This was a great place for us. This is the second time we have stayed here. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and great walks. Clean, comfortable and met/exceeded our expectations. Great to have laundry facilities accessible on property. Well maintained with all appliances functioning and very comfortable bed. Sofa not very comfortable, but not awful. We would visit this property again.

We loved staying here. Very close to beach,1/2 block. Loved the parking and easy access to the parking. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Everything we need for the week. We will be back!!

This property was absolutely perfect! Unbeatable location, clean, and they thought of everything you might need.

Sometimes you just can't get good workers...but those 2 employees we met at Seaside Village were A+ workers!! The place was clean and ready for us and if we had a question, it was answered immediately. The location is perfect right in the village and accessible to food, fun, beach and freeways. The condo was well stocked - didn't even have to go buy coffee. We will stay there again.

Loved our time here! The location is AMAZING!! Such easy walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. Everything in the unit was very clean and updated. Loved being able to open windows and blinds to let in fresh air and sunlight. Provided parking spot is also a plus!

The property is so well furnished with everything. Was great to have fans and a/c. The cleanliness is in every room. A nice and quite unit. It is so close to the beach and all restaurants. Also nice to have a pool and a laundry area available. The property management team is a 10. A must place to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was unit "G" upstairs on the corner of Pine and Garfield. It is updated and very clean. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans, crackpot,, blender, toaster etc. The pool was refreshing. You are also provided with a wagon beach chairs umbrella kids beach toys. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the lovely stay

This is actually the second place I’ve stayed in Carlsbad and this property as well as the other are owned by the same person. The property is extremely clean, easy check in, love the code door lock so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys everywhere you go. This place has a pool and it is great! The beach supplies are super handy and a nice extra. They left me water in the fridge (not sure if that was from the property or previous occupant) but was sure nice to see that! I wish this one had a view of the beach, but the proximity to the beach out weighs that it doesn’t have a view. Wish it had AC but thankfully during my stay it was cool enough that leaving open windows kept things cool. I would stay here again! Maybe just not when the weather would be super hot! Awesome place.

I found the unit to be immaculate. The location is fantastic. One block to the beach and a few blocks to the heart of Carlsbad. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Place was comfortable and very clean. Met all of our expectations. We enjoyed walking to the beautiful beach, one block away. We walked everywhere for dining. We will definitely stay again!

Location was nice but mo ocean view as listed. Traffic was a bit heavy but very close to ghe beach. Beautiful condo/apartment. Though luggage was a bit difficult to carry upstairs. AC is optional and portable inside the apartment wasn't working upon arrival. Though property helped quickly. Garage door opener stoped working after one day so had to park on the side streets foe the rest of the day as the property manager was unresponsive to the problem. Overall it was an okay stay for the price. .

We loved our stay here! First, the location. The location is unbeatable! The incredible Carslbad State Beach is one block away and downtown Carlsbad is two blocks away. There is so much to do that's walkable. We didn't even need to drive anywhere! Second, the Condo. These condos are beautiful. We felt right at home. They have beautiful floors, comfortable beds, spacious balconies, high end appliances and everything we could ask for. The condo area is also spectacular. The landscaping is intriguing and beautifully maintained (We had no idea there were this many succulent trees!). We even used the laundry room and it was great and very convenient (pay by CC was easy). The pool is very nice and there's a huge area for outdoor BBQ'ing. The pictures don't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. The Management. Upon our arrival, we were unable to get our remote clicker working to open the gate. I called the number within the VRBO app and the manager immediately answered the phone. They opened the gate for us and were super nice and apologetic. It was also 9:30pm! We can't wait to go back and will definitely be staying here again.

The property is a perfect location to the beach and anything else you need, great restaurants and shops. The area is very clean, pool refreshing and nice to have a laundry on property. Management was very friendly and helpful and there when needed. The unit is very clean, has whatever you need to make your stay relaxing. Our only issue is that it does not have central air. The fans help a lot. We would surely return and make sure we tell our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

On the one hand it is a perfect location, one block from the beach. On the other hand, the noise on Carlsbad Blvd. and even Pine St. is extreme--police and fire sirens, car exhaust noise (supposedly illegal but not policed), car alarms, trash trucks. The apartment is not air conditioned. Thus, you cannot closes the windows at night. Also, I thought the overall property did not allow pets. There was a barking dog next door to us most of our stay. I do recommend the property with the above caveats.

This unit was in a great location and had really good amenities. It's as described on the sites. Had a few parking issues but the property manager was super responsive. AC unit is one that vents through the window and plugs in. We thought about using it when we got there as it was pretty warm and stuff but once we opened the front and back windows the breeze coming through was amazing and we really didn't need to ever use the unit. Thanks for the stay. We enjoyed it.

Has everything you might need. Having Mgr on property helped with the portable air conditioner because of warm evening temperatures. Having a private secure parking instead of fighting the beach goers. Half block from beach. Short walking into Carlsbad Village restaurants and shops.

Great rental for our family of three! Walk to the beach and Carlsbad village for restaurants and shopping. The property was well taken care of. The room was clean, well stocked, and a perfect location.
