There were four couples during our trip and we all had such a great experience at this property! It was so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom! The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean! All the little touches (wine, stocked coffee, snacks) all just showed how much this property means to the family who owns it! We already started discussing making a trip back! It was a quick (7 min) Uber ride to broadway. The rooftop was a perfect entertaining space!!! Thank you for having us!!! We will be back!!

Property was designed perfectly for four couples. It was a very clean unit, in clean neighborhoods and located to go anywhere in Nashville without any problems. We loved it, would stay there again.

This upscale home was perfect for our party of 8. 4 couples having their own en-suite, comfortable king mattresses & bedding! Owners were great to work with and even had bag of ice, wine, chocolates & fruit basket upon arrival! Short ride to Broadway, be sure to call Yellow Cab, ask for Omar cab#59! A lot of stairs for anyone with issues; we just said we were getting our steps in for the day. No table for eating in kitchen/living area other than at the island, however rooftop had a big table, plenty of seating with the most beautiful views! Would definitely rent this home again next time we travel to Nashville!! Thank you again for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!!

We stayed here for Belmont's Graduation and could not have been happier - it is literally right across the street from Belmont. The home was as fantastic in person as it was in the pictures.

Loved everything and especially the rooftop deck!

We were a group of 4 siblings plus our spouses, all of us in our 60’s/early 70’s. We loved the condo! We all had the privacy we needed but enjoyed the common spaces and especially the rooftop. We rented a van to take us to the Johnny Cash museum, Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame museum, the Andrew Jackson Hermitage and of course Broadway! We also loved walking the grounds of Belmont University basically across the street. This condo had everything we needed and lots of extras to make our stay a vacation to remember!

Amazing rental! 4 couples, each had plenty bedroom with ensuite. About 1 mile walk to Gulch, 2.5 miles to downtown Nashville. 4 levels including spacious rooftop. Very clean, brand new. All appliances. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed here with our family, age ranged from 12-78, while we vacationed in Nashville. Obviously, we enjoyed the place so much when we were there in 2022 that we were thrilled it was available again for this trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, every bedroom has its own bathroom and it is well stocked with things like toiletries to coffee, fresh fruit, snacks and wine We’ve stayed in many vrbo’s and this one is one of, if not the best. The weather didn’t allow for us to enjoy the rooftop this trip but it is a nice amenity. Location is great. We walked to the pancake pantry for breakfast one morning and took a quick Uber into downtown to visit the country music hall of fame, the listening room, the Ryman, 5th + Broadway, and the sites of Broadway. Close Uber to the airport also. Definitely recommend.

First off the host was amazing, any questions that we had he was quick to reply, we booked this location 8 months ago, based on the pictures and also reviews. Well the pictures do not do it justice, the house is amazing and nicely decorated. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and all the seating areas we also. He has a great supply of pans that one would need and pretty dishes. The rooftop was amazing, we took advantage of the beautiful March weather and grilled steaks for dinner one night. We even had wine, chocolate and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. It is conveniently located to the Broadway and Gulch area, (just a ten minute drive). Also he had any kind of coffee and tea pods that you could ever want, I would suggest to any one not to hesitate to book this house for a great vacation house, we had 4 couples and nevr were in each others way.

Very clean. Was awesome that all four bedrooms had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. We’ve already recommended it to a group of other friends that are going to book the house.

Everything about this rental was perfect - gorgeous, amenities, central location, comfort, and style. We were thrilled to have nice weather in February to enjoy the rooftop, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. Suggest nearby Biscuit Love for a yummy breakfast, Edley’s for good BBQ, and 12th Ave for exploring in addition to all the usual Nashville must sees (Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Grand Ole Opry, honky-tonks). We hope to be back for another stay in the future.

We were 3 adult couples staying to enjoy Nashville, 4 of us had never been. The property was very clean and up to date. Very well taken care of. All of the amenities are there. It was the perfect space for all of us to gather in the morning for coffee and a light breakfast or sit around and enjoy a snack and a drink after being out for a few hours. We all had our own space to stay/get ready with the 4 bedrooms and own bathrooms. We also thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop balcony as that space is worth climbing that 3rd flight of stairs! Ubers are easy to get - I don’t think we waited more than 5 minutes to get one, no matter where we went or what time it was. We used Uber XL all the time as there were 6 of us and they were very reasonable. The property managers were in contact with us and very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. If you are coming to Nashville with others it is a great place. We had 4 couples and we each had our own king bedroom with baths. It want far to Uber to broadway or anywhere else. Highly recommend with a group of friends.

Home is just as pictures show. Bedrooms are large and the 4 bathrooms was great. The garage door opener was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend stay over New Years at this beautiful rental! Location was great and owners go out of their way to welcome you to their home! The king size beds were all super comfortable and each having our own bathroom was really nice. We appreciated the extras too…coffee pods, tea bags, chocolates, and wine. Highly recommend this rental!

This house was PERFECT for 4 couples. Beautiful house, great location, quiet area of town- house was fully stocked with everything needed. Dave & Val were very responsive to any messages. We highly recommend & if we are back in Nashville, will stay again. We had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful time here, the property is beautiful and clean.

Property overall exceeded our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable and was stocked with a variety of amenities not normally provided in a rental. The only issue we had was with the numerous flights of stairs leading to levels 2, 3 and upper deck which is not ideal for seniors. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
