First off the pictures do not do the place justice. A very nice home plenty of space for our family that was in town for a wedding. Everything labeled so no guess work. The grandkids enjoyed the board games & the pool. The home is fully stocked could use a few larger cooking pots. Had no emergent issues to contact owner only one issue with toilet seat that left note in the home for owner. Short walk to the beach the views off decks were great. Loved the area around the pool for family to gather out of the sun. I highly recommend this home & owner & will definitely stay here again in the future. No one wanted to leave & go back home to reality.

The property was even better than the listing and pictures. We flew in from Ohio and were happy to have the necesseties we needed such as beach towels, beach chairs, bathroom items and kitchen items available. Very close to restaurants and entertainment along with bay and Gulf beach views from the balcony. I would highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this home. Everything was as described and we loved it. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of for a great week. The location to the beach was awesome and we loved the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas! We spent most of our time between the private pool and beach. And Greg the owner made the whole rental process very easy. We would definitely love to go back!

We enjoyed our time here. We had a very short walk to the beach, and the house was spacious and filled with a ton of amenities, including items for the beach and pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find multiple beach umbrellas, chairs, wagons, floaties, toys, balls and even a cooler. The house features three ensuite bedrooms. Two of these ensuites are king bedrooms and the third is a double-bed ensuite. The double-bed room can only be accessed through the third king bedroom, which is open (formerly an entertaining space) and has no closet or bathroom. A queen bedroom can be found on the main level, and a bedroom featuring two twin beds is located upstairs. Two smaller full bathrooms are located in the hallway, just outside of these rooms. There are 5 full bathrooms in total - 3 are located in bedrooms and 2 are accessed via the hallway. There are six bedrooms, including the open king bedroom. The house has two driveways, so there is plenty of parking space. There is also a trolley stop right outside the house. Overall, this is a great house. We plan on staying here again!

The pool here was really nice and I was really happy with it. The things here were really fun and I had a really good time riding the bikes. The beds were also really comfortable. Overall it was a really nice experience.

My group loved this house! We had a group of several couples in town for another friends wedding. Everyone told me several times over the weekend how happy they were with the house. The pictures hardly do the place justice, its beautiful. It is in an awesome location, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There was a ton of room with comfortable sleeping options for the whole crew (10 people). Also, there were tons of beach necessaties that we took advantage of (chairs, umbrella, wagon) which really made our day! We would absolutely stay here again.

This house far exceeded our expectations! Large and roomy. Well stocked. Loved that all the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled. There were more pots, pans dishes etc then my kitchen at home. Hoping to return in 2024 or 2025. Greg was great to work with. Prompt with responses. No complaints what so ever.

Great house for family vacation. Main floor has 1 king and private bath and 1 queen with hall bath. All other bedrooms upstairs. Comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and cart. Downstairs was nice outside cooking area around pool. Picnic table, nice chairs and hammock.

Spent a wonderful week. East access to all the things to do and a lovely place to go home to afterward.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very nice, clean and in a great location for a low key relaxing stay. Maybe add a pizza pan and a few bigger pots for those who choose to cook otherwise very well supplied with all you need and then some!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was beautiful and very clean. It’s so close to the beach that if you forgot anything, it was no big deal to just run back to the house to get it. They also provided chairs and umbrellas and a number of other beach accessories. Would definitely live there if I could, but will have to settle for just staying there again in the future!

Very beautiful home. The kitchen has lots of things you need. Love that we had 3 fridges. 2 in the kitchen and 1 by the pool. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are very nice. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are very nice also. Nice surprise to have the king upstairs in the open area. The double and queen bed is a little to hard for some of us. But the kings worked perfectly. The walk in showers are very nice! Love how all the lights are labeled. The TVs are hard to figure out. The pool was very nice and was great that it was private. The only downfall of the house is there is no bathroom in the bottom area by the pool. Because if your wet and try to go upstairs the floor is very slick. When the grandkids came by it would have been very helpful. This place was just perfect for my granddaughters small wedding reception. Was perfect place to come back after wedding and enjoy our family by the pool area and visit. Thank you for your beautiful home.

We loved the house. It was beautiful and had so much space. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything that you needed. Location was a block away from the beach which was such a plus! Shops and restaurants were close as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing experience!!!!! Would love to stay at this home every time my family and I visit the area. The home looks even better than the photos. Checkin process was flawless and there were no issues during our stay. The house has great views from every room and the owner had cool games for all ages to play. Pool and beach toys were provided so the toys we bought we left for others. The home is literally a minute walk to the beach so perfect location while also being a quick walk to the bay. Great restaurants nearby so you never have to leave the area. Home was super clean and spacious so it accommodated our group of ten well. Thanks for having us! We look forward to using this home again. Highly recommend this vacation home.

We stayed here two nights and it was way better than any of us could’ve expected. The house was clean and cozy! There weren’t many pictures of the house on the listing to fully gauge the size however when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at how large it was. With 4 families, we had plenty of room to spread out and did not feel cramped at all. The large open room upstairs had a king size bed and was perfect for our girls to have a slumber party. They thought it was the coolest space. Beds were comfortable and amenities were plentiful. We all want to come back again and will try for sure! Best VRBO property I’ve stayed in to date!

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Villa Segunda. With a group of 7 adults and 3 small children the house met all our space and furnishing needs. In fact on walking in we were wowed on how nice the house was. As for the location you could hardly ask for more. A short walk to the beach or if you chose calmer waters the Santa Rosa Sound is just across the street. Being close enough for a nice walk or short drive but just far enough to be away from the bustle of the restaurants and attractions was an extreme plus on the location. Greg the host was very nice and promptly corrected a minor issue that occurred. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recomend Villa Segunda to anyone staying at Pensacola Beach.
