Longer wait for breakfast a couple of days (Short staff)

The hotel itself was very nice. The lady that checked us in and the gentleman that checked us out was very nice.

At 2:55 am we called the front desk due to the room next to us. They had several boys (middle and/or high school age). They were making lots of noise in their room and in the hall. In the hall, they were playing frisbee or football. They were so loud they woke my whole family. When all of this continued for quite some time, my husband called the front desk again. The gentleman on the phone said he went up there and didn’t hear anything. This was a lie. My husband was watching through the peek hole on the door. Also, if the gentleman had come up, he would have seen the boys running and tackling each other in the hallway. After the second call, things calmed down (around 4:00 am). My husband didn’t approach the boys because earlier in the evening they yelled “fuck you” to him when he chose to wait for another elevator rather than squeeze in with the bag cart and our 9 year old daughter. We left absolutely exhausted that morning.

The location was great. The building was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Due to it being at capacity there were issues getting clean towels at times but understandable.

Our room was clean and plenty of space. It was what was expected for the price.

There was no vending machines.

It’s always clean and tidy. I always have to check and clean when i get to a hotel after staff. But not at the Hilton!!!!! I know it’s clean and tidy even when i do my own little cleaning. We’re always comfortable and i will always stay here when i visit home in tn.

our room was opposite a store room, with staff in and out letting the door slam from about 6am. on the morning of checking out housekeeping knocked on the door three separate times trying to clean the room, despite check out being 12pm.

The location was great and the staff was extremely pleasant.

The staff were what made this hotel incredible. From the man and lady who met us at reception whose names we didn’t get, to Tan in the dining room - they were all amazing!
