We, a family of ten, three generations ranging from age six to over seventy, spent two weeks at this beautiful villa. There are spectacular views of the mountains on one side and the sea from the rear of the property. Our host Mano met us on arrival and showed us around the spotlessly clean and very well-appointed villa, offering tips on where to visit and eat. The villa is two apartments joined via the entrance hallway providing ample areas for privacy if needed. Two large ground floor terraces, one wrapping around the side of the villa and three balconies in addition to the shaded area near the pool. The volleyball court and table tennis table were well used by all members of the family. Throughout the two weeks nothing was too much trouble helping us book minibuses and even providing a delicious homemade moussaka by his wife Maria – the best we had ever tasted. The villa is kept in excellent condition. Bed linen and fresh bath and pool towels were changed regularly during the two weeks. Toilet rolls, washing powder, dishwasher detergent and washing up liquid were all provided. The pool area is wonderful – out twin granddaughters aged six by end of week one managed a length without assistance and by the end of week two were more competent swimmers than their grandmother. We thank Mano again for providing such excellent service and his team for keeping everything perfect.

We stayed 14 days in Juli ´23 with 16 people of 4 families . The villa is fantastic. Great poolarea with plenty of sunbeds and a nice lounge in the shadow. The rooms are very clean, nice and all of them have a balcony or access to a terrace. The much needed aircon worked very good. The Villa is even better than the fotos. There is a nice bbq in the backyard with a nice terrace. The beautiful beach is a 7 Minutes walk away. Supermarket, restaurants and the beautiful town of Gerogioupoli are nearby. A car is recommended. Mano is the perfect host. Great dining recommendations, always there when needed and really a nice person from the bottom of his heart. He even brought us the absolut best Mousaka on the planet as a suprise. The communication was perfect from the start of the booking. Every text was answered in minutes. We had a perfect time and recommed this place a lot!

Our stay was absolutely faultless. The owner Mano is so attentive and was so kind to us before and during our stay. Even with 15 of us we had so much room in the villa. It was clean and spacious. Thank you Mano for making our trip memorable!

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The Villa was well equipped, looked great and has beautiful views. The best thing about the Villa is Mano who went over and above to help us book local dinners, taxis, help us out when the shops were close on a family day (Greek Easter Sunday). He is extremely generous and a very welcoming and kind host. I highly recommend staying here in a beautiful spot in Greece.

We had been trying to visit this villa for 2 years (delayed by the Covid pandemic) so were so pleased to arrive and find that the pictures we had been looking at for so long matched our expectations and more. First Gaby with her pre visit communication and then Mano and his new wife were excellent hosts. Mano was always available to help, giving us information about the surrounding area and activities as well as making sure the villa was clean and we were having a comfortable stay. Even his wife providing us with freshly baked doughnuts! My whole family of 15, with ages from 6 to 82, had such a wonderful time. The pool area is fantastic for all and sitting by the pool whilst the kids swam and I chatted with my sisters whilst looking at the beautiful surrounding hills is a memory we'll cherish. The colourful lights of the pool after dark were also fab. The villa is away from town so was quiet which suited us great. Although my 82 year old Mum had to be driven to town, it was close enough for most of us to walk to the tavernas in Kavros and even Lake Kournas. The rooms were excellent and we had plenty of room for our family of 15 with the kids on bunk beds or on the sofa beds. There were plenty of places for meals or to sit and chat, around the pool, on balconies or at the back of the property where there was an excellent BBQ area. The kids just loved the pool, ping pong and volley ball area. Would thoroughly recommend! Thank you Mano.

We were 3 families with 15 people staying in this lovely home. The home is actually 2 separate units both with their own kitchens. We were very comfortable, and our teens particularly loved the outdoor amenities of the pool and volleyball net. The views are amazing- if you look one way you see the sea and the mountains the other way. We hired cars and drove to the beach that is within a 5-10 minute drive. We also loved the town surrounding the lake. We found this location to be ideal as we were close to the beach but could also drive about 45 minutes to Chania in the evening. Mani, the owner, and Gabi, manager, were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend, and we would certainly stay here again.

We had a great time with the whole family (4-84 years) in the house! Mano and Gaby were very helpful and wonderful hosts who were always immediately responsive when help was needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the wonderful pool, table tennis and beach volleyball area.

We took our family away for our 60th birthdays, had all the kids and grand kids with us (14 people), and we couldn't have had a nicer place to stay, the grand children lived in the pool, the Villa was lovely in a nice location and was everything we hoped for. The owner Mano was amazing, his wife even made us cakes for the Adults and one for the children, i don't think we could have gone anywhere better. Gaby arranged all the transfers for us and helped if we needed anything else, truly an amazing villa and we shall be returning, thank you for helping us make the most wonderful memories. We had a great week. Prior to arrival Gaby was always helpful, booking travel from the airport and answering any questions we had. Both Mano and Gaby were welcoming on arrival and throughout the week Mano was always there to help whenever we needed it! Really amazing week, thank you both!!

C’était un merveilleux séjour. La maison est parfaite. Nous étions 17 et il y avait beaucoup de place. Nous n’avions pas l’impression d’être nombreux grâce au tout l’espace disponible. La piscine est un petit bijou avec tous l’équipement possible. Nous recommandons pour tous des touts petits aux plus grands.

There is nothing to add to the previous comments. Every written detail is right and perfect in this place!!! Gaby arranged a typical Greece dinner at one night for us that was catered directly at the villa. Manos took the younger ones to the beach party (and back). Another day Manos arranged a reservation at the very good taverna Akrogiáli with the best Raki ever! The only thing that was a bit strange for us was the rental car situation, but at the end it worked for us (bring enough cash to the island).

The villa is PERFECT! We were a group of 14, 25-year old school friends and this villa provided exactly what we needed for a fabulous and memorable holiday. It is in a rural, peaceful location, between the sea and the mountains and with relatively few neighbours. The pool area is stunning, with fantastic views, enough sun loungers for everyone to relax and a beautiful shaded area if you need to get out the sun. Inside, it is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and the kitchens are well-equipped with everything needed to make group meals. The two apartments work really well for big groups. There is an awesome BBQ and plenty of seating out the back. The volleyball court and ping pong table was a huge bonus. The fresh water lake is a 5 minute drive away and is beautiful! We rented pedalos one day and had a long lunch at a taverna overlooking the lake. There are food shops and tavernas close to the villa, but hire cars or taxis are needed. Gaby and Mano were so helpful, kind, discreet and very tolerant of a big group of friends who were excited to be on holiday together! Thank you.

I stayed at this beautiful villa as a group of 12 to celebrate a special birthday. It was wonderful from start to finish. The owners couldn’t have done enough for us from arranging airport transfers, gathering shopping and even bringing us home late one night!!! A huge thank you to both Manos and Gaby for everything you did for us. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at the villa and have no hesitation in recommending it. We were a family group of 11, ranging in age from 21 to mid 60s and the villa worked really well for us. While 2 apartments, they are integrated and well set up for a large group. We used the downstairs living area and the upstairs was really just used accommodation. The villa is modern and clean - there was a very comprehensive mid-week clean with new linen etc, which was nice. We loved the pool area and tended to start each day there - it had all day sun (but with shade if we wanted it) so was good to return to in the evening. Gaby and Manos were great to deal with - helpful and friendly and we used most of their restaurant recommendations. We also appreciated that the villa had basic items like dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, etc that we didn't need to get in. The location also worked very well for us. We walked into Kavros (to the bakery, for an evening meal) and to the beach and along to Georgioupolis. We went to Lake Kournas and (unexpectedly) had a great time on the pedalos. We went to the south coast twice - to Loutra, which was lovely, as we were meeting those of our group who walked the Samaria Gorge (recommended), and to Preveli Beach. We also went to Rethymnon and to Chania, and around the close-by mountain villages, all of which we enjoyed. We all had a great holiday and thought Crete a fabulous destination. We were a group of families with adults and teenagers and it was just right for everybody. The villa is clean, comfortable and well managed and the pool area is a great place to relax and have a good time - table tennis is a real asset! If you need to organise a trip or if there are any issues, Manousos and Gaby are friendly, helpful and available (without disturbing your holiday). If you prefer to eat at home, the kitchens are well equipped and the environment is perfect for a big family meal. There are plenty of restaurants, too (we really enjoyed Kavalos Taverna at Lake Kournas) if you prefer to eat out. The beach is 800m to walk to with free sunbeds, water sports and a lovely bar. We could not have had a better holiday, so thanks Manousos and Gaby; we will return, if you'll have us!

We were a group of seven friends. We were all looking forward to a memorable trip to Greece, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. We had a day mid week that we decided to just hang by the house and enjoy the pool. It was so relaxing... Gaby and Mano could not be better hosts. They introduced us to someone to set up a trip to the Samaria gorge. They also recommend GREAT places to eat. My friends asked them to set up a breakfast as a surprise for my birthday, they did an amazing job. They made our stay a great one.

had the most amazing time at this beautiful villa, got married on the beach and spent 5 glorious days with my family here, it was spotlessly clean with enough room for all 14 of us and the pool was amazing, lovely scenery and out hosts Gaby and mano were excellent, mano even took me down in my wedding dress on his quad bike which was so much fun! We loved the house and the pool area! A truly fantastic house!! We didn’t had time to use the volleyball court or the ping-pong table. Manos and Gaby were very friendly and helpful. You need a rentalcar to shop groceries. It’s a 5 min drive. There are at least 2-3 rentalcar firms in Asprouliani. However we did rent ours near Chania AirPort. You can easily walk to the beach in 10-15 min. I will recomend this fabulous villa to all our friends if they planning a vacation in Crete./Johan from Stockholm

The house is incredible, we are absolutely delighted! We rented two floors at once, the house has everything you need and even more. Pool just super! Especially we liked the backyard and barbecue. The house completely corresponds to the description, modern design and all amenities. The house is located in an ideal location. On one side there is a view of the mountains, from the second side - to the sea. It is not far from the sea, and there is also a very beautiful fresh lake in walking distance. The huge plus for us was the lack of neighbors, tk. we came to a company of 20 people to celebrate the wedding and expected that it would be noisy. Acoustics are not there, we brought them with us). The home owners are very friendly and pretty people, ready to go to the meeting, thank you so much! Undoubtedly we recommend this house to the rent, you will not regret how to spend your vacation!

The villa is well situated, within easy walking distance of a huge sandy beach and near Crete's only lake, where you can hire pedalos. Tavernas on the beach and in the nearby villages offer excellent food and service. It is in a quiet rural area with lovely views of the hills. The facilities are very good; there is a good-sized pool, barbecue, dining area, play equipment for young children and plenty of indoor lounging space. It is clean and well-serviced and the owner is helpful and friendly.

Fantastic place, perfect for our stay ! We were 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children, no problem getting room, airconditioned beds and barbeque facilities for all. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants,would recommend at least one car for morning shopping etc, two supermarkets 5 minutes (car) away. Gaby is very responsive, polite and full trustworthy. So is Mano, lives close and is the perfect host, without being intrusive. If you want the safe, private yet still full supported Cretan stay - go for this place! All thumbs up!

A beautiful Villa with enough space for everybody. Everything was clean and the hosts are super friendly! We already miss the house with its great pool and awesome view. The beach is easy to reach and the Supermarket and Restaurants are also nearby. We´ll come back!

Such a perfect setting for an amazing family holiday. The villa itself had everything you could wish for and it was immaculately cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Having Gaby and Manu on hand to help with any questions and provide suggestions of where to go etc was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

we were a group of 20 young people who lived in the villa for a week. we enjoyed our stay very much an loved the appartments and the pool. but what we appreciated most were the friendly hirers who helped us wherever they could! if we ever go on holiday with this big group again we will definitely return to this villa.

This was a superb house that accommodated our large group of 13 perfectly. It was very clean and well maintained and the space was set out as 2 adjoining flats, which worked great for the number of people. It is located in a quiet residential area but close to all the beaches and main areas that you need to explore in Crete. Just a quick zip over to Chania, Rethynmo and other beautiful towns and we enjoyed a day to Balos Beach which was unreal. The house is a newer rental so it was a little under supplied (only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, needed bath soap, etc.) but Gaby and Manos were always available and accommodating so I expect they would get right on it. The outdoor area by the pool was lovely and we had a great time at this house. Recommended without reservation.

The villa has been fantastic and provided us with all we needed and more. The people working here have been nice and helpful.
