My son flew in from Denver to join me for a special Father's Day and some fun in the sun. It was great! The condo was perfect and Rob (the owner) was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is not about the condo, it was great, but the marketing materials tend to give the impression that the beach is a short walk away. It isn't really, and requires walking on some streets that can be a bit busy so the proximity and access to the beach/ocean isn't quite as advertised. Still, it was very nice, very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Dana Point. I plan to stay there again soon.

Great property for the family. We are a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. The owner Rob has everything we could have needed. The washer and dryer are a great bonus. Having beach toys was great for the kids. Our kids are 15, 4 and 7 and all fit nicely in the second bedroom. There is tons of closet space and two full bathrooms is a must when traveling with a family our size. Thank you Rob! We would definitely recommend this property! I jogged to the beach in the mornings but when we went as a family we drove as it would have been a bit much with kids coolers and toys. There is a beautiful beach right down the street and they have a shuttle that will take you from the parking lot to the beach! Wonderful stay!!

We loved the location to the beach and Monarch Bay Resort. Dana Pt is beautiful..The condo had lots of pluses, but the cons were dirty windows, noise, and lack of light bulbs, but the big thing for us was that it was so dark. The patio didn't get any sun.

This was our first time visiting Dana point Laguna Beach area. We are a family of six coming from New Jersey. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the property very much. The walk to the beach is a bit strenuous but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The property is beautifully decorated, seems brand new, and impeccably clean. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for the beach. Could have used a few more chairs but other than that it was perfectly stocked. There were plenty of board games and video games for kids to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

We were so pleased that the condo was very clean and beautifully renovated. Location was convenient to everything so we visited many beaches and areas. The extras were an added benefit: games, beach gear, bathroom/kitchen supplies and condiments. Rob responded immediately to my questions. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a convenient location to drive to nearby attractions. Loved having dish washer and clothes washer/dryer available when we needed it. Some light bulbs need replaced, but over all we were very satisfied. The Corkill Family

This condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious, nicely decorated, great amenities. Rob was s great host and provided us with all the information we needed to have a fantastic stay! The location is very nice as well and very close to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our condo at Ritz Pointe, it was close to everything, Universal, Disney, beaches, whale watching, shopping, etc. Soaking in the hot tub was great after a long day of adventures. Condo was clean, decorated simply and tasteful, close to pool/hot tub, included parking and had everything we needed. THANKS!!!!

This was a lovely rental. Furnishings and decor were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances worked well. Really enjoyed the propane BBQ, as we like to prepare many of our meals when we have a monthly rental. Costco, Trader Joe's and Ralphs were within 10 minutes drive or less for our provisions. We loved to walk/hike and found the trail to the ocean an easy trek down and good workout on the way back up. The rental is well situated for exploring the area and even venturing on day trips to San Diego and Huntington Beach. As others have mentioned previously, the closet space is limited to the front closet and guest bedroom walk-in since the master suite closet is unavailable, however, it is manageable. Rob was very prompt with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to return.

We found the condo, very well equipped, clean & tidy, & not lacking anything. Good quality linens, outstanding showers with great water pressure. I walked to Salt Creek beach & my husband used the bike provided. It was a very scenic walk & a lovely beach, no crowds at all. It took me about 20 minutes one way. There are plenty of stores around for grocery shopping, all in all an excellent location. Rob is readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Just returned a few hours ago from the condo. Everything was just perfect. The place is much larger than it looks even in the photos. Very clean, including all linens. A gorgeous 1.2 mi walk to the beach on the path and through the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thanks!

This was our second time staying at this home. It is always clean and well stocked and the owner immediately responds to any request. We will stay there again next summer!

The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and is well-equipped for a fun, family vacation. Rob was very responsive when setting up the reservation and the entire experience was seamless. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the businesses and beaches around Dana Point. We did make the walk down to the beach on one of the days during the trip but decided it was a little far to go with small children. From that point on we just made the 5 min drive to Salt Creek Beach when we wanted to go. Parking was never an issue and the beach is absolutely wonderful. The condo pool was well-maintained and relatively empty - some trips we were the only family there, but usually there were one or two others. The air conditioning in the condo was nice as well, especially after a 90+ degree day at Disneyland. The highlight for us though (outside of the overall cleanliness) was the array of beach gear provided for use which we enjoyed each day on the beach. I highly recommend the Shwack Beach Grill as a fun, relaxed, family friendly place to eat, but try to go before 6 if you want to get seating on the deck!
