The location was great outdoor area was clean and well kept The pool was great- our teenage sons enjoyed it even though there were no towels

The room was dirty The carpet was soaking wet because the air conditioning unit leaked- they fixed the leak but never dried the carpet or offered us another room The sofa bed has stains in the cushion but you couldn’t tell until you turned down the bed. There were 4 guests on the reservation and we had 3 pillows and two towels When I asked for additional towels- they gave me pool towels! every drawer has a stain or damage and the bed was thrown together and not tucked like you would normally find. I was disappointed

The breakfast was good, bed comfortable , room clean , friendly staff, good location by Walmart and baskin Robbin’s . I love ice cream . Nice indoors pool. All you need is a jacuzzi

The blinds didn’t close all the way I felt exposed a little, I just kept the lights off at night and slept

It was clean, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly.

Only room service every other day but no one told us that. There were no towel racks or hooks for our used towels that we are willing to use again. No lotion and bed was exceptionally hard.

Our stay was wonderful. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful. Beautiful hotel. Great location.

The receptionist that worked nights on this night I met her I was very pleased and taken care of.

Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.

Staff was not friendly at check in; not even a smile or friendly word let alone eye contact. You have to lift a phone to get in and the phone was broken and there was no sign explaining that’s what we needed to do so I was just standing there and she said or did nothing.

Breakfast was awesome
