The property is close to so many great beaches and only a few minutes away to all the great nightlife. Our favorite beaches were Divi and Arashi. The house was perfect for our adult trip with four couples. We each had our own room with bathroom. The backyard is amazing with the pool and we hung out there all the time. The pool table was a plus and the extra apartment was great. The managers Sartini and Rose were wonderful and checked in on us throughout our stay. They also recommended a chef we got for our last night and Chef Ilja and his assistant Sarah were awesome! I highly recommend hiring Chefs Aruba for your stay. We will probably come back with our kids and we will definitely stay here again!

Our group greatly enjoyed our trip to Aruba and staying at this house! While the house is a bit more dated than the currently listed photos it is still a nice home base with lots of good amenities. The property manager (Sartini) was incredibly helpful in recommending things to do on the island and very responsive throughout our stay. The location is obviously not on the water, but is in the closest residential neighborhood to the high rise hotels and only about a 20-30 minute walk from the beach. However, at a much lower price point than the hotels it was still a reasonable value. The only complaint reducing our score from 5 stars is that the AC was not "effective enough" in a few of the rooms (fortunately not mine!) which led to some frustrations in our group. However, if you don't like the head don't come to Aruba!!

We absolutely loved our first trip to Aruba. And what a beautiful home! We will definitely be back! Sartini was very helpful; we had a couple of questions over the days, but she is very quick to respond via text and/or email. The house was very clean and comfortable and someone was there almost every morning cleaning outside or attending to the pool. That shows how much the owners care about the upkeep of their home and comfort of their guests. We will be back!

We jetted off to Aruba for a family wedding, and boy, did we strike gold with this gem of a house for our gang of 7! The house exceeded our expectations from the photos! Everyone had their own slice of paradise, and we soaked up every bit of it. It was conveniently located near beaches and restaurants, just a quick 5-minute drive with a car. The pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for early morning or late night swims, or relaxing after a day at the beach. Sartini was attentive and checked in on us to ensure we were settling in comfortably. The house is fully equipped with everything you would have at home. It felt more like stepping into someone's personal residence than a basic rental. Having coffee available before we even went to the store was a nice touch. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10! One thing to note is that the pool is deep, so it may not be suitable for holding a toddler, but there are plenty of floats available, and my granddaughter had a great time sitting on the stairs. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place!

Just returned from a week with another family - four adults and three daughters (ages 18 - 22) - and we all felt the house was perfect for us. Everything was nice - but the pool and outdoor areas, the large and well stocked kitchen and the modern bathrooms were highlights. Plus the supply of nice beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc. were used almost every day on our various beach adventures. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from the action and beaches. Owner communication from booking through check-out was spot on. Sartini and Rose were very helpful and attentive with recommendations for us and our daughters for nightlife; Sartini responded the next day with a new blender when the original one died! Highly recommend this villa and so glad we booked it for our first visit to the happy island of Aruba!

This is our second time staying at this property. Everything is just perfect for a group of couples travelling together. There isn't anything you could want for in the house and the pool and patio area are a perfect place for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach. Sartini is attentive without being intrusive. Marisa checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was in order. It was just perfect.

Wow, is the best way to explain this place and stay. The house had everything that you would need to enjoy a week in Aruba. The property manager was so responsive and provided so much information that you couldn’t ask for anything more. My family, each enjoyed their own suites with bathrooms, and my grandchildren spent hours in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important because we enjoyed making some wonderful family meals. I would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind if we ever have the opportunity to go back.

The house was so great. Stocked with so much-kitchen supplies, shower toiletries, towels, beach chairs, gas grill. We cooked a few dinners on the grill(lobster, yum) and ate at the spacious table outside, swam in the pool every day! Great location! Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding stay ! Oasis as advertised - great gathering areas and private rooms for 4 adult couples. Sarntini and Rose were both outstanding!!

The house was lovely and had everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen with all the basics so we didn't have to buy items (like salt/ pepper, oil, foil and storage containers). Easy to find, close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Great communication from the host, very helpful with anything we needed. She also recommended a rental company for baby gear (crib, highchair) which was great. The house is very clean, with new walk in showers and it is nice the bedrooms are spread out over the two floors. Lots of fans, AC units, and towels for comfort. The living space is small and the stairwell jets out so you might hit your head until you get used to it. The house also has access to beach chairs & floats which is an added bonus plus laundry on site. Outside living space is great for adults and has large fans to help keep the bugs away. There are steps up and down on the patio (which is understandable for drainage) but less kid/ accessible friendly.) The pool is very deep, so not great for kids (I could barely touch beyond the stairs). Overall, the house is fantastic and exactly as advertised.

The property looked just like the exquisite photos that I originally saw on the site. I was soooo happy because I have heard many stories of that NOT being the case when leasing through some vacation websites. I would recommend this property to anyone going to Aruba, especially if they want to enhance the experience even more—I hope to visit this property again in the future ❤️

Excellent choice! Everything was perfect for our family of 9 including one year-old granddaughter. House was fully equipped with everything you need and then some. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location and Sartini and Rose were very helpful! We used a local rental company for a crib and high chair which I also highly recommend. You will not be disappointed in this choice. Will definitely stay here again if with a group. Highly recommend!

Everything our family of seven could want or need during our stay in gorgeous Aruba. Close proximity to several of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Handy to small grocery stores. I truly cannot say enough great things about this home and our experience! It started the day we booked with incredible communication from Sartini, the house manager. She gave us all the information we could possibly need to get ready for our trip. It followed right thru to the day of our arrival. She helped us get a rental car, get set up in the home, and responded to every text quickly with questions about recommendations on activities or food The home is spacious but cozy. The pool was perfect for refreshing swims and hangouts. If we are lucky enough to go to Aruba again I would only book this home!!! Thank you all for letting us share your home and making our family vacation amazing!!

We would honestly have to nit-pick in order to say anything was not perfect. The host was communicative, and they had local people to check us in and show us the home. They were very helpful throughout the trip - even guiding us on the forms needed for entrance to the country and then with restaurant and sight seeing information. This was a HUGE help, since we had never visited Aruba before. This alone would have made the stay great. The location is close to the things we wanted to do - beaches, lighthouse, off-roading and food. Not really walking distance, but a very short car ride. Quiet neighborhood, with the exception of a neighbors pool party ;-) To nit pick - neither of the down stairs bathrooms have electrical outlets. (Not a thing I needed, but my wife noticed it.) And the downstairs master bath could have used a shelf or a cabinet near the sink. There were a couple of Sonos speakers, but they proved to be difficult to connect to (And I have a Sonos system at home....) So maybe add an inexpensive bluetooth speaker or two? And the gardener showed up at 7am... and was on the speaker phone for quite some time until I went out and said something to her. The pool was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and there is a small supermarket within walking distance. Not the BEST supermarket, but it is there. We highly recommend this home, and hope that other VRBO hosts learn how valuable the local help is! Great job.

We came to Aruba for a destination wedding held at the Marriott Stellaris resort and hotel. With our family of 7 we wanted more space than a hotel room but still needed it to be close to all the festivities that were taking place. This house is absolutely perfect! Wonderful location not only to the hotel (5 to 10 minute walk) but also to “downtown” palm beach and amazing people to work with!

We (group of five women) have visited Aruba for the last seven years, renting a different house each year always looking for the perfect one. We found it this year. Santini, the property manager was great and when we had a clogged sink, it handled immediately. The check-in/out process was very easy. It had the best equipped/supplied kitchen we have ever had. The outdoor space was incredible with many dining options and a comfortable sectional sofa. The pool was well maintained. We will certainly rent this property again

We stayed at this home for a week. Everything we needed was here and in great condition. We traveled with four couples and no complaints from anyone. A very relaxing week in a beautiful home on a beautiful island. Fabulous restaurants, shopping nearby, (Kay’s Fine Jewelers – Tesh was awesome as always! )Can’t wait to come back!

Everything is exactly as listed! Sartini who manages the property was so amazing! My daughters lingo is “Sartini is a Queen!”. The house is large and my 18 year old enjoyed the small apartment isolated from the house. Kitchen has everything needed but we only cooked breakfast and went out for dinners and the restaurants were close by. We were encouraged to rent a car which I think was wise! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house, if we make it back to Aruba we will certainly rent again!!

We were a family group of 10 that stayed last week in this beautiful home. The house has so many great amenities and the location was so close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The beds were all so comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect! We were all very comfortable. It was so wonderful coming back from a day at the beach to jump in the pool and sit pool side to relax in the beautiful outdoor areas. We never really even used the livingroom inside the house! The private oasis out back was so inviting. We all started our mornings out there with coffee and mimosas enjoying our surroundings. Sartini the property manager was outstanding! From check in to check out she made sure that we needed nothing and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We have rented many properties and never had such a wonderful manager :). I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Thank you so much for a very memorable week!
