The breakfast was great.

The sofa bed was stained and has mold /mildew . We didn’t even receive a discount but we’re given another room . The rooms did not smell fresh at all.

the suite with kitchen was okay. the room we had roaches in there. the faucet in the room was broken . I didn’t want to complain.

The staff especially the ladies at breakfast, Justin Carlos Michael, Mr. Gary, were great and so was the front desk personnel. It is a very comfortable hotel and convenient location.

there was food under the bed and someone had obviously tried to break into rm 228 on a previous stay but no one changed the doors. Maintenance came up and made sure the bolts were tightened. The TV needs to be changed because of the unexpected volume of 100 that kept happening Housekeeping is not given enough time, froot loops should not have been under the bed

Everything was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was exceptionally clean. The best stay ever! Most definitely will recommend!

There were no problems at all

The room was clean and it was a very convenient location.

I didn’t like the breakfast hostess. She was moving kinda slow even though it was a few people there waiting for food. I think if the hotel is full there should me more than one person serving or at least two waffle makers because it takes time to make and a lot of people like them. She even told us we couldn’t get certain things because they were a full house but we paid just like everyone else.

The staff who checked me in was beyond awesome.
