The condo was as advertised, it was clean and comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything we would need. Lovely view from the patio. We love the walk down to beach from the condo and also the proximity to some of our favorite beaches, restaurants and shops in the area.

So glad we stayed at this property! The location was great for us to go all around Orange County. The unit itself was perfect for us. We didn’t eat in much and whatever we needed was available. Particularly liked having the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and umbrella available. Nice to be right near the condo hot tub and sunning area. Would stay again. Thanks for sharing it!

If you like dirt,spiders and webs (with a nearby rat observed), doors that fall off,plastic plants ,and a total lack of cleanliness or appeal, you might consider renting this unit or in this tired,old community. We have nothing good to say about our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, and the space was great for a spring break stay with kids. The proximity to the hot tub and grassy area outside the condo were big perks for us! The beds and bedding were also very comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Spent a fantastic week at this gem of a property. While my son spent the days training with his baseball team, I spent my days working with the best view from either the patio or the dining table. The property was spotless and had every amenity to make our week stay feel like home! Check in and out were seamless and I’ll mention again the VIEW is top notch! We will definitely be staying again for our future trips.

Location is fantastic for any beach. An hour to Sea World or an hour to LA. Plenty of nice beaches 5-7 minutes away. Groceries within a couple miles. Beautiful view and quiet/somewhat remote. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely try and use Mary again!

The apartment is in a great location, in a gated community so extremely safe. There is everything you might need for your holiday including beach equipment and beach towels. There are a couple of restaurants and a small store within a ten minute walk and the nearest beach is no more than 5mins drive. The pool and 2 hot tubs were very much appreciated after long day’s sightseeing in LA. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all.

Unit just as pictured, close to everything, with a sunset view that we made sure we were home for everyday! The Dana Point area is outstanding and beach close by and easy to access. Our host was attentive and checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. While sitting outside, a renter from a different unit stopped by and mentioned, "Wow!, I guess you have the best unit in the complex!" Yup.... they were correct. Do not hesitate to stop searching, this is the one.

Overall I loved the location of this property and the view from the entire back side of the condo. It was convenient to shopping, dining and beaches with just a short walk/drive. Love the gated community and extra security. The view from the patio and back windows of the condo was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for a few homemade meals, as well as beach chairs/umbrella. The few things I would suggest are a deeper cleaning of the floors, more pest control for spiders as it seemed a bit overwhelming and the doors to the master bedroom and both bathrooms didn’t close completely due to some foundation issues. Addressing those would make this a 10/10 easily! Thanks for a great stay overall and appreciate the fast communication!

Gated community conveniently located. Nicely equipped kitchen for longer stays. Lower unit so we could hear footsteps but nothing major. Loved the views, path to ocean, hot tub/lounge area so close to unit and use of an enclosed garage.

What I like about the property, is the space, parking, and views. My only complaint is the cleaning. Most of the dishes were dirty and there were stains on the bedroom pillows. Other than that, we loved the space and view.

Great Place in Dana Point
The condo was comfortable. With two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, it was perfect for us. Two bathrooms made it handy too. There was easy access to the gated community. Nice pool with not many people so we loved it. Manager very responsive. The problem with cleanliness had to do with the floor. It felt tacky and grimy. I told the manager when we left. Otherwise, I think this is a nuce place to stay.

Great Location-Beautiful Views-
Absolutely loved this place! The views were stunning, and we enjoyed waking up and having coffee looking at the ocean and watching the marine layer burn out and the hummingbirds buzzing all around you. The space was well decorated and everything you needed was there in the kitchen. The little ones danced to the Disney records and played with their toys while listening. Loved the George Forman grill for outside. Having the spa ten steps away was a super huge plus, and the views from that are also great to relax to while soaking up the heat from the spa. When we are back in the area…we know where we will be staying.

Great vacation rental
We enjoyed a very nice and relaxing week in a nice condo in a great location! This is our fifth year renting a condo in the Ritz Point community and we were not disappointed. Anna’s Dream condo offered great views of the ocean as well as a comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

Dana point
Condo had lovely aspect & was well appointed, although the place was not clean when we arrived. Kitchen was filthy with rusty & dirty pans, oven & units. Realtor was prompt to view and rearrange cleaner but we were told no-one had complained before & guests usually do not use the kitchen. Floor had not been swept & realtor told us she had never seen the bugs on the floor before and dust throughout may be due to fires they had had a few weeks before.
Barking dog above the unit throughout the day but apart from that the unit had a lovely view, jacuzzi nearby & gym were great.

Beautiful views from almost every room
An amazing condo, right near the jacuzzi and beautiful views from everywhere in the unit. We walked to the beach and enjoyed all the amenities offered. The only thing was no guests are allowed to visit. Although our host was ok with my brother coming over, I felt awkward since the contract that I signed was exact about no visitors. Made me want to move!thank you

The perfect apartment for our Cali week
This stay was perfect!!! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is great- so close to laguna beach and walking/running trails. I really felt like home here and I will 100% stay again!!! Only thing to note - if you are a very light sleeper, you can hear the footsteps of people above you. This did not bother us at all but wanted to say it in case it does for you! I am so happy we chose to stay here and we will 100% be back.
