Really comfortable, affordable and really well located. Perfect place for family vacation.

The property was as promised. Weak batteries made door entry and tv use initially difficult; owner resolved promptly.

We wanted a place convenient to the boardwalk and this definitely fit the bill! The place was as advertised. There is both a drip and a Keurig-type coffee makers. Take a mattress topper as the pull out mattress is on the thin side; compared to what we are used to sleeping on.

Perfect location, I'm grateful I read the reviews before going as someone said the bed wasn't good so we brought a mattress topper, thank God we did that the bed was not so great! The only thing off about the description was it said drip coffee so that what we brought but it was a k-cup, otherwise it was perfect! We will go back!!!!

Great little spot steps away from the beach and everything else! Not super fancy but perfect for the price! Blankets and sheets are not included but we brought our own! Also, we brought our own padded mattress covers which was a great help as the pull outs were super thin!! Also bring a couple of folding chairs for the table as there is no seating when the beds are set up! Otherwise, it was clean and met our needs for this trip!

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is really just a block away from the beach and the downtown shops and restaurants. This is a great place for a solo trip, and it fits the description of the ad. I hope to return soon!

The place was very Clean and perfect location to beach and boardwalk however a bit small for me and 2 teenage girls It is a wonderful little studio and would be perfect for 2 (no more) You couldn't ask for a better location

Fantastic communication, ease of checking in and out, extremely clean, and so close to the ocean! We enjoyed our stay and my son asked when we could stay again immediately after leaving.

Property was exactly at listed - close walk to the beach/boardwalk. Perfect amount of space for my husband and myself

Property was refurbished. We brought a blow up bed. 2 adults and 2 small children and you won't need the blow up bed. We would rent it again. Close to everything. Beach 1 block Rehoboth Ave, 2 blocks. TV had netflix among others....... Worth the money

Had a positive experience at Michael's place. The location is unbeatable- very quiet but a block from the beach and the best restaurants in town. Michael was very communicative and accommodating. The space was good for our short stay and nice that there was a little kitchen. There is no getting around the uncomfortable sleeper sofa though, so be prepared - I suggest even bringing a mattress topper if you can. Otherwise, great place for the price!

Michael and Corey's studio apartment was perfect for our annual ladies' trip to Rehoboth. The apartment is perfectly located at only a block from the nearest beach entrance, and two blocks from Rehoboth Ave, among all the other great side streets. The apartment was well stocked with what we needed (cups, plates bowls etc). The only thing I wish there was (though, I may have just missed it) was a broom to sweep out all the sand. Otherwise, the apartment was as described. I will say the pull out couches weren't the comfiest (when are they?), but we knew what we were getting into when we made this reservation. Otherwise- totally recommend this affordable spot for a weekend getaway with friends!

This place was awesome! Just big enough for our family of three and just a block walk to the beach! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Our two-night stay at Rehoboth beach was a great experience. The pictures are accurate the place is small but very clean and very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants at night. Check-in was fast as check out and the owners replied to our inquiries right away. We would definitely come back again.

We stayed for 3 days for a family vacation. It was a great value for the size, location, and quality. The location is right in the heart of North Rehoboth Beach close to restaurants, shops, and the beach/boardwalk. The listing was exactly as described. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach with two young kids. It was just enough space for two adults and our 5-year old and 2-year old. Air conditioning worked great for a very hot weekend. The owner was great to work with and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and owner!

This property was everything I wanted! The ad is very accurate, and it was the perfect size for a solo vacation. You are just a block away from the beach and from restaurants, shops, and bars. I parked my car at the property and just walked everywhere. I found it so easy to communicate with the owner, Michael. The place was clean and the amenities met my expectations based on the price. I can’t wait to come back!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and located right off the beach. The owners provided all the information we needed and checked in with us once we arrived. Would highly recommend!
