super clean, modern and front lobby staff very friendly - walking distance to newer meijer

We did not get our room that was paid for! The desk staff did not know her job very well. I had paid in full for thr room through booking.com she asked me to pay for thr room again. I showed her my confirmation, The hotel had the confirmation. She did not know how to give us. Room key evwn though the room was paid for. I was asked to make and Pay for a new room. I ask for a a manager but manager did not answer the call nor return the call. I called Corporate Office, I was on hold for 15+ minutes. The desk person was not going to give us thr rrom we had paid for, we had to book another hotel after a all day drive.

the beds and shower was great

most of the outlets didn’t work. The thing holding the hair dryer bag was falling off the wall. The safety arm in the shower was extremely loose.

Nice, clean hotel at a reasonable price. Lots of great amenities and great breakfast options.

The rooms could use smart TV’s, nobody is watching cable TV
