Perfect location and view. Bed is extremely soft so I personally didn’t enjoy it but no big deal.

I wish I would have realized there was no air conditioning. Also, it wasn’t super clean when we arrived. There were dishes in the dishwasher and cereal pieces under the furniture. I also didn’t like that there was so much stuff in all the closets. Positives - The view and the patio were great and it was nice having a pretty much private beach.

Every single thing was perfect, right from the moment we walked in the door. The condo was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. It was very inviting and we felt right at home. I loved the little things they did for us- like providing dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. The little heart stickers on sealing the toilet paper and paper towels were so cute. We left a signed seashell as we saw other travelers had done as well. The beach was beautiful and so close, just steps from the building. It was easy to get in, and easy to check out. It did take me a hot second to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but it was easy after I figured it out. I definitely want to go back.

Ocean view and lovely accommodations!

My husband, our two boys and I had such an amazing mini getaway in this beautiful condo. It was quiet because it’s the off season for OOB. It was exactly what we needed. Falling asleep listening to the ocean, sitting on the balcony with morning coffee, and the gorgeous view from the master bedroom were my favorite things about our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had so much fun exploring the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was incredible! The place was spotless. The location, amazing. Would have given 10/10 but I thought the booking fees (whatever they call them) are too high.

You can't get any closer to the beach than this! Beautiful condo, just what we wanted for a quick late winter getaway. Very close to the main strip of Old Orchard/ Palace Playland, so would be a great summer stay also.

This place was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the amenities were fine. Plenty of towels and linens, and the washer/dryer are helpful. Just be aware of the garage situation, it is extra tight, intact, folding in your mirrors is needed. You can not park on the street overnight so take that i to consideration. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the beach cannot be matched. We were surprised however that there was no air conditioning. I somehow missed that in the listing. Additionally the dryer was out of order and we were unable to do laundry which was an unexpected inconvenience. Overall the place is nice and as represented in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. Home was very well appointed and looked directly onto the beach. The only confusion was the property is listed as Scouten but it is actually located in a complex with a different name. After calling Vacasa, who answered immediately we were able to rectify the confusion. The condo is on the 2nd floor with several steps and the bedrooms are up a flight of steps as well. No elevators available for the building.

The condo was in a great location but was not super clean (some dusting and heat units in the bathrooms were not clean. It was just after tourist season is winding down so not a lot to do in OOB but Portland is still very busy with little parking or most parking is expensive. Beautiful areas though.

After many VRBO rental experiences this one was very disappointing. I’ve never rented from VRBO where the host was a property management company; will know to look for this in the future. I’m providing feedback to Vacasa as well. Here are my issues: 1) it was not clear in the rental description that this condo building is neither heated or A/C 2) it was not made known to any of us renting in this building that it was being repainted (scraping, priming, paint) and that this would be daily from early in the morning until after 5:30 pm. 3) lightbulbs burned out in lamps throughout the condo. Dead batteries in TV remote. 4) closets/under kitchen sink were filthy and junk 5) fan in primary bedroom was filthy; didn’t even want to use and did not. 6) kitchen poorly equipped. Sheet pans dirty/crusted with food 7) outside porch overcrowded with too much furniture. Table and chairs too big for size of porch. I don’t know the last time anyone from Vacasa or the owner made a deep assessment of this unit but it’s overdue. I will say that Vacasa was very prompt in delivering a toaster to our unit and replacing the dead batteries in the electronic keypad a couple of days into our stay. We did find the original toaster by the way about halfway thru our stay….. on top of the dryer in the stacked laundry closet. We didn’t think to look there!

Dream spot for a stay…heard the waves crashing all night long.

The place was perfectly accommodating; just enough space, just enough quiet, just enough proximity to town, just enough ocean and sun and beach. The kitchen was stocked appropriately so that we could make some things on our own, in between eating at so many local establishments. Having 2 bathrooms was a must with 3 teenagers. Beach chairs made it so much easier and we didn’t have to pack or buy them. The location made it easy to head North to Portland and South to York on excursions for part of our days. The beds were very comfortable but the mattress protectors could be upgraded to a more breathable material and the bed skirt is definitively aged but still very much functional. Seeing our girls reading at the master window was such a sweet sight! Lots of furniture on the porch but very functional. Only one couch in the living room was fine, we lived in the porch couch and chairs instead! I think you’ll see us again!

Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck

We enjoyed the short walk to beach, food, and shops. Fit our family of 5 well! Really enjoyed the outdoor space!

This space and location worked so well for our family. The only down side is that both the fridge and washer/dryer were not working. The management company tried to rectify the situation but response times were challenged due to limited staffing.

The place was great in many ways. Right on the ocean, we’ll equipped kitchen, decent furniture. Master bedroom has an amazing view and the grocery and drug stores are a short distance away. Be aware it’s on the top floor (definite plus) and there’s no elevator but not a reason for me to not recommend it. If you had 2 people on work calls, one would have to work in the bedroom but again - more of an FYI than a reason not to stay here. I did have a very poor experience with the manager. When I arrived the sink was backed up and the washer didn’t work. Despite multiple assurances, someone was coming they weren’t fixed. Clearly not the owner’s fault (heck, the owner may not know!) but it was not great with the Vasca team. I guess this is a risk you take renting from such a big agency.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it even more this time. The balcony and overall location are amazing, and the place is clean. The expansive ocean view is right out the window - now that's a vacation.

Very nice. Clean and perfect area. Great food and friendly people. Would like to come back but it is a long way from Kentucky.

This was a great place right on the beach with amazing views from both floors and the second story outside deck. The beach is nice and large. The one drawback was I only rented the place for two nights. The additional fees are the same whether you rent for a few nights or the whole week so the per night cost goes way up.

It was wonderful having the beach right outside our door! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There was a drainage issue in the upstairs tub and sink in addition to the kitchen sink. All three should probably be looked into by the property manager. We would definitely stay at this location again!

We stayed during the off season but it was excellent. Beach access at the tip of your fingers. Well maintained property. The garage parking is definitely not suited for any large vehicles and there is no elevator. So expect to climb 2 floors of stairs with luggage. But for me, the amazing views and location outweigh those issues. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the view of the ocean and the nice Long Beach. The condo was clean and beds comfortable. Could have used a few more towels and typically most vrbo have basic things like coffee. But otherwise perfect

Great place…. Beautiful sunrise view !!! Just steps to the beach for our morning walk. We wanted to getaway for a quiet weekend. Took a 30 min ride to Old Port of Portland for lunch, beer, and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again.
