We needed a well appointed comfortable and clean house to work on executive planning in a creative environment. The house checked all the boxes and the location with a 5 minute walk along the golf course to the beach provided the creative spark needed.

We rented this home as we traveled into town for our daughter's wedding. It ended being the PERFECT rental and met all of our family's needs. It was clean, had great space for multiple families, and is close by to many great towns and attractions. It beat our expectations and I would recommend it. Already thinking of how I can come up with another trip to Southern CA so I can rent it again. :-)

The house was wonderful. We had a total of 8 adult family members plus a 2 year old. The house is large/spacious allowing our large group to "spread out". The kitchen/family room area was outstanding for preparing meals together. Kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to Dana Point and 10 minute drive to Laguna. Would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time at this property which is well cared for, easy to live with plenty of space and within walking distance to the beach. Great open space kitchen living area which was perfect for what we were looking for. Independence for everyone and together when we wanted to. Very pleasant stay.

Property exceeded our expectations. Spacious and well appointed. Quiet location with relaxing views of the golf course. We enjoyed some competitive foosball matches in the upstairs game room. Short walk to the local shopping area and the beach (which was not overcrowded). Would recommend this property without hesitation and look forward to staying there again!

This is a beautiful property overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Course in a small gated community. The layout of the home was perfect for my family that traveled to the Dana Point / Laguna Beach area for my son's wedding. The combined kitchen and living room with access to the patio area was great for us to hang out and re-connect. The location is a short drive to Dana Point's restaurants and shops. It is also within walking distance to a small shopping center with a grocery store, CVS and Starbucks. It is also only a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful at sunset. Communication with Carla was excellent and she was a great help in helping my daughter secure rentals of the necessaries that are needed for traveling with a 2 year and 6 months old. This was a great help.

If this beautiful home was a pleasure and delight to stay in from the beginning to the end! The picturesque setting overlooking the golf course provided stunning sunrise and sunset views. We enjoyed using the walking paths to go to the beach and shops. The house was well cared for and well stocked. Carly, the manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for a mid to large size family stay. It was well appointed with everything you might need! The master suite was amazing with a great bathroom and nice sunrise views! Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and plenty of walking trails.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this house for almost 2 months this Summer. The house is beautiful and the location and neighborhood cannot be beat. We walked to the beach everyday and looked out upon the beautiful golf course every morning and night. It was a luxury vacation. We had a slab leak in our home and needed a place to stay during construction. We ran across Carla and this spacious clean home on the course within 10 minutes walk of the beach. Our adult family of 4 spent two delightful weeks at this house tucked away in a quite community. The photos are a true representation, everything worked and the house was spotless. Super convenient access to the trail which takes you one way to the stunning beach and the other to the shops. Carla was easy to deal with and always responded quickly to any queries we had.

Our family spent a luxurious weekend at this beautiful seaside mansion. The house was nicely decorated, providing a very spacious and relaxing feel. We can easily walk to the beach by going thru the underpass. The 4 rooms were well decorated with plenty of amenities. The gated community was covered with beautiful blooming flowers which we really enjoyed. Carla, the manager was excellent, responding to our every need in a timely fashion. Will definitely come back again.

The location of this house, overlooking a golf course and within a 7-10 minute walk to Salt Creek Beach, was just perfect. Very close to the Monarch Beach Resort and the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel (the latter about a 20 minute walk). Our family spent the Christmas week here and we really could not have asked for a nicer house to stay in. The 3 guest bedrooms were nicely sized and very comfortable, while the master bedroom was enormous. The kitchen was very well equipped, and combined with the family room/tv area, was just super for our group of 7. We made good use of the outside seating area, the pool table and foosball table too! We would come back in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to other family members.

This lovely home provided the perfect “home away from home” for our family as we celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. The spacious kitchen/family room served as our hub where we shared meals, wedding preparations and many hours of family time. Each of the bedroom suites afforded our family luxury as well as privacy during this vacation/destination wedding. The perfectly tuned piano was played daily by the groom’s father both for fun and in preparation for playing the bride and groom’s first dance. The second floor game / entertainment room provided hours of additional enjoyment. The amenities in this lovely home are top notch. It was pristine clean upon our arrival and we easily found everything we needed. The rental agent was knowledgeable, very responsive to our questions and extremely friendly. Carla even provided a brand new pack-n-play for our grandson when we requested if one was available. If the opportunity comes along in the future, we would book this beautiful home for our family again and again.

Our family has been renting this beautiful home each time we stay in Southern California. It is perfect for families. The house has everything you could possibly need as well as a fantastic pool table and foosball table to keep the kids occupied. The property is extremely well taken care of and the location is walking distance to the beach with a beautiful view of the golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is nice to be located so close to a shopping area and many restaurants. We always look forward to planning our next trip and staying here. The property manager makes it so simple and we always feel welcome!

We are so happy to have had the pleasure of staying in this vacation rental! It is the ideal place to get away from it all - location, décor, warmth, and livability really make this house special. As a family of four with two small children, the home offered many of the amenities we look for when traveling. The retreat is located in an upscale, quiet, gated community and is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, as well as a gourmet grocery store and restaurants. The home offers many different options in terms of entertainment including a pool table, foosball, video gaming systems and board games. There was always something fun to do – including just spending time together in the house. Our family was entertained throughout our entire stay. The retreat is also located halfway between both Legoland and Disneyland – each being a quick 45 minute drive. We were able to enjoy both parks during our time there. The house is spacious with four oversized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which is truly a luxury and not often found in most rentals. The master suite offers beautiful views of the golf course below, private balcony, spa tub, steam shower, dual sinks, and walk in closet. We were able to cook all of our meals in the large gourmet kitchen, barbecue on the patio, and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sea breezes. We could not have been more comfortable at the retreat, and being from Phoenix, it was the perfect escape from the Arizona heat! My husband and I have been renting in this area for the last 3 years and this has been the best location we have stayed at so far. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was in a great location, minutes from the beach with a wonderful view of the golf course and close to shopping and dining. We created beautiful memories at this beautiful property – which was everything we had anticipated – and more! This lovely, upscale 4500 square foot home in a quiet gated community, includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is well-appointed with a gourmet kitchen/great room, formal living room, formal dining room, three fireplaces, grand piano, pool table, foosball, amazing master bedroom retreat (complete with master bath, island spa tub, steam shower, bidet, separate sinks, walk-in closet); and a bathroom in each of the other bedrooms. Adding to its charm and elegance are its eclectic mixture of Asian Art, sculptures and collectibles, along with its Mediterranean furnishings. We enjoyed the expansive views through the large windows overlooking the patio and glass-wall enclosed backyard, through which we had sweeping panoramic views of the Monarch Golf Course, and the 5-Star St. Regis Hotel across the way. This Retreat is conveniently located steps from a walking/bike path, which follows along the golf course, and onto a cliff overlooking a mile stretch of unobstructed white-sand beach along the Pacific Ocean, which leads to the Ritz Carlton Resort – another 5-Star property. We also walked to the nearby upscale shopping center, complete with gourmet grocery store, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this great retreat to all families who want to get away from it all – whether for a week, or a month of pure R&R!

We rented the Monarch Beach Retreat property for a very small wedding reception and a weekend long ‘honeymoon’. Although we initially wanted a place on the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to find out the beach is only a short 5-10 minutes walk away. Beach access is provided through a paved path, secluded from motor traffic, and safely leads through a tunnel underneath Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). This path navigates through beautiful landscaping/nature and it is a really pleasant walk. Once you reach the beach you will be welcomed by serene views and a beach that is made for virtually every possible beach recreation imaginable. The view from the master bedroom and downstairs patio is that of a perfectly maintained golf course. There are no other neighbors on the back side of the house, which seemed to offer extra privacy. The greenery and abundance of trees on the golf course combined with the attractive garden patio made us feel peaceful and happy. The pictures don’t really capture the full charm and beauty of this property. We found it to be extremely spacious, yet cozy, luxuriously equipped with all the modern amenities you could possibly imagine, and very tastefully decorated. We and our guests felt like royalty at Monarch Point. Between the close by ocean, jets bath tub, sauna, Wii Nintendo games, pool table, fancy coffee maker, bicycles, and so much more, we hardly found any time for rest. Yet, the best part of this experience was the easy, pleasant and graceful interaction we had with our rental agent, Carla. After having multiple nightmare like experiences trying to rent different properties in Laguna Beach, we meet Carla who literally saved us at the last moment. If you have a choice between Team Laguna and Carla, save yourself the headache and go with Carla! She is responsive, professional, pleasant, accommodating, and all around amazing! Thank you Carla for a fairytale like experience and for making our wedding day even more special!
