The condo was great, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. We had a great trip and will book this condo again in the future. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to my questions.

This has a wonderful layout. The balcony is perfect and large. The bed in master was very comfortable. The view was incredible.

First thing...the place was clean, very clean, furniture even looked like it was vacuumed! Large balcony overlooking the beach, kitchen well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Bed in master was extremely comfortable. Forgot beach toys? Look in the closet outside of condo, it's probably in there. Everything worked as it should, hot water, fridge, ice maker, Keurig, washing machine and dryer, everything. Did I mention it was clean? Overall great stay, would rent again. Thanks for a great week.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. Is was just as perfect as the 1st! Clean, Quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was supplied! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time in Navarre. We have been on the hunt for a place with the beauty of Destin without the crowd. This is it. Great property. Well stocked, the condo had everything we needed. Beach Colony is well maintained and it shows. Very tidy and things were well run. We enjoyed the gorgeous view, the large pool, the fun/chill crowd, a handful of restaurants in walking distance, watching fisherman on the pier and space!

Property is wonderful and perfectly stocked with everything you need. Mr. Robins was so attentive, made sure we had clear and complete information and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We plan to return and stay here when we do.

We stayed at the Beach Colony Resort at Navarre Beach. I can't say enough nice things about the staff of the Beach Colony we encountered. They were professional, while friendly and ensuring their jobs were done. Our host was Steaven Robbins. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was finishing up- the previous tenants had apparently trashed the place, and it took them longer to clean up. The place smelled great and was very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach, while crowded, was still peaceful compared to the chaos of PCB. The pool, even on days when there were no chairs available, still somehow managed to not be crowded. We went out on the pier each night after dinner. We saw several sea turtles, learned about Remora and saw a few, saw one small shark get caught, got to watch the crew get ready to fish for large sharks to catch and tag, and saw lots of sargassum! We loved the condo, the beach, the atmosphere- well, the adults did, the 13 and 14 year olds were entertained, but wanted more to do in the evenings. However, we came to Navarre instead of PCB for a reason- the smaller crowds!

We had a fantastic visit and accommodations were as advertised. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We all agreed that the combination of beach, pool and condo made for a great experience.

Just back from a great week in Navarre. This condo is fantastic. All the amenities and beach access you need. Kudos to the owner who helped us hobble through a very frustrating situation with the front door lock. I hope we'll return to this fantastic rental again soon.

Had no issues whatsoever - property was super nice, exactly as described! Our first time visiting FL for spring break, had a relaxing week and really enjoyed the condo and Navarre area! Steaven was a great owner to work with, made everything from check in to check out very easy and pleasant!

The condo is super clean! The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. We decided that this trip would be the trip that we “made do with what we had”. Needless to say we didn’t feel that we missed out on anything! The location is great as you are steps from the beach and an easy walk to a couple of places to eat or grab a drink. The shining star for our family was the balcony with more than enough seating and a table to enjoy a cup of coffee, a cocktail or a meal. It’s the perfect place to wind down after a day on the beach! Such a great place to spend Christmas and ring in the New Year, complete with fireworks on the beach. We will return!

This property had everything we needed for a beach getaway. Was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances. We really enjoyed access to your beach toys and chairs. Parking and elevator access was awesome. Would not hesitate to book again.

So easy to navigate check in and being able to use the access codes. I felt safe going back and forth to the beach and the parking garage. I was impressed by the size of the condo there was only 3 of us so you could add more and still be comfortable. I want ri thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful home 💕💕💕

Our stay was such an amazing time at this condo! The condo was so big with lots of room/storage.. and the balcony was one of the best I've ever experienced! It was very clean and had anything we needed throughout our stay! We loved Navarre and hope to visit again soon.. such a beautiful beach!!!

His condo is beautiful! Breathtaking views of the beach and pool. We've stayed at Beach Colony twice now and have been happy both times. However, we especially loved the view of the beach and pool from 14 floors up. And when looking the other direction you can see the sound and bridge and all the comings and goings of the bay side. The patio was furnished perfectly and allowed lots of family time even when it was raining. We had great views of the 4th of July fireworks off the pier....a definite highlight of our vacation. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella as part of our stay was awesome!!! Steve also has a closet full of all the things you would need for the beach (buckets, shovels, tubes, etc) so we didn't have to bring them with us. We'll for sure be back!!!!
