This house was perfect for our week in Palm Springs. The location is centrally located to almost anywhere, which made it super convenient. It was super clean and Nick and Andrea were super easy to communicate with and helpful! We were allowed to bring our dog which was really nice to not have to find boarding for him. We were all in the pool and hot tub every single day; so much fun! If I had to complain about anything, I would say that the bathroom in the master bedroom area has no door, which was a little weird, and that the king mattress was extremely soft with zero support. Otherwise everything was just great - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay, everything was as it should be. The host was easy to communicate with and the location could not have been better! Will definitely stay here again!

The house is perfectly situated for a group of ladies who wanted to be close to downtown, restaurants and shopping! The best part of this rental is the outside space. The pool is perfect and had some shade available for those really hot sunny days. Already rebooked for next year. This property is a gem.

Loved this PS place. Location was great. Close to DT, grocery store & restaurants. Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very nice and appreciated it being heated. Owner very communicative & helpful. Cant wait to get back!

We loved our stay at Nick’s place. We’ve vacationed at different locations in PS but this was the most picturesque and convenient by far. Nice pool, comfortable house with well-equipped kitchen. We took many Movie Colony walks, strolled to Ruth Hardy Park and to Koffi.

Stayed here with friends for my daughters wedding. Good to get away from the event for peace and quiet! Close to everything, loved how the pool was in the shade!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place! It was the perfect spot for six adults who wanted access to a pool AND proximity to downtown (plus we were able to bring our dog). The location is amazing and in walking distance to almost anything you could need (the aerial tramway is the only place we visited that required a car or Uber). The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperate and provided hours of relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen has everything you need including an amazing juicer that allowed us to make some delicious, citrusy cocktails. The whole space was clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing I could imagine guests missing is a spacious couch (especially if traveling as a family). The couch in the living room is a bit small and certainly wouldn’t fit all six of us, but it didn’t bother us at all as we spent most of the day and night enjoying the gorgeous outdoor space. Nick was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We are already talking about when we can make another trip and 100% will put this place at the top of our list for our next visit. Thank you!

What a great place!!!! Everything was perfect. The hosts are fantastic and do a great job!!!!

There were 3 adults (human) and 2 dogs and we had plenty of room and privacy. Spa was very spacious and backyard was terrific with some grass, some concrete, some rocks and all fenced in. All 3 bedrooms with their own entrance from the backyard. House was terrific. Location was the other bonus. 10 min from the airport (and suprisingly no airplane noise, I don't get it) and 5 min from downtown PS. 1 mile from the grocery store and all in a great walkable neighborhood. Had a most relaxing and comfortable long weekend getaway. When the electricity blew a breaker, Nick was right on it with a quick text response and sending the electrician over on a Saturday. Things happen but it was easy to get taken care of. Would definitely stay again if/when we get to PS. What a terrific town!!

It was a perfect getaway for our family of 4 and Yorkie. Excellent location close to downtown. Thoughtful and welcoming hosts. It was the perfect first post-Covid trip for us!

Excellent property for 3 generations. Because of record breaking heat we spent a great deal of time in the pool. It is not large but it served us well. The shallow end has an area that is about 10'X10' and our four year old granddaughter loved it. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were fine for six of us.

House was just as described (or better)! Was exactly what looking for and in my preferred PS location. Pool area had both sun and shade and loved that there were umbrellas in pool and with tables. The large table outside living area was perfect to enjoy morning coffee or dinner (with easy to use fire fits), and loved the sliders to outside in all rooms. And Nick was an excellent communicator from time reserved thru stay. Highly recommend!!

Loved the house! Clean, cozy and cute. Also the host was amazing, attentive/very fast on responses.

We stayed for four days during Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast. Was worried we’d need the pool heated but the weather was hot enough that we didn’t need it. The hot tub was the highlight as it was able to fit all five of us. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Not far from downtown yet it was peaceful and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for the three of us and our dog. Everything we need was within a mile. And, the Sinatra home was a block away!

This home was charming with fantastic pool and yard. The outdoor seating was very comfortable with beautiful mountain views. It is in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Nick was very receptive to my suggestions for making this place even better.

We picked this place because of the pool and the views and it did not disappoint! The location was great, close to downtown but still super quiet. A perfect spot to relax and unwind.

We loved staying at Nick's home in the Movie Colony neighborhood. It was an easy 20 minute neighborhood walk to Palm Springs downtown. Grocery stores were close by. The house was clean, beds comfortable. The pool was heated just right. It was easy to contact Nick with questions both during the booking process and after check-in. The house was great size for our extended family- my self, husband, 8 year old, my sister, and my parents.

Enjoyed the space and the neighborhood so much we skipped a nice dinner at Trio and spent the day in the pool, the sunset hour walking around the neighborhood, and the evening in the heated spa! Everyone was comfortable, and the kitchen facility was perfect. Nick immediately attended to every question. Clean and comfortable and easy.

I LOVED this place!! I stayed with my husband and a few friends and it was absolutely perfect. The owner, Nick, was fantastic as well. I will definitely stay here next time Im in Palm Springs. Highly recommend!!

We loved the property - very comfortable, very updated, great pool and backyard.

Very clean and comfortable with so many extras to make the stay special. (Two coffee makers, blenders, books and games). We would absolutely stay here again! Nick was very accessible and accommodating.

We loved spending a few days at this property...our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. It's a perfect location, well appointed. Great for relaxing during the day and convenient to the downtown area for the evening. We hope to stay here again soon!!!

We've stayed here a few times over the last few years. This property is always perfect and we love it's location in town. Just a short walk to downtown. The house is well equipped and the pool is excellent. We'll definitely be back.
