The overall experience was great. The condo has a open living area with a nice kitchen. Suits for a family of 3-4. The Hotel has good restaurants and the workers were always helpful on the beach, pool area..

Great layout, with the unit being right off the elevator it was nice not having to walk far as 1 Hotel is large enough! Great beach and restaurants on site. Reason enough to stay here:)

We have stayed several times and 1 Hogel and on its residencies We loved the place and the location This property in particular was probable the most complete in terms of equipment, appliances etc.

Catalina was phenomenal with communication. We were able to check in as soon as the unit was ready and the pictures were 100% accurate. Great rooftop pool and excellent amenities. Wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Great experience

This unit is located closest to the elevator bank, so it is noisy. The bedroom was filthy; rug was disgusting; bed covering and decorative pillows were years past the throw away stage. The washing machine was equally filthy and the dryer lint tray looked like it had never been cleaned. The bed was soft and the pillows were hard. The only complaint to the manager that was heeded was the tacking down of the bedroom rug because it presented a tripping hazard when we arrived. The remote clickers for the televisions barely worked making changing the volume impossible. The balcony faces Collins Ave. so particularly noisy since there is a construction project going on directly across the street. We have stayed once before in an apartment in this 1Hotel Residence and this was really awful in comparison. The bathroom(s) were okay, except very poorly lit. Kitchen was fine. We asked for a one day refund (preferring to spend the $ on changing flights to go home), but were denied. Not fun, not fair, beware!
