We recently spent 3 nights at this house. We were here for Beta Nationals from NC. The house was exactly as described. About 5 miles from downtown. Lots of little diners/eateries close by. We enjoyed downtown Louisville and the stay in the house. Owners were awesome with a quick response to any questions that we had. Would stay again! Rick and Debbie

We stayed for four nights between Christmas and New Years while visiting family in Louisville. This was our second stay here and it was just as good as our first. As a family with teenagers, we especially appreciate the basement space where the kids can hang out and have their own space. Owners are great to work with and respond quickly to questions.

We absolutely loved this property it was perfect! It felt like home, Luke and Katie were great. The information they had for us at the property was like gold, very well thought out and written thank you so much we highly recommend 😃❤️

I met some siblings (5 of us altogether) for a small family reunion. The size of the house was about perfect. The deck in the back was wonderful for sharing and reminiscing. Same for the living room and downstairs tv room. In short, the place checked all of our boxes.

We had a great stay with the house being as advertised for our guys trip to enjoy the Kentucky Bourbon Trail & other local attractions such as Churchill Downs. The sole issue we had was the need to spend significant time cleaning the grill before we were okay using it. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years with so much caked on the grates and below the grates that safe operation was questionable. However, it should now be good to go for the next house guests and if regular use maintenance occurs a deep cleaning would likely only be necessary annually.

This house was perfect for a quick trip to Louisville with our family (my husband and I + 5 kids) and our friends (a couple + 2 kids). We all thoroughly enjoyed and the proximity to the zoo and mega cavern can’t be beat!

This is a great place to stay with a larger group to attend events at the Kentucky Expo Center. It is clean and the owner is very responsive when questions arise. There is some airplane noise, and the upstairs can be a little cold due to the air coming in around the window air conditioner, but we are repeat renters, so not a deal breaker.

Good location near downtown Louisville and the airport

We spent five days in Prestonia for a pre-holiday, COVID-safe get-together with family who live in Louisville. The house was perfect for two adults and three teenagers. The beds were very comfortable. The house was adorably decorated, sparkling clean, and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Lots of instructions were provided for light switches, trash, television, etc. which was extremely helpful. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants close by. We visit Louisville often and hope to me Prestonia our regular place to stay.

We have stayed here several times and love the location and the house. It's great for our family! We will be back!

Location and neighborhood were great. Very nicely maintained back yard. The deck was great for evenings reviewing the day's activities. The weather made the evenings perfect as it was a nice cool spell for August. A bathroom for the 2 upstairs bedrooms would be nice but not practical with the floor plan layout. The bedroom and bathroom in the basement could use a little freshening up but when you were down there you are usually asleep anyway. The main floor is nicely decorated and reminded me of my home when growing up. All things considered it was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Kentucky for an event at the expo center. This house was just perfect for our party of 7 to come back to you after a long day and was very quiet and comfortable.

We had an event at the Kentucky Expo Center and this house was perfect location to stay. My family of 6 had plenty of room to sleep. It was nice the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. Only suggestion I have would be to put a dehumidifier in the basement because it was a little humid for the time of year. It was nice to stay in a house instead of a hotel.

We enjoyed our time at this property - especially the back deck where we spent most evenings. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the owners were very responsive.

This home was a perfect home away from home. There was 9 people in my party and there was more than enough space. The home was just as it was listed. Wonderful neighborhood that is central to everything. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a nice getaway with remnants of home.

Great house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Location is perfect. Our family of 6 enjoyed our downtime here. Our girls played in the backyard, played ping pong in the basement and loved the hangout spots to watch movies. The house is very clean and very accommodating. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

A home in a great location between downtown, the expo center and the distilleries. Very easy to get to and good communication with the owners.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. We were a party of ten (6 adults and 4 children) - there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is close to all the area attractions. During our stay in Louisville, we went to the Equestrian Center, Mega Cavern, Churchill Downs, Slugger Museum, Kentucky Science Center, Muhammed Ali Center, Waterfront Park and Falls of the Ohio State Park. What a beautiful city Louisville is! The rental was convenient and comfortable. We especially appreciated the voluminous house manual with all the restaurant suggestions - we ordered take out from La Que based on the homeowners' recommendation and everyone enjoyed the hearty meal! The kitchen has everything you need - the coffee and snacks were thoroughly enjoyed by all, there's even a toaster tucked in one of the drawers (in case you don't see it on the counter). The property was all we expected it to be from prior reviews. Had a little problem with frond door lock. After communicating with Luke it was due to change in weather. The wood on front door swelled. When you come or go just pull door towards you and enter code. After doing that the door worked much better. We were in Louisville for the Ironman and it was easy to get to the race area from there. About a 12-15 min. Ride. Our family is all over the U.S.A so it was wonderful to have a place we could gather. Luke was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues. We were hoping to use outdoor space but the weather would not allow😞� Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This property was exactly what I was looking for! Perfect location. Clean. Clean bed. Clean sheets. Exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The owners helped me right away with any issues and my family felt safe in the neighborhood. My family enjoyed bbq out on the deck and watched lighting bugs from the comfortable patio furniture. Who needs a hotel room, When this place has that welcoming home feel?? I plan to skip looking for other places in the future and plan to contact them right away!

My family fell in love with this home. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. The children loved the ping pong table and catching lightening bugs in the backyard. The coffee, snacks and toiletries were a great touch. It was nice having plenty of space for all us to be together and yet have privacy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! This home served our needs and we found everything to be as advertised. With this being an older home, the floors squeaked and flights taking off/landing at the nearby airport disturbed the sleep of some in our party. We discovered white noise machines in each of the top floor rooms, and they helped hide the noise. Two of the four bedrooms were on the top floor, and unfortunately, there was not a bathroom on that level. We were appreciative of the snacks the owner placed for us in the kitchen, along with oatmeal packets that we enjoyed for breakfast. I also enjoyed walking in their well-maintained backyard. My sons and I played ping-pong on their miniature size table in the basement area, and that was fun.
