Beautiful "apartment". Felt like home. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Great hosts! Would return in a heartbeat.

Host were very attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect to venture out anywhere along the front range, and even west of Boulder. Very nice to have a parking spot on the property. Will be a repeat visitor sometime in the future.

This is a good place to stay for 1-2 people. The host stays upstairs, but if you are out and about all day you don’t really need to interact. They are always available by phone if needed. The small kitchenette does the job for meals. The bed and couch are very soft, so not really any back support there. Besides that everything was nice.

This property checked ALL the boxes; location, cleanliness, safety, with the added bonuses of having that sense of welcoming and the coziness I love…the attention to detail was so very much appreciated- will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Annette and Cory are wonderful hosts. They really thought of everything one could possibly need when they're away from home. Conspicuously missing....clocks! What a nice change. All the little 'extras' were very much appreciated. Their vision of a VRBO shows how thoughtful a couple they are. I would recommend their home to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel.

Sweetheart City Inn lives up to its name with being a beautiful little place to stay. The hosts are very hands on and are willing to help with almost anything you ask. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a rental and helped my partner and I solidify our plans on moving to Colorado. Just around the corner from lake Loveland, this place has breathtaking views and is a must for anyone wanting a taste of life in Northern Colorado. If I could I’d give the hosts a 12 star review for how amazing and easy they made our stay.

I wish they had more than 5 stars as this place has been the best we have stayed in so far. Cory & Annette were awesome hosts. If we are ever back in Loveland we will definitely try to stay there again.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or even a young family. Lovely and quiet location with covered parking. It is spotlessly clean, stylish and equipped with everything you’ll ever need, from coffee and snacks in the well appointed kitchen to ample bedding and even music in the luxurious shower! Location is also spot on with the many local attractions and shopping, Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and the RMNP a short drive away. Cory and Annette are delightful hosts: super friendly, helpful, considerate and communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay and wholeheartedly recommend the Sweetheart City Inn. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Corey and Annette were SUCH wonderful hosts, they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The property has just about everything you would need from home and if it doesn’t the hosts were more than accommodating. We even had a headlight burn out and Corey tried to help us fix it! I seriously cannot say enough good things about the hosts and the property.

Enjoyed our stay even though we were not there much! Everything we needed present and help as needed too.

This dwelling is a basement apartment with the owners living above. The owners Cory and Annette made us feel like family and communication was excellent. Our privacy was respected. This dwelling doesn't have an air conditioner but it's not needed. There's 3 portable fans available if you need one but it wasn't necessary. The apartment is full of thoughtful little amenities that the hosts have provided. Bed and pillows comfortable. Living room well laid out with a comfy couch. Bathroom is small but functional. Shower is very nice. Full sized coffee pot and fresh half and half creamer provided. Tons of additional coffee/tea add-ins available on the coffee bar. Everything was very clean. Outside in the backyard is a floral adventure. Benches provided where you can sit and enjoy the gardens. The place is easy to find, check in hassle free, off street parking provided. Will stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you Cory and Annette for a great stay!

Very comfortable, well supplied, everything you would want, many flowers, quiet, WiFi, smart TV, host most friendly and helpful.

Really nice, clean, comfortable basement space. The tenants above are quiet. You will hear them walking once in a while and the pitter patter of dog feet. Nothing that bothered us at all, but worth putting in a review. They provided snacks, coffee and creamer!

The owners don’t miss a beat in making this rental a great place to hang your hat. Annette has a keen eye for detail in this lovely basement “apartment.” It is beautiful, well appointed, extremely clean, and s furnished with everything you need. And Annette even asked me ahead of time, what type of beverages I like and had them in the fridge for me, as well as a chocolate on my pillow and a small basket with healthy treats. I would highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again!

Annette and Cory are so warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond with accommodations—they have truly thought of everything and then added in extra personal touches. Their space is incredibly inviting and homey while also offering perfect privacy. My daughter and I especially appreciated taking in their decor and momentos from their own travels. We used this as our base to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and the breweries in Fort Collins. It’s prefect for that.
