They did not clean our room

It was in a great area with everything within a few minutes from each thisr

so many people just hanging outside all times of the day and night, didn’t feel comfortable at times, especially at night

Nothing, and the lady at the desk was very disrespectful the morning I left‼️

The staff Monday morning and the thin bed spread, and the smoke smell.

There was NO breakfast offered.

Website said there was a pool. It was filled up with concrete solid and had been that way for over a year. Website said a continental breakfast was included and was not offered. Blamed it on Corona virus. Places have opened back up restaurants are opened back up. Both points I paid for and the room rates had not been adjusted due to it wasn’t offered. Bed sheets did not fit the bed every time we would turn in the bed they would come off. Room had a jetted jacuzzi in the room where a bed should be. A design from the 90’s it did not work at all.

I had a room on the ground floor. It smelled kind of musty. Also I had a spider in the bathroom one morning. My trash was never emptied while I was there. Also no breakfast so I wont return here.

They room was fine and comfortable except for the awful smell. I do not know if it was a clogged air conditioner drain or something spilled on the rug but it smelled like old soured wet socks. It was strong enough that you could smell it when you approached the door before you even opened it. Maybe a dead lizard or something in air conditioner

Not one single thing.

Cleanliness, stomping of the upstairs guest, baby crying, bugs all in the bathroom, tub and bathroom floor were nasty. The room smelled horribly and also the carpet was not clean.
