Great space to have large group and close to coors field for Billy Joel concert! Our host Jon was fabulous to work with! He knew we were coming in for the concert and even downloaded Billy Joel playlist on portable speaker we used on the rooftop patio! More bells and fancy whistles than you can imagine

The location, amenities, number of beds, and communication with the host was all top notch at this property. We all had such a nice time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a large group stay here for Redrocks weekend. Central location for food, bev and entertainment. Host was quick to respond to any questions and accommodated an early check in.

Great location and huge condo. Too many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to count. Ballpark within 2 blocks and can be seen from the rooftop. Communication with Jon was great. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Really loved the location for a bachelor party. House was perfect and Jon was beyond accommodating. If you're thinking about this place, you won't regret it!

This was an excellent property in the heart of urban Denver. The owner’s welcoming and responsiveness was wonderful as well.

Great for groups
Property was perfect for our group. Lots of space, clean and fun. Location was close to lots of great restaurants and Jon was great to work with. His other condos are great for large groups like ours giving everyone their own bed.

Unreal location
This property couldn't have been in a better location. The condo was clean, accommodated additional guests, check in process was easy and the deck was unreal.

Great stay
Had a great time staying at Jon’s loft! We had a group of 12 and it had plenty of space. Plus darts, shuffle board, and a huge private roof with cornhole. Location is prime. Walking distance to tons of breweries and restaurants in RINO and Five Points. Would definitely stay here again. Jon was great a host with good communication for checkin and checkout (he even let us stay late on Sunday because he didn’t have another checkin, which was super nice)!

Weekend in downtown Denver
Great property. Perfect for a fun get together weekend with Friends. Plenty of space. Great rooftop. And Jon was a great host, very responsive, and we had everything we needed.

Baseball Trip
Coors field is a block away. Pics and description were as advertised. Excellent! Owner Jon was very nice. We had 14 people in this place! What a great time!

Great place for a great bachelor weekend
The space is very accomdating for large groups! Had lots of beds, sheets, fresh towels, and spacious bathrooms. The location puts you within a few blocks of the baseball field, cool bars and restaraunts, head shops, corner stores and anything else you would need.
John was very accomodating and gave us a tour when we arrived. We would definitely come back.

Great Location, Amazing place, Best owner
First off the property is amazing. Perfect for larger groups and fit our need exactly. It is located in the a great area of downtown Denver. We enjoyed ourselves being able to walk to everything we had planned. When you're inside the place, there is no loud outside noises that keep you up and the rooftop deck is exceptional. There are plenty of places to sleep. Lastly, and this can't be stated enough Jon the owner is exceptional. He was there to meet us, helped us with everything that we encountered and has great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing Denver experience!

Great Location, Amazing Loft, Fantastic Host!
The look and feel of this modern loft is perfect for downtown Denver. Garaging was secure for all our bikes which kept us relaxed so we could enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable and the rooftop view is amazing. Jon happen to be out of town during our stay but you wouldn’t have known it. He made sure his people were available if we happened to need anything. Totally recommended!!!

Great location, atmosphere and host.
This residence is a great location and have all the important ammentities when in town for a Rockies game. The loft industrial design in the condo is fitting for the feel of Downtown Denver. Coors Field provided fireworks during our visit and the roof top deck was the perfect seat. Having dedicated/secured parking was a huge stress reliever.

Really awesome modern apartment.
The apartment is in a great location in Denver. Walking distance from the train station. Plenty to do right on the street. Two blocks from Coors Field. The apartment itself is modern with a good amount of rooms and plenty of everything you need. Had my bachelor party here and it was perfect.

Directions were great, awesome location in Denver. Rooftop was awesome. Beds good. Kitchen set up had everything. 10 people was a comfortable situation. games were fun as well.

Went with a large group and had a great time! The place was perfect and situated in a great location. Jon was a great host and is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to use again!
