future visit!

We had a great stay in this house, there was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Beautiful home, everything you need was there. We enjoyed the wonderful patio for our morning coffee and a nightcap when we returned from our activities. Great neighborhood and easy Uber ride to all things Denver. Don't hesitate to book, you'll be happy you did.

Initial impression was fantastic and got better as we continued our stay. Two items of constructive feedback:
- Tack down runners on the stairs
- Kerig is great but a drip coffee machine would have been appreciated
