Julie is a great host! She was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Apartment is conveniently located close Broadway and many shops and restaurants within a short walk or uber ride. Place was super clean and comfortable, having all the necessities for a short stay. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's Riverfront condo! Clean and nicely decorated. The only hitch was the stairway was under construction for 2 of our 3 nights.

Great condo. Close to downtown Nashville. At 66 years old, it was a little tough for me carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Our 5th time renting from Julie and Ryan and we will definitely keep coming back! The condo is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy and free parking and a quick and cheap Uber ride to Broadway as well as an easy 1 mile drive to Germantown.
Reserving, arrival and check-out is always a breeze and any questions are always answered quickly.
We can’t wait to get back to our home away from home!

We did not do any cooking but appreciated both Starbucks ground coffee and the supplied coffee pods.

It was perfect. Just a quick mile walk to Broadway. What a great view of the Cumberland River so neat to watch the barges go by. Our first time staying at a VRBO it was great would definitely do it again.

Cute small condo with a little balcony overlooking the river and Nissan stadium. About an easy 20-25 minute walk to Broadway and about 5-10 minute walk to some great bars and restaurants in Germantown. Next time I come to Nashville, I will definitely try to rent this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at Julie’s beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to Broadway & Germantown. Definitely would love to go back. Oh the bed was super comfortable also.

This was a perfect rental! Very clean, modern and exactly as pictured. It was also extremely convenient for walking to Broadway entertainment. Free parking was a bonus and we felt very safe at all time while staying here and walking to and from Broadway.

Excellent property! Comfy, cozy bed! Lovely view to sip our morning coffee too. Excellent location! Easy access to Broadway by walking or riding scooters!! Lots to do! Excellent hosts that provided us tons of information! Quiet neighborhood so if you’re looking to be busy right out your door, this may not be for you. However, we loved escaping the hustle & bustle! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you!!

This was the perfect apartment for my husband and me to stay while we were in town for a convention. Very close to everything. Spotlessly clean! It's just as described. The hosts are fantastic and easy to contact, very quick to respond. Super all around! We very highly recommend this apartment!

My daughter, her friend and myself stayed at the condo and the view of the river was great. We would travel into the town to check out the talent and enjoy this wonderful city. The parking is covered, which turned out to be great since we got a few inches of snow while we were there. The condo is in great shape and the owners communicated with us throughout our trip. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville. They are wonderful host. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was great. Unit was clean and as promised.
We did return home down 3rd avenue, rather than walking by the homeless people on the river or the detention center. Uber was available, but we were not out past midnight, so were comfortable walking home.
Should note this unit is in an industrial area. So was "Urban" noisy in the Morning. Also construction nearby so heavy equipment back up alarms starting around 7 AM. We are used to that, but if that is a concern, keep that in mind.

Great location that’s close to everything. Condo was clean and everything was exactly as listed. Communication with owner and check in process was superb. Beautiful modern decor with all the furnishings needed. Nashville is a growing city with lots of construction and road closures. Condo is easy to find once you navigate the road closures. Had an amazing getaway for our 5 year anniversary and wife’s birthday. Will definitely book again if available

3 night stay was fantastic! Cant think of a negative at all. Close to Broadway and only About a $6 Uber ride, depending on when you go. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much.

Great location, close enough to walk, not too much to Uber and away from the crowds to not be so loud. The covered parking was the best and the place was comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated the laundry mat and use of App to use and monitor loads.

This condo was perfect for us. 2 adults and one 12 year old. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The couches and bed were all very comfortable. The host left us each a water, a surprise candy and made sure there was coffee for our use. I would highly recommend this place and will stay there again for sure. It was about a mile to most of the things we checked distance from on Broadway and we walked 0.4 mile to a restaurant in Germantown. Basically you can walk or scooter everywhere downtown. The only downfall was no elevator but the steps were good for us after all that Nashville food!

We stayed in this lovely condo for our 20th anniversary. The condo is beautiful exactly as listed. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions. The condo was right on the river and the balcony was a great spot to either have morning coffee or a drink in the evening after returning from a busy day in the city.

This condo was a great little one bedroom, perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. With ride shares and Nashville's multitude of point-to-point electric scooter rentals, getting downtown (and beyond) from the condo was a breeze.
The view of the river from the balcony was great, especially at sunset. It was a great place to enjoy a drink in the cool autumn air.
I would rent this property again without hesitation if I ever should return to Nashville.

We stayed here to visit Nashville and go to the UT/UVA game at Nissan Stadium. It is in a great location! A very quiet neighborhood where you are just far enough out of downtown. It is an easy walk- we always felt safe walking. We also used the bird scooters to get to Broadway and they ranged about $6 a ride. The condo was very clean which is always a plus! And very nicely decorated. A great view off of the balcony and the parking was great too. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Wife and I really enjoyed this place. Perfect for 2…close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough to have some distance from the crowds. Also enjoyed watching the barges throughout the day and night. Can’t go wrong with this one!
