Very nice property and also very clean.

We booked the condo for a family wedding. It was supposed to be my husband and me, our 9 yo twins, and my mother-in-law. In the end my mother-in-law couldn’t come but it would have been perfect for us all if she had. There’s a main level en suite bedroom with two beds (Queen and full?) plus two en suite rooms upstairs, one with a king and the other with full over full bunk beds. We took the king and the kids took the bunk beds (since they’re full size, the boys both slept on the top bunk). The condo is nice and updated, well laid out and very convenient to downtown San Clemente and the beach. The hosts were very responsive when we had a slight issue but otherwise gave us full privacy. Great place to stay!!

The home was spacious, clean and beautiful. Perfect for our family of six. The beach was close enough to walk to. The state park is beautiful. Can’t say enough great things about this home!!!

Location was just a mile from our youngest Son's barracks. Now both our Son's or on the same base, we will be back. Thanks from Kansas.

Great property that was close to everything. Plenty of room for the family and Wes was very helpful.

We had the absolute best time renting both of these attached units for the weekend of our wedding. The homes were beautiful and connected by the rooftop patio. We used each of the units to get ready the day of the wedding for the bridal party which was very convenient for our photographers/videographers. Wes and Tahnee were wonderful to work with and so accommodating. We can't wait to rent these condos again in the future!

Overall everyone in my family enjoyed this house! We all agreed that we would come back again. Each couple had their own bedroom and full bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed the very spacious master bedroom upstairs. The other upstairs bedroom is much smaller than the downstairs bedroom. With that being said, the other bedrooms each housed two adults and a baby - even enough room for each couple to set up their own "pack n play" for their baby to sleep in. We cooked a few wonderful meals in the large completely stocked kitchen. Lots of floor space for toddlers to play in living room. We did use our beach chairs in living room to provide extra seating. The upper deck was enjoyed by most. Be aware the noise from the freeway is loud (in my opinion), but the young 30 year olds thought it was fine. For beach access we preferred the 5 minute drive to San Clemente State Beach parking lot (off Calafia) the best. Of course we enjoyed local restaurants and wine tasting rooms in downtown area. Great vacation!

The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed ! The kitchen has everything you might need and then some. And the location is just minutes from the State Park Beach and the pier is it far at all. The highway was a little loud, but that is disclosed in the listing.

We were in town for a local wedding. The house was great and very clean.

We flew in from all over and included babies to grandparents. Plenty of group space in the kitchen, dining area and living room for everyone, even a spot for the baby playpen. Four bathrooms made life convenient! Kitchen was well-stocked with enough pots, pans, and plates to easily serve side dishes with all the delicious meat we grilled in the back yard. Home is roomy and clean, easy parking, convenient to shopping and beach. Perfect accommodations for us!

There are 3 spots in the back, and two for this condo. Most nights we unloaded everyone so we could squeeze in, but there is optional parking on the road, coming from Idaho that just made us a bit nervous 😁. But we would love to come back again!!!!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location, close to the freeway and San Clemente State Beach was just a 5 min walk to the park and then 15 min walk to the beach! The freeway is right there, so there was noise from that, but we expected it. The walls are thin, so if another family is in the B unit, you will hear footsteps and crying babies. It was a great long weekend for our family and we would definitely look at staying there again! I would recommend adding quiet hours for the roof top deck. The other family was up there playing music and being loud til 2 am! One of the kids bedrooms is just below the deck, so that kept him awake one night. Owners are very responsive which is so nice.

Our stay with Tahnee and Wes was wonderful! Their place is exactly as described! We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space. The games available is a great touch. The location is great! Just short walk or drive to the beach. Hopefully we can get back to CA soon. I will definitely book again with them if given the chance.

Very clean and welcoming, it had all the necessities for a home away from home. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach or grill our supper on the patio. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable during our visit to Southern California.

Great place for the family. Home was just what was pictured and was very clean. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and all necessary cooking essentials, coffee was even supplied !! Roof top deck was a bonus. Only negative would be the road noise from I-5 being so close; however, did not really effect us much because we were out and about so much. Thanks for a great location & stay !!

Beautiful home with lots of room and nice, well appointed kitchen. Multiple bedrooms and baths so everyone could have their own space. The rooftop was great for watching sunrises and sunsets. A little windy/chilly but seeing the sun rise and set was a nice addition to our stay in Southern California. We had a few minor requests which Tahnee and Wes took care of quickly and they were very good at giving us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed our dinner at Nick‘s which was their recommendation. Went to rent bikes down the street at the Cyclery and took a beautiful ride along the coast on the Strand. Highly recommend doing that. Another day we went on a whale and dolphin-watching tour with Dave’s Safari out of Dana Point. When we were returning to shore, we saw a gorgeous sunset. It was getting dark so we were able to enjoy all the Christmas lights along the harbor drive. The house itself was very clean and welcoming. There is a highway just across the street but the noise didn’t really bother us. We were slightly surprised that it wasn’t closer to the ocean but it’s a fairly easy walk over to the shore. The ONLY negative was that unfortunately, our mornings were interrupted at 5 am by a screaming/crying/noisy toddler staying in the unit adjoining ours, which is also owned by our hosts. Walls are fairly thin and when awake, that same child ran constantly back and forth above us. If you do not want to be near units that allow small children this is not the place for you. Not the host’s fault how children behave, etc. just something I didn’t consider would be a problem when I was booking. All in all we had a lovely three days in San Clemente with our grown children.

This place was perfect for our guy's surf trip. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Having a few Beers on the top deck was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Overall the place was bright and clean. Each room conveniently had their own bathroom too. I want to come back with my family one day.

We enjoyed our stay with 4 children & a baby! The owners were attentive & great hosts. The charming beach house has every detail thought out & everything you might need on vacation. The house was clean & very comfortable. San Clemente is an easy going beach town with plenty to see & do. We hope to return one day!
