Exactly as described on VRBO; close to beach, clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Rooftop jacuzzi & fire pit are perfect for relaxing ! Would definitely stay here again !

I take my grandkids for a week every year and stay in Carlsbad and we rent a VRBO each time. Absolutely love this one with the open space and proximity to the beach. The village is definitely a drive, only drawback, not enough to keep me from rebooking.

I absolutely loved this property. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could hope for in a rental. It's a little more off the beaten path, which I prefer, but still so close to the beach my boys found the best waves in Carlsbad right outside the door. Lorna was easy to get in contact with and made everything perfectly clear in her emailed instructions. We so enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and fire pit. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and this house is still one of our favorites in Carlsbad. It’s close to everything, clean and has lots of room for our family. We love the roof-top fire pit! A great place to stay in a wonderful location.

We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful beach house. The house was large and comfortable and had such easy access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and people watching all the people walking by headed to the beach. The outdoor areas were wonderful and we enjoyed the cool weather and ocean breezes. This home was a great location for the beach and was walkable, about a mile, to restaurants and shopping in Carlsbad village. Easy access to a grocery store too. We enjoyed the wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available to use in the garage. Parking was easy, we didn't fit in the garage, but were able to park right in front of the house or right across the street every time we needed to. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Impressive property and Location; small issue was lack
of Propane for the Fire Pit and there was pet dander-wife
and son have pet allergies,otherwise excellent stay.

My family and I had an amazing stay in Carlsbad! Property was very clean and oh so welcoming. House was comfortable and had lots of space for everyone to relax. Everyone found a reason to head up to the favorite rooftop hangout spot as often as possible. Location was terrific and close to so many things. Special shououts to Leucadia Pizza (yummy) and Daily News Cafe (best breakfast). Not only would I unequivocally recommend, my whole family is asking for me to schedule another stay soon!

We loved staying here. It was only a 15 minute walk to downtown Carlsbad and a block away from the beach. The place is clean and well stocked. Parking on the street was very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and my children (all 18 yrs or older) and my mother in law spent an extended Easter weekend at this house. We have been to Carlsbad many times and loved this home and it’s location. The house has plenty of space for 6-7 adults. The house was clean and modern. It is close to Tamarach Beach. We walked down there every morning and even some evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. We also walked to downtown Carlsbad several times and it an easy and flat one mile walk. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. We loved the hot tub on the roof and it worked great! We had an awesome stay and will be coming back to this house again.

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. The host was helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only critique was the place had a few ants and the housekeepers were running late but we still made the best of it! Thank you

Lovely home! Well appointed. Views are fantastic- rooftop offers ocean view as well as the master bedroom. So nice to sit on porches and take in the sun and ocean. Our favorite was sitting in the hot tub and watching the sun set over the ocean! Short walk to the beautiful and expansive beach. Close to the village as well. Highly recommend this gem!

Long Weekend/Wedding Stay at the Beach
This property in Carlsbad was amazing! It is a block up from Tamarack Beach, an easy 5 minute walk. The property is great, easily accommodating the 6 of us. The rooftop hot tub and sitting area overlooking the ocean was the favorite! Lorna made the check-in process seamless and always answered my questions quickly. She was very accommodating and helpful with advice regarding the house and area. I would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you!
