Super séjour à Cabarete

Our vacation started by Marino, taxi driver that is recommended by this place, picked us up with a big, happy welcome. As the gate to Palacio Atlantico opened we were all amazed as we were entering into a tropical paradise for 11 awesome days!! The walkway was surrounded with luscious tropical plants, opening up.to an inviting swimming pool and 2 friendly dogs, Blanca and Noir greeting us. Manager Kathy was there to meet us and show us to our home away from home. She was so helpful and welcoming throughout our whole stay. The view from our balcony was priceless. Sound of the waves, birds was very soothing. Location was perfect-nice 30 minute walk along the beach to restaurants was enjoyable. We also walked along the road to Belgium Bakery for breakfast but was very hot. Vagamundo was an awesome place as well for breakfast; VoyVoy and a small place called Casita something-only serve brunch on weekend and it’s only one choice but very healthy and delicious. All the staff were very helpful, approachable, visible at all times; hard workers especially Harley, Pedro and Dulceta (don’t think I have her name right, sorry) super friendly! 😃 I thought my kids who are 23, 26,, 29 would have wanted to stay in an all inclusive said, this was their best vacation ever!! They still were able to go to nightclubs that were close by. We were so happy with everything! Most definitely will be promoting this property. Thank you !!! 😃

Pictures of this codo are beautiful, but reality far exceeds it. Perfect location right in the center of kite beach equipped with all the niceties of civilization, beautiful gardens and great host. Hope to be back!

Ben and Jen prepared us for an amazing stay in DR. The property manager Kathy was attentive to all questions and set up tours for us and Marino our private taxi driver was friendly and on time every day. Kathy speaks clear English and is so kind. Schedule a massage at the condo, best ever. The property dogs are so loving and love head massages and tummy rubs. All garden staff are helpful and friendly too. We ate breakfast at Vegamundo 3x, must go there. You can walk beach to get there. You can text the hosts anytime or Kathy on property and ALL will respond quickly and help you with any concerns or recommendations to do on your trip. All the people renting other units are friendly to chat with. You will be grateful to have chosen this VRBO. Enjoy!

We loved the location right on Kite Beach. Walking on the beach to Cabarete was our favorite thing to do. Kathy and her staff are outstanding and so helpful.

The condo is the best nicest condo I stayed in in the Dominican Republic very clean very nice lots of towels lots of beach towels right on the beach the owner was very nice the manager was very nice I would stay there many more times the landscaping was beautiful watching all the kits fly during the day was real interesting

We had stayed in Palacio Atlantico a number of years back, and were so thrilled to see that the condo is available for rent again. The location is perfect - easy access to everything in Cabarete but not in the traffic and crowds of the town itself. The apartment is spacious and recently remodeled. The location right on Kite Beach with gorgeous gardens in the front and back make it a truly stunning place to stay. We could just sit on the balcony all day looking at the ocean and gardens. You cannot find a prettier place on the North Coast of the DR. Kathy was also very friendly and responsive as the property manager. My only hesitation recommending this place so highly is that it probably won't be available next time we want to rent it! :)

Great place to stay with kites in the sky and Kite beach, good restaurants, kind people and good service.

The accommodations were perfect for my family. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! Kathy was awesome and helped us arrange some outings. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend staying here. Rhonda

We loved the place. For kiting it is the best with the support of all local kite schools and shops located right there at the stretch of beach. We also tried out the local restaurant right underneath the Optimal Kitesurfing School and found it so delicious that we ended up eating there most nights. 50ft walk from appartement door does make it easy. For other activities you will need a car to get to Cabarete close by or Sosua a bit further for supermarkets and restaurants. Although taxis are available and relatively cheap. So I guess you could get by without renting a car. The apartment complex of 6 units is taking care of very well by a 24 hour staff run by Katy who is truly great and will help you with anything you might need. I would come back again if I have the opportunity

What a nice stay at this beautiful airbnb on Kite Beach. The location was perfect. The view from the balcony simply divine. Nothing like watching the kites fly high at sunset and the horses gallop in the morning as you relaxed on the c deck in the sun. The host and property manager were very responsive every step of the way. The location was very close to many beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend this great stay in Kite Beach.

Palacio Atlantico has it all! World class wind surfing, beach and tropical gardens on the North side and a pool on the South. Lovely balcony furniture for lounging, dining and games and the interior is equipped with exceptional WI-FI, electronics, Nespresso and Ninja machines. With only six condos and a 24 hour staff, this family friendly property offers a secure, private haven from which to explore the village of Cabarete and the surrounding jungle and mountain areas. You will delight in the great variety of cuisine as well as the local food and feel very safe eating in the outside restaurants. We are especially grateful to the talented and competent staff to keep things in order. Kathy, the manager, made our first experience in the Dominican a dream and helped us with car rentals, recommendations to the hidden gems and reservations. We treasure the fabulous massages by Dulcia on our balcony. The owners, Ben and Jenny are great communicators and have provided many extra touches that make a holiday experience great! We travel a lot and don't know how this escaped our radar until now, but we will definitely be back and will stay longer.
