Très mal isolé et la localisation . Pour y accéder beaucoup d’escalier et très pentu . Difficile avec des valises et des enfants en bas âges.

Me encantó las vistas de la ciudad y la amabilidad del personal. Muy flexibles para entregar la tarjeta de acceso.

No me gustó la piscina. Es de acceso común cuando al principio parecía que era privada. La Temperatura era muy fría para mi gusto y no se podía apagar la función de jacuzzi por lo que estuvo encendida toda la noche y hacía mucho ruido. Cuando subimos a la habitación el agua caliente de nuestra ducha no iba y no nos pudimos duchar. Nos dormimos con el olor del cloro que era extremadamente intenso. Varios días después el olor no se me iba del pelo. Por otro lado, el suelo es de madera y si te alojas en la planta de abajo cruje muchísimo. Si los vecinos de arriba se levantan a las 7:00 te despiertan del ruido. La ubicación es un poco complicada y tiene una enorme escalinata antes de llegar

The rooms were well equipped and clean. The breakfast was very good.

No one told us that to reach the property it was either climbing up 75 treacherous steps or navigating down 75 steps. Not easy with luggage and what happened to be rain. If one is handicapped or just has mobility difficulties this is not the property for them. There was no warning whatsoever about this. And there was no offer of any staff to assist us with these steps either upon arrival or departure. It’s impossible for a taxi or any vehicle to reach the front door. Also there no staff on property after 3 pm or so if there are any concerns or problems, just an emergency number.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Das Personal war reizend und sehr umsorgt. Die Aussicht von der allgemeinen Terrasse ist zauberhaft. Der Pool (Jakuzzi) ist klein, aber fein.

Dass es keine direkte Zufahrt mit dem Auto (Taxi) hat.

Het appartement is heel ruim, schoon en goed ingericht. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de ligging heel centraal. Het personeel is heel aardig.

Het badkamerraam heeft geen gordijn dus je staat te kijk voor de wijk.

The views and room were amazing

3 min walk to metro station down the steps . modern , clean .

walking back was steep steps up and surrounded by rough neighbourhood, dodgy people around .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean with a good view from balcony. Lovely terrace at main reception for guests to sit and relax.

No kettle in room.

Good location but it's a bit of a hike, if your cardio is not good, this is not the place to stay, cars don't have access.

Breakfast was good

No where did we see that we would have to navigate numerous stairs to get to the property. Very difficult to maneuver cobblestone stairs especially dragging luggage. The owner and staff were very nice and the room was good. The owner told us that it was posted regarding the stairs, but I never saw one. Other guests also stated surprise at the stair issue. I am not talking a few stairs, I am talking 70-100 stairs either up or down depending on where you wanted to go leaving the property. Bever would have booked had I known this

The location was amazing. We had a beautiful view out of our balcony and also during breakfast. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful/ Breakfast was good and facilities were really nice, especially the jacuzzi/pool!

May need clearer instructions here for when you arrive. Because it is in the older part of Lisbon, it actually requires us going up the hill/stairs to locate the property as Google maps leads you in a strange alleyway. Otherwise, once you get there everything else is good! But someone with mobility issues will definitely have difficulty accessing the place.

The Suites are located on the top of the one of the 7 hills of Lisbon giving us a beautiful landscape. Located in a great place to know the city center and close to one of the most emblematic monuments of Lisbon, St Jorge Castle. The rooms are decorated with a great taste and the terrace has a great landscape. Marta gave us a nice welcome and she was always nice and helpful. The Sauna and Jacuzzi are the cherry on the top of the cake. Breakfast is tasty and complete. I recommend this place

Sandeep was so friendly and welcoming.

Not sure about the sauna and bath, there did not appear to be rules as to who could use and when and some parts were broken.

We were heartily welcomed, stunning place, clean, amazing breakfast. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Portugal. Such a nice experience for our last evening...

The indoor pool smelt of too many chemicals, perhaps use a little less

the location was good but the neighbourhood around was a bit questionable plus loads of stairs no suitable for elderly people

The view is truly amazing from the commune terrasse! Breakfast is nice as well and we really enjoyed the smeg appliances in our room, felt like our own tiny apartment for the during of our stay.

I didn't rate higher due to the lack of tranquility and intimacy. I could hear the staff and other clients walking in the hallway as if they were in our apartment. Also, our room was directly on the streets and even though the windows were tinted with the lights on we could see everything so had the curtains down most of the time.

The location of the property is amazing. It's is right in the centre and everything is at the walking distance. The staff is amazing and helpful. Cherry on the cake is the view from the hotel , they have a really nice open deck.

The room was new which I understand but did create issues with our stay for 2 nights: 1. The bathroom shower was clogged 2. their were insects everywhere in the room I think maybe we were unlucky with the room because it was a new addition to the place but all over the place is nice
