This was our first time staying in Delaware and the whole experience was perfect! The house was so comfortable and clean. Beautiful views from the back windows overlooking the pond and golf course. The best was the pools and amenities at the community. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The house was perfect for our small family. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful corner townhouse unit at the Peninsula Golf club on Millsboro. The home had access to an awesome level of amenities inside the complex. Deena was a wonderful host. The only downside, which was not the owner’s fault, was the construction that was going on on the main road that takes you to the beach areas.

Deena’s townhouse was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The primary bedroom being on the main floor allowed the family to have two distinct areas since two bedrooms are upstairs. We spent time on the back patio which overlooks a lovely pond watching golfers and a variety of birds including an eagle that visited one evening. The location is an easy walk to the Nature Center, a playground for the kids and a convenient walking path to the pools, tennis courts, mini golf, etc. Our family made use of the bikes and scooters in the garage as we explored the beautiful grounds of the resort. The check in was easy and the townhouse was spotless and ready for our arrival. There is convenient shopping nearby. The communication with our host, Deena, was great.

Deena’s home Was great for a quick getaway from PA to golf , and visit beaches. The peninsula had everything in store for my two college swimmers to continue training in the lap pool and weight room while we were there . The adult outdoor pool was fun on the 4th. If in the area in the future , we will definitely return .

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and well stocked. It's in a very convenient location and the main amenities are only a short walk away. I will miss having my morning coffee on the patio while watching the golfers!

Perfect home for a getaway. Quiet, great view and perfectly furnished.

This property is perfectly located within The Peninsula and to explore Delaware beaches. We stayed at Deena’s for a quick getaway. Never really vacationing in Delaware, we weren’t sure what to expect. Her townhouse is well-equipped, clearly taken care of, and the view on the patio for morning coffee was my favorite spot. Access to the pickle ball and basketball courts and pools was convenient, just a few steps away from the walking path. I recommend checking out the nature trail to the fishing pier too. We loved that it was a brief drive to Rehoboth, Lewes, and the outlets for shopping, dining, and relaxing on the beach. This is an ideal home base. We would, hands-down, rent and stay here again.

Decided to take a trip down to Delaware for a couple of days with the boys. The Peninsula is a gorgeous location. Golf course was amazing but challenging. Club house was beautiful and had excellent food! Deena’s house was a perfect!! Love the view of the 10th Green! Very comfortable stay as well. Thanks!

Loved everything about the home. Convenient to supermarket, restaurants and some shopping. Great location to keep kids occupied with the pool, basketball court and trail. Would come back again.

Everything was wonderful, but suggest a TV in master and ceiling fan/lights in each bedroom - pretty dark otherwise Tganks for a wonderful stay

This is our third time staying at Deena’s townhome and it never disappoints. The home is comfortable and set in a beautiful location. Although it’s off season we were able to enjoy the amenities of the fitness center and clubhouse. The unseasonably warm weather enabled me to do my 5 mile walks on the nature trails and play tennis on the outdoor courts. We hope to purchase our own home in peninsula upon retirement. It’s a lovely community!

We enjoyed our stay at Deena’s home. The home is nicely appointed. We have stayed at other properties at Peninsula but we enjoy the comfort and location of this home. We will definitely book this property again!

The title says it all. Great experience when communicating with the owner before and during our stay. Our family has stayed at many places (houses, townhouses, condos) at the Peninsula over the last 15 years and this one is definitely in the top 3. Highly recommended.

Had a very nice stay at The Peninsula. It is mid November so we knew that we would not be able to fully enjoy the amenities. Our trip had us in the area for other reasons anyway. The home was as described and lovely. Plenty of space and beautiful views. Deena provided us with great information in a timely manner so we had an effortless stay. Would recommend this home for anyone that wants a taste of resort living in the best possible way.

This property is beautiful and looks out at the greens. It was very clean and had high quality linens. We loved all the space and the kids enjoyed their separate space with couch and tv upstairs. The home is exactly as discerned and a short walk to the pool. It’s a short drive to rehobeth beach and lewes and only an hour from assateague island which I would highly recommend. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and another down further near the gas stations so there are multiple options. We loved community feel and how bike friendly it was for the children. The community is beautiful with beautiful homes and manicured lawns. The bay has Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. Would definitely revisit.

Our stay at Deena’s place was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental!! The house was clean and looked exactly the same as the pictures on VRBO. The location of house was within walking & biking distance to Lakeside Village which was a plus since we spent most of our time there. Deena was nothing short of amazing - she was great with responding to every email, call and text. I would definitely recommend staying at her rental!

We had a great vacation at the Peninsula! Deena is a wonderful host. She answers any questions promptly and takes care of everything. The townhouse is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the set up is just perfect! We look forward to staying there again.

Loved the house and the people were very friendly. The only problem was my granddaughter loves Daniel Tiger and it kept freezing. This also happened with the free movies. Other than that....it was perfect!!

Beautiful Townhouse exactly as shown on VRBO. From the time of booking until end of stay it was very a very positive experience. Deena the owner is very accommodating, easy to work with & anytime I had a question she responded immediately either by text or phone. My 19 yr old granddaughter loved the athletic club , the outdoor adult pool, walking & biking around the beautiful Peninsula’s Ground she also enjoyed lunch served at the Terrace Restaurant by the pool. Our younger grandchildren loved the wave pool, indoor pool & miniature golfing. I highly Recommend this Property for a Family Vacation, hope to return next year to create more memories Jane R

The time we spent in this spacious and clean townhouse was very enjoyable. This was our first time visiting Delaware and I was very pleased with my choice of rentals. Lovely view of the golf course and the pond behind the house. Saw many Canadian geese, turtles and even a heron. Neighbors were friendly and Deena was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed visiting nearby Rehoboth Beach also. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We had a great time at Deena’s place in the Peninsula. Even in the off season there is so much to do but at the same time it was quiet and relaxing, we practically had the indoor pool to ourselves which was great with young kids. The nature trails are beautiful and the golf is amazing. Deena was so accommodating and very accessible via text/phone.

My family is so happy to have found this gem! The neighborhood has incredible amenities for kids. The beach was about a 20-30 min drive. We will be back!
