Wonder stay in a spacious condo steps from the beach. The sunsets were fabulous! The location was perfect the use of the beach chairs, towels and cooler was a huge plus for our family. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay, would definitely come back and rent again. Perfect for our family of 6 with 4 teens. Great location, beautiful condo, beautifully maintained and manicured property, and Eagle beach is gorgeous.

Easy from pick up at airport to bringing us back. The rental was perfect for our family of five Large, clean and quiet! Can’t beat Aruba for weather Great taxi service, even to the close grocery store. Had breakfast at home everyday and lunches too Resturants are a bit pricy, but to be expected. Loved almost all of them! Lots of activities and easily planned Overall yam incredibly fun. , safe and great vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Oceana. We've been going to Aruba for 20 years and have stayed all over the island, from the Divi to the high rises like the Hyatt. My new favorite is Oceana. It was quiet and laid back, which is exactly what my family and I needed. The staff is warm and welcoming and there when you need anything. We will be back! Thank you!!

Loved the location. Unit was spacious and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Prestige (property managers) made everything easy for us and were great to work with.

Great unit, exactly as described. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked for what we needed, beach chairs, towels and pool floats all were great. Only issue was they changed the gate code on day and no notice.

This suite is larger than you think, has everything you need, located near everything you want and secure. The staff is amazing and work tirelessly to keep the entire place clean. The rooftop is amazing for sunset views and hot tubs nights! I wish the hot tub functions were labeled but we figured it out. Eagle beach is a walk across the street for the perfect relaxing day, the screaming eagle is a 5 min walk away for amazing food and drinks. This is a less rowdy location than the high rises or even La Cabana next door but it was perfect for us to come back to peace and quiet each night.

We detailed issues in an email to the property management company but there were significant electrical issues with the condo that were known prior to our rental and not disclosed such as an electrified balcony, breaker issues, and a hole above the breaker in the ceiling that leaked water.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach is nice and the permanent umbrellas are free, you just have to bring a beach chair from unit. If the umbrellas are taken you can rent one with or without chairs as well. Quieter than hotel strip on Palm Beach. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better (like with a utility knife and peeler) but overall everything was good and as described. Prestige staff were nice.

This condo exceeded our expectations, it was so much bigger than we ever even imagined. I can’t say one thing negative about this place, we were a family of 7 and each bedroom had its own full bathroom with shower which is amazing. The space here was never an issue.

Oceania is a great property to be at. We enjoyed our stay there but only thing we did not like was jacuzzi was not working for couple of days. Yes, they fixed it but till late wed night and we were leaving on Saturday

This condo was exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed, safe, very clean. Everyone we met (property manager, maintenance, housekeeping staff) were so friendly, helpful and professional; we really appreciated that. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. Having three full bathrooms was wonderful, and the master suite bath area was AMAZING! We made good use of the three large balconies with chairs and small table on each as well as the rooftop patio and hot tub - perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and watching the sunset. The location was great as well, with Eagle Beach literally across the street and multiple good restaurants within walking even for our little ones. Having spent one afternoon at the busier Palm Beach, we were very happy to be at the more peaceful part of the island. Wonderful stay and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Property was amazing, it was away from all the other tourist hotels, so it was quiet at night. It is a gated community, so even though Aruba is very safe, it added an extra layer. It was quiet and had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon.

There were four adults and three children that stayed in the condo. It met all of our needs and we had no issues! Highly recommend staying here, the views are incredible!

With COVID, we hoped to find a less crowded, more private place to stay, and this fit the bill perfectly. While there are not any restaurants or shops on property, which other more crowded resorts had, this property offers very nice condos, private (near empty) pools, and beautiful grounds. It is also just across the street from a very nice, also uncrowded, beach. Check-In/Out was easy, and the property manager was very responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

The size of the unit was great for our family of 6 Grandparents, parents and 2 children. This unit could use a little updating fresh coat of paint goes a long way. For the price of the unit you would expect all items to be working ice maker was broken and fixed 1/2 way thru vacation and still not working properly, dishwasher needs to have the wheels fixed on lower rack it was easier to just wash the dishes, a light fell down out the ceiling over the kitchen counter one night. Possibly another lock on the door having small children the could just open the door we found ourselves putting something in front of it to prevent this.It was great to have beach chairs, towels & coolers available to use.We have stayed at Oceania prior to this trip at another unit that is why we came back again it is a great spot.

Property was as described. We have stayed in this complex once before and were very happy with the whole place. Quiet, laid back, no crowds, no fuss. We would stay here agin

Everything and everyone from the beginning of my planning to the end of our journey was helpful, kind and more than gracious. The condo exceeded our expectations and met every need! The island was magical and the people truly coined the phrase “one happy island”. The services we were provided made our vacation flawless. I was in awe of the beauty everywhere we went..the beaches were incredible. We experienced everything we could fit into a week.. catamaran snorkeling adventure was amazing! We rented a Jeep for the week to adventure our own excursions through the national park, swam and snorkeled in the natural pools and climbed the goldmine then ate lunch from a food trunk in the middle of the desert.. best steak and cheese my son has ever eaten! My boys charted a fishing boat and had the time of their lives enjoying the kind crew and even caught tuna and mahi mahi that we ended eating.. Everyday was beautiful and full of adventure.. The property was pristine.. Thank you everyone that made our family vacation magical.. We will most definitely be seeing you again next year! The Cataldo/Crouse family❤️

Very large 3 bedroom with multiple patios overlooking the pools and ocean. Steps to the ocean. The rooftop patio has an even better view while sitting in the hot tub. Great location easy to walk or short taxi ride.

Truly a great stay and Prestige is great, Sharon made our stay even better, it was a wonderful place for our adult family vacation.

Just returned from Aruba and had a fabulous time. The condo was amazing - exactly as it was pictured online and the location was perfect. The people at Prestige, specifically Sharon, went out of her way to make our stay perfect. I can't thank you all enough and hope to return some day soon.

My wife and I stayed here with family for a wedding. the home was great, well appointed, and wonderful views from everywhere. Easy access to the beach, which is very nice and not as crowded as the "High Rise" area just North. Pool was nice for the occassional dip as well, and like the beach, not crowded. We had a wonderful time! When we return, we know where we will want to stay!

We've stayed at this property before. It is located in the low rise section in Aruba, away from town. It is quiet, beautifully kept up, and safe. Our unit had an amazing view of the ocean from all the windows, and from the deck (which had a table and a hot tub). The beach is amazing. We've already booked it for next year.

When my family arrived and walked through the door of this spaceous 3 bedroom 3 bath unit we knew right from the onset that we had made the right decision to have our annual family vacation at this unit. The unit was impeciably clean, provided every little amenity that we could have dreamed and exceeded our expectations. Two of the three bedrooms have DIRECT views of the caribbean. You feel like you are sitting at the beach each morning when you get up. And if the units view are not enough, go to the terrace and relax in the jacuzzi, or have a grilled dinner on the barbecue and relax at the table and chairs that overlook the entire Eagle Beach. I fell in love with the views and the comfort levels that my family enjoyed during our stay. The property managers, Alan, Rachel and Antoine were extremely helpful and always wanted to lend a suggestion as to where to go on the island for shopping, church, site seeing, etc. They made our stay most enjoyable. We can not wait unit next year because without a doubt our family wants to go back as soon as possible and Relax and enjoy a most beautiful condo with a beath taking view. Hope this helps.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!!! I stayed in this unit with my family in mid-August and I was taken away by the shear beauty of both the condo as well as Eagle Beach the moment I stepped in the door. The condo itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for the week (including comfortable beach chairs). There is tons of closet space in every room. Also, large flat-screen TV's are located in every room. The unit's rooftop terrace provided stunning views of Eagle Beach for every sunrise and sunset. There is also a gas-grill on the rooftop terrace where we grilled almost every night. The condo has 3 ocean-view rooms and look out over the Oceania's pool as well as Eagle Beach. I felt the condo was a perfect size for my family for the week. The complex itself is conveniently located only a short drive from both the airport and local grocery store, yet far enough away from the high-rise district avoiding the high "tourist" areas of Aruba. The Oceania is gated and I felt safe at all times. The complex's amenities (pools, fitness centers, etc.) were well maintained and clean. The beach is just a short walk across the street from the Oceania. There are even private straw umbrella canopies at the beach to lay under to avoid the Caribbean sun. There are various water-sports available only a short walk down the beach. I am already planning to return to this unit next August! Thank you for providing such an incredible unit!
