We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great! The place was tidy, check in easy and when we had a problem with the boiler the owner answered the phone straight away. Would highly recommend and would return!

Great house for our hen party in Brighton. Location is really close to the station, beach and bars. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very handy having a key box for easy check in and access for all guests to use. Good communication from the owners before hand. Thank you for a great weekend!

We stayed for a hen weekend and it was just the perfect place for us to be! The house has plenty of space - with 14 of us it never felt overcrowded! Location is fantastic! In the middle of everything and the owners are super helpful and accommodating!

This house is a perfect for a hen do, it’s big enough for 16 (20 would be a push!) and in a great central location. Andy was very helpful and let us check out later than was advertised. The bathrooms are a little worn and there wasn’t any soap, but do the job for a big group all trying to get ready and have a good time.

Hired the house for a hen do
We had the most amazing time at this property. 100%perfect in everyway the location was amazing within walking distance to everything we had booked. Catalina was an excellent host everytime I had a question she would respond quickly. All I can say is if your looking to book this property please DO you won't be disappointed

Beautiful house, central to everything
There were 19 of us staying in this house for a hen party. Perfect for group gatherings with an open planned kitchen/dining area. In the centre, which was walking distance to all activities that were planned. The seafront was less than a 5 minute walk which was perfect. Communication with Cat/Andy from the start of the booking to departure who were very helpful and answered any questions. Would definitely book again in the future. Thankyou!!

Hen Weekend!
Thank you Cat and Andy for a wonderful weekend. The house is in the perfect location; just a few minutes walk from city centre and a minute from the beach. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for large groups with plenty of space and everything you need to cook for a big group.

Hassle free accom for large group or small
Fab stay in brighton, such a well located house and perfect for our group that stayed. The communal kitchen and sitting room are perfectly spacious for a group and all utensils in place for cooking drinks etc! We will be back, excellent overall!!

Fantastic place, amazing central location
18 female friends stayed for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic - great location, so close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. The place was perfect for large groups and the hosts were so responsive and easy to liaise with. Couldn't recommend it more.

Good central location
Good central location in Brighton. Would struggle to sleep 20. We had 12 and could only just fit us all round the table and only one lounge which would struggle to seat 20. Not as impressive and spacious as the photos imply. But great if you want to be out and about in Brighton eating, drinking and beach extremely close.

Fantastic central property for Hen Party
House is in a perfect location, so central to everything which was amazing. Communication with Andy and Cat was really good and they very generously let us check in early and leave later on the last day. We had a couple of questions but they were quick to respond. Unfortunately there was an ongoing issue with 2 of the lights downstairs which made it a bit dark but there were lamps provided and it wasn't a massive issue. Hope they've now managed to get that sorted :-). Just a small point, it said basic soap provided but they were empty so we bought our own. Again not a big problem. Thank you to Andy and Cat for letting us rent their lovely house which was perfect for the 16 of us.

Great location within the city centre and can easily access the pubs/restaurant and the beach.

Amazing 21st birthday experience
The house is in an amazing location, just a minute walk away from the seafront and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. 20 of us stayed in the house and absolutely loved it!!! It’s a very spacious house and the kitchen is a great sociable area. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to stay in Brighton😊

Perfect Hen do house in a brilliant location.
Very comfortable house with plenty of space for 16 ladies. Well equipped. Beds were comfy & clean. The best location to access the beach, lanes & nightlife!
Only criticism is it could do with a paint refresh & re-grouting in the bathrooms.

Fab stay for a hen weekend
A great property and an easy check in experience. The bedrooms were extremely clean and comfortable but the communal areas weren’t as clean. Also the listing says there are plenty of hooks to hang decorations off and there were not so we couldn’t put our photos up.
However, we had a fantastic stay - great property. Thank you :)

Great Hen Party Stay
The house is in a perfect location a stones throw from the seafront!! It slept 18 of us comfortably! And a great communal Kitchen diner that held us all too!! The house is filled with character and was really well suited for our Hen Party!

Amazing property in the heart of Brighton
14 of us have just spent a wonderful weekend in this property for our friend's Hen weekend.
The property was amazing and just what we wanted. It was in the heart of everything in Brighton and right by the beach!
It offered plenty of room for us all with a very comfortable lounge and kitchen. The house was decorated to a high standard and was very clean throughout. All the necessary amenities were there. There wasn't anything which hadn't been thought of. Loved how we could park right near the property in a secure car park as well.
Emmanuelle was also very helpful with his quick email responses leading up to the weekend and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this house for a large group. We loved it.

The house is lovely!! It was just perfect for the weekend. Super location, central to everything.
The house is beautiful. Full of character and well lifted out for your every need. There was 15 of us staying in the house, plenty of space and areas to escape. The beds were comfy (always nice) and the bedrooms clean and well decorated.
The contact with Emmanuelle and Andy was great, as soon as I had a query, it was answered straight away.
Loved our stay here and will most certainly be recommending and staying again.

Ideal Location
Even before I booked Andy and Emmanuelle were great at answering any questions I had and continued to provide helpful information up to the start of our stay.
The house itself is located very centrally and perfect for large groups. Inside the house was clean and it had everything that we needed, especially in terms of cooking facilities.
Would certainly stay here again.

AMAZING HOUSE!!!!
We stayed here for my Hen weekend the first weekend of March 2017, we were blown away by the houses beauty and location! There were 14 of us in total and the house never felt cramped or small! quite the opposite, always spaces to sit and loads of beds! Andy and Emmanuelle are great with their communication and our deposit was returned within a few days. I highly reccomend this house, we are already talking about returning next year :)

There was 17 of us for a 2 night hen weekend in October .The house was very well equipped & ideally situated very close to the town & seafront,we thourghly enjoyed our stay here

Great house for a hen party!
We stayed in the house for the weekend, as it was my friend's hen party.
The house is great and has two fantastic sociable spaces - the lounge area and the kitchen.
The kitchen smelt slightly damp when we arrived, but after airing it out, it seemed ok for the rest of the weekend.
The location is great, we walked everywhere all weekend, so no need for taxis.
Bring extra toilet roll if there are a lot of you! There are only 3 showers, so worth bearing this in mind for your weekend planning.
The keys are outside in a safe, which is a great idea for large groups not knowing who will come home first etc.

Perfect for our stay
Stayed early July for two nights for a hen weekend. The house was ideal for our needs, good size and nice living areas and bedrooms. There were 12 of us and this seemed to work well in the space provided as it meant no one needed to share a bed but there was plenty more beds if needed. The house itself is very close to all the shops, bars etc but has the benefit of being set back in a quite little road so the only thing that disturbed our sleep was the sea gulls in the morning. Andy and Emmanuelle were always prompt to reply and informative within their messages. The car park Andy recommended at Regency Park was ideal, nearby and cheaper than most others. I would definitely recommend this house and the owners.

Fantastic find
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Andy's property. Both Andy and Emmanuelle were incredibly helpful, and the house was exactly as described. We were there for my friend's hen do and the house perfectly lent itself to the do, big enough kitchen table to fit 16 round very comfortably, and a nice big separate living room for playing games in. I'll be recommending to other friends.We also did a treasure hunt with Black cat treasure hunts who personalised the hunt to start from the property itself so it was ideal! Fantastic central location - take me back!

Cannot praise it enough!
I honestly can't say enough good things about this place or its owners. The communication was excellent, the location was perfect and the house was just amazing.
We had a minor issue with the freezer and Andy came out to us quickly (even though it was a Friday night and he had to try and ignore the naked butler walking around the place...) deposit came back quickly and the house just had EVERYTHING we needed :)
Perfect. If you're looking for a big house in Brighton...This is it!

Tastefully decorated, ideal location
We used the house as a base for our hen party. Unlike many large houses this had the perfect living space to match the number of bedrooms, with s great long kitchen table for dining together. Overalls he house was immaculate when we arrived and is quirkily yet tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for cooking en masse. The house is really centrally located, surrounded by car parks and a stones throw from the sea. I would definitely recommend this house to any large group wanting to stay in Brighton.

Beauty in Brighton
What can I say, this property is amazing and so accurately described. We rented the accommodation for a hen party of 15. The lounge and kitchen area accommodated us all easily. The beds were comfy and the rooms were wonderfully decorated. Bathrooms were also ample and we all managed to get ready without a problem.
The communication from Andy and Emmanuelle was excellent both before and during our stay. Even bumped into Emmanuelle outside choccywoccydoodah!
Would return in a heart beat as would all the girls. Just need an excuse. It will be a weekend talked about for a long time and the property played a part in that.
